Some one was there the next day and not only gave me an estimate, but helped get the door closed until they could get out with the new one. My old opener still worked ok so he suggested we use it again to save money as well as a couple of other things. AWhen the tech came to install on Oct. 9, it turned out that the wrong size door had been ordered. So he left and our installation date moved to Nov. 18. Vasiliy came and did a good job installing the new garage door. The only beef I have is that the sales rep, Mike, did the math wrong on our sales contract. He missed adding the door opener so the overall quote was $400 less than it should have been. Learning experience for me: check the math! Argh!
