    Munoz Painting Specialist
Saul was great to work with and I would recommend him as a painting contractor. He was reliable, on time, professional and communicated very well with us. If you are looking for quality work at a reasonable price give Saul a call. He was recommended to us by our local paint store and we are very happy with the job he did painting the interior of our house. A good choice!

    Summit Painting LLC
Stuart Riensche and his crew did an excellent job and were a pleasure to work with. I would highly, highly recommend this company to anyone. He runs a tight ship. We were soo impressed with the quality of work! Great attention to detail. Such a beautiful job and done on time, on budget without any negative suprises. Can't say enough good things about these guys. And their pricing was very competitive. Stuart got back to us quickly and once we accepted the bid, he scheduled us. The project start date was a couple of months out, and they started right on schedule. Our home hadn't been painted in 15 years ago and was starting to look like it needed to be done again. My husband had used a sprayer and only put on a single coat at the time. When they pressure washed our house, quite a bit of loose paint came off, down to the bare wood. That meant that the primer paint layer that was needed was more extensive than they had planned. They did a great job making sure the bare wood was all primed, and then painted 2 coats of top quality paint. All the lines are crisp and so professional. We realized after they started that we also wanted to have the deck painted, and they were able to do that too, at a very good price. Stuart and his team met and greatly exceeded our expectations! Really great company.

I started out talking with Brenda. She is amazing, and knows her stuff. We had a lot of questions and were a little nervous ,we had been burned by a previous contractor. Brenda put all our concerns at ease . She did the bid, came out multiple times at our request . always had a smile on her face . We have a child with special needs and the workers went the extra mile to say hello and were very considerate of his sensory issues. They let us know if that day was going to be really loud and even set up some equipment outside so he wasn't overwhelmed by the noise. Demo started , Brenda was here daily at the end of the shifts . Always keeping us informed what was happening next. We picked out the cabinets , we picked out everything and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. We have Riccon starting another project in about a week and a huge project starting in June .

    J&T Remodeling
I HIGHLY recommend J&T remodeling for a number of reasons. 1: *SUPER RESPONSIVE* a) Jose (owner) responded to my request for a bid within 5 minutes! b) Jose responded to my phone calls and e-mails generally within 15 minutes, worst case scenario by the end of day. I have heard horror story after horror story of contractors who are checked out and not responsive. Jose is beyond responsive. He is totally on top of communications. c) My bills were not sent months later, but were timely and clear. I was never surprised or taken off guard. 2: *BEST VALUE* a) Jose was't the cheapest of the contractors I found (though very close to it). His level of detail on his bid and attention to detail when talking to me, and flexibility made it clear in the beginning that he offered the most VALUE. That was clearly proven over the course of the work he did for us. High quality work for the price was unbelievable. b) Jose was super upfront about what was a cost overrun and what wasn't. I was never surprised by a bill. c) If a mistake was made, or surprise happened, Jose always took ownership and never tried to blame shift back to me. This was huge for me. His level of accountability was a testimony not only to his company and quality, but also to him. 3: *CLEAN* a) Every day the cleaned up (though it's impossible to clean everything) b) They started with covering the floors and putting up plastic to keep out the dust c) My kids were out of town, so I let them know they could take shortcuts on cleaning to save time. But once they got back in town they went above and beyond to ensure dangerous things were as unreachable as possible for a job site. d) At the end of the project they did a full clean up, even outside of the impacted area. 4: *HIGH QUALITY* a) His team did amazing work, and my kitchen is very beautiful. b) There were a few nits throughout the project which is why I marked this as the only area less than a 100%. Those nits are so small that at this point I don't even notice them. Most of which were focused on the cabinets themselves, and most of which were a result of my choice to use a pre-made cabinet and not custom cabinets. c) There were a few mistakes. Nothing large, and all of them very quickly and promptly taken care of. d) When it came to my floors, he made a great effort to match them perfectly but wasn't able to himself. So he, without a cost overrun, brought in an expert that wasn't part of his company who was able to match it perfectly. Thank you, J&T Remodeling for your incredible work and service.

    IRC Kitchen & Bath
Our project manager, Emanuel, and his crew at IRC did a fantastic job with our project, offering fresh/creative ideas and design options that no other service provider suggested. They were responsive to our questions and kept us informed throughout the various phases of the project. Options were clearly spelled out and attention to detail, craftsmanship and overall quality of work was evident throughout. HomeCrafters Construction
Mike renovated our old kitchen this past summer. He worked with us in a different project the previous year. From the start, Mike has been very professional and set clear expectations. He was proactive in addressing unforeseen issues from the old kitchen. He handled every aspect of the project and delivered the project on time. We're very happy with his work and we love our beautiful new kitchen!

    Barlow Painting Inc
I cannot recommend that anyone use Dennis Barlow for several reasons. Workmanship. The work he did for me required a lot of redoing due to streaking, ignoring imperfections in the wall even though the scope of work included that all wall irregularities be fixed prior to painting, and, after pointing out the missed irregularities, not waiting for texture to dry leaving visible dull spots Communication. He would not communicate with me at all via email or U.S. Mail, only phone or text. He did not return phone calls promptly or at all when he became busy with another job. He told me he does not have any other people to help with his business. He's a one man operation and it showed. He left me hanging for weeks at one point. Everything was given verbally and I had to be the one to document what had been agreed to.Even when I documented what had been agreed to and he accepted it, he asked me for more money saying he didn't estimate correctly. I didn't agree to give him more money because we had an agreement. Treatment of property. He never removed shoes or laid down paper to protect my floors until I asked him to. But then the next time he would forget. He would never remove his shoes or wipe them off even when I complained about all the dirt he was tracking into the house. He also broke the cover to my kitchen light fixture. Honesty. In my opinion, he is very dishonest. Part of the scope of work was to dispose of all the debris, which in my case included large items like doors and mouldings. He gave an excuse why he couldn't but gave me "his word" he would come back the next day but he did not ever come back, even after I left messages reminding him. Even worse, in my opinion, he harangued me for advances on a constant basis even after the agreement was to give a deposit and pay the balance at the end of the job. He kept telling me how he needs the money in a way that made me feel sorry for him. The worse was that I ended up overpaying him for the job because he said I owed him more money and, because I had packed my previous check register during the move into this house I was having painted, I relied on his accounting. Later, after carefully checking my check register, I found out I paid him over $1000 more than I should have. When I called him about it he said he would look into it. Then I never heard back. Then I tried calling him again, but he blocked my phone number so I couldn't call him anymore. Other concerns. He is not bonded, licensed or insured.

    Seattle Paint & Design
went really well. Rob called us to set up appointment, he was on time and very professional. We agreed on the date for painting and the crew was there on time. Rob made sure to check how the work was done before we completed the final transactions.

    Los Angeles Painting
Absolutely terrible provider. Avoid at all cost.
Non responsive. Non delivery. What's worse is that Angies list is refusing to refund the money, citing their 30 day refund policy.
    What a train wreck!
