    Jeff has worked on our vehicles for approx 20+ years. The quality of work is always A+, Jeff has done everything from basic maintenance to replacing engines, transmission, etc. we would never go anywhere else. Finding honest, trustworthy and competent is difficult but you can find it all with Jeff and Tina!!

    This was the third time to a shop for repairs, the first was February, the second was September. The first two times the vehicle was taken to the dealer. No issue found the first time, car started at shop. The second time I was told a MAF was the cause of a non-start and it was replaced. This final time I went with Autoworks and the technicians identified the problem as a failed/failing fuel pump module. The car was delivered to them on a holiday Monday and Wednesday I received a call that repairs were complete and the car was ready. When I picked up the car the owner described the repair and the function of the component. Great service, true customer service.

    These guys were amazing. I fully expected to repairs to be more expensive and they got it down very quickly. They were finished in just 2-1/2 hours which I really appreciated since I was stranded away from home. They were very professional and communication was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

    They are run of the mill. But this one was very helpful. I was taking my sons car in after he had an oil change there. I went back and was asking questions and the guy came out and diagnosed it. He saw the sticker on the car and he explained he had a policy to give support to their customers and that is why he was being so helpful. They guy gave me so pretty good advice. I just pulled in because I thought they might have some idea and he noticed the sticker. I followed up on what he told me and it fixed the problem.

    I had stopped at AutoZone and had them run the diagnostic for the Check Engine light when the light came on.  It said that oxygen sensor 1 in the heated bank needed to be replaced (code P0135).  I brought it to Price Brothers because my in-laws have used them for years and like them.  I left the diagnostic with Price Brother when I dropped the car off, never expecting that Price Brothers would think they had to run another diagnostic. But, when I came back to pick up the car, Price Brothers had run another diagnostic and were charging me a sizeable sum for it. I asked about this charge at the time I was picking up my car, but the only person there was the clerk who didn't have any idea about it. So I paid the bill and came back the next day to find out the reason for the charge.  In the meantime, I found out from my old mechanic that another diagnostic wouldn't say anything different from the first one and that you don't run a diagnostic after the repair to make sure the error cleared.  The Price Brother's employee yelled at me when I told him my old mechanic had said, called my old mechanic at his shop, called me a liar in front of a waiting room full of people, and then gave me a refund for the diagnostic. HOWEVER, I never asked for a refund; I only asked for an explanation of the charge on the bill.  A few days later I got a nasty letter from Price Brothers saying I had signed for the service and then came in later demanding a refund...which is a total fabrication.  The Price Brothers diagnostic said the same thing as the one run by AutoZone.  Price Brothers only did one to charge me extra money.  I don't plan on using them again.  I also plan on reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

    They said there was nothing they could do..the pads that are put on there are cheap. I was told that by the manager. The brakes are in good working condition, but every day and night, they make so much noise. Dodge has lost me as a customer.

    I recommend them. I've gone to them a couple of times and both times, it was work that I didn't know if it had to be done or not and they said no, you don't need it. It saved me money. They could have said they'd take care of it and charge me an arm and a leg. I'm pretty pleased with them. I'll definitely go with them before anyone else next time I need them. They're responsiveness is very good. I drove in both times without an appointment and they got somebody to help me. Their parking lot is jammed. They get a lot of repeat business.

    I was told the car was low on oil, to check the oil once a month, or come by and they would check it. When I think of what I am thankful for, toward top of my list is the Hi-Land/Highland Garage. It has given me a certain peace of mind over the years to know there is an auto service establishment that I can depend on to take care of my car. I have one car, and it has been crucial to keep it in good running condition. The Highland Garage has a crew that excels in diagnostic acumen and excellent work. They have gone out of their way many times to keep my car running well. They take time to fully explain what an upcoming repair entails, and the prices are fair. Only needed repairs are recommended to be done. A great home-grown auto shop.

    I was looking for a very specific part for my 07 Dodge Charger. The parts guy argued that I had drum brakes on the rear of my car but I assured him I had disc. What I was looking for were the pads for the emergency brake that are in a drum within the disc.... I told him I had the brakes all pulled apart and I knew what I was looking at. He told me to put the brakes together and bring it in for them to do it. When I reiteriated all I needed were the pads he finally looked it up in a book realized that they don't even carry those pads and said they are not a resaleable item...thereby telling me to go look in a junk yard. For future reference I found that you can get an emergency brake pack online through ebay....

    I noticed the engine was rocking back and forth in my Cadillac DTS. They said to drop it off in the morning. The next morning I dropped it off, and they said it would take 3 hours of labor. This was an accurate timeframe as they called me 3 hours later to let me know my car was ready. Have not had any problems since then.
