  The guys came on time, and spent hours making our roof, driveway and windows sparkle. They asked for feedback and did some additional work to meet my requests. They were very easy to work with and very professional. My driveway has never been this clean!

  Okay as far as I can tell. Next heavy rain storm is the real test, but I think that it will go fine. We have a two-story house and it's too hard for me to get up there now to inspect the work or to do it myself.

  Moses was the tech who did the work for us. He did a great job. He was punctual, very nice and respectful, and worked hard. The quality of the work was good...roof looks great, walkways look great. Cleanup was good, though can always be better.

  We had a mixed experience. I think they were going through some kind of a transition with their office staff, we had a pretty bad experience with them at first, and they are still working to make it better. They postponed a couple of times and didn't do a great job of communicating when they were going to come. When they were finished, there is still some moss on our roof, and they said that they will send someone out to come and look at if there is more to do. We felt like we will not use them again, even though they tried to make it better. We have heard a lot about their office turmoils. We had a really rainy winter here, and so they had weather related delays, but we felt like we got pushed back too far in their calendar. They sent someone over, they did part of the work, and they left dirt in our gutters, and that stayed for a month, and we finally got them to come and finish the job, but we were wondering if it was done. There was an additional charge because our house is larger than what was in the big deal. The owner was trying and I know he was having a lot of problems with his office staff. They could be more professional in the future. It was an office staff issue and it will be improved.

  I didn't pay any more. The pricing was good. They were punctual. They had to actually come out twice. First time, they missed some repairs I asked them to do. So, I had to call them again and they sent somebody back to take care of it. I would tell a friend that they're okay and to make sure they understand what you really need.

  They preformed a thorough job. The roof looked as new when they were done. The  immediate area around the house and the decks and deck railings were all cleaned. We did not have to sweep up anything.

  It was a gutter cleaning special provided through Angies list. It was supposed to be for $99.
   I saw nothing about sq. footage restrictions in the ad . We have a typical 3 bedroom split that was built in the 1970's. There are so many just like ours around Puget Sound. Ours is no larger than any other. About 1200 sq. ft. of roof. No fancy roof work like you see in modern construction, thus no additional gutters.
  I had to wait my turn for about a month or so. Apparently they had a lot of interest in this deal. They came out and did the job. They asked if someone would be home in case they were additional charges. ( Did they already plan that?) I said no, sorry I couldn't get off work that day. They said that was ok.
  When they were done I was charged an additional $80.00 for Extra Sq. footage. So the $99.00 gutter cleaning on a typical Puget Sound split was really $180.00, almost double the special price.
  It is unlikely I will ever use their service again.
  Also the biggest disappointment was Angies List. I thought wrongly that I could trust a special I found there. I know that I cannot. I will have to rethink how I approach specials on Angies list in future.

  Our gutters had not been cleaned for a few years and were full of dirt and old leaves. The guys from Chinook did a great job and were courteous and even arrived earlier than the scheduled time (they did call first to let me know). All in all a good experience. (My only issue turned out to be I hadn't read the fine print on the $99 coupon I got thru AL. Had to pay an add'l fee because of square footage. But, oh well!).

  They arrived on time and did a very good job of cleaning the gutters and also did an excellent job of cleaning up around the work area after the gutters were cleaned.
  
  I would use this service again if it weren't for how they calculate the price they are going to charge. They don't calculate the price based on how much gutter space you have; instead they calculate the price based on the square footage of your home. in my case, although I have a two story 2400 sq ft home, I only have gutters on two sides of the house because of the shape of the roof. If you measured the amount of gutter space that needed to be cleaned on my house, it came out to be less gutter space than the 1800 square foot two story, gutters on all four sides, home they said they would clean for $100.00. I ended up being charged $166.00.
  
  So, all in all, they did a very good job of cleaning the gutters. I would use them again if it weren't for the fact that the way they determine what they will charge makes having them clean my particular house too expensive.

  The overall experience was great! We bought the deal on a Sat., got a call the next week and scheduled a day and time that fit my schedule. They arrived on time, completed all the work as advertised and left my roof clean and treated and the surrounding area clean. Jose was polite and professional.
