    Innovative Kitchen & Bath
Very well. Tristan was very professional, attention to details, did not cut corners, went the extra mile, and noticed areas that needed extra attention; we appreciated the expertise. Ed paid attention to all details overseeing the work completed, and did a fine job especially installing the cabinets. The amount of work completed was huge due to extensive water damage especially having to, in some cases, rebuild door frames before doing the finishing work. Tristan matched the corners perfectly around the doors and the floor boards. We were updated along the way when to expert the contractors, schedules, and what to expect. ServPro destroyed our home in the process of soaking up the water. Innovative gave us our home back completing a major renovation and leaving us with a new updated home; top of the line materials.

    Wu Construction
Wu Construction did an excellent job for us. Greg estimated what work needed to be done and we scheduled it as quickly as possible. The crew was on-time, very efficient and did a really nice job keeping things as clean as possible, which is no easy task when repairs are done to a wet & muddy foundation area. A full interior perimeter drainage and sump pump system was installed to eliminate standing water in the crawl space. The crew also removed all old floor insulation and installed new R-30 insulation. The crawl space was completely cleaned up and a new vapor barrier was installed. Everything was completed as agreed upon - all at a very fair & reasonable price. The crew even installed a permanent access ladder to the area so it would be easier to get into the crawl space area. I'd highly recommend Wu Construction for any drainage or foundation work needed to your home or business. Greg, the Estimator/Scheduler and Thomas Wang, the Construction Manager were a pleasure to work with. They kept us up-to-date on everything and were true to their word. I look forward to working with them again, as needed.

The odor is completely gone! Shane gave me tips on maintenance schedule and how I can help reduce the mineral build up. Shane also rebuilt the tub filler. It was not functioning due to the water and Im sure the mineral build up. Was here for three hours. Very punctual and courteous.

    Excel General Contractor, LLC
This is my second project with the Excel Team. And once again, they've exceeded our expectations! We completed a full remodel in the kids bathroom, cleanup work needed in the master bathroom done by an incompetent contractor. Pete and his team were able to fix all the issues. We decided to roll-in some carpentry work in our sunroom too. My only regret was not using Excel when we first moved into our house. I've mentioned this in my previous review but wanted to quickly call out a few key highlights: - Pete and team are very communicative and responsive - Very knowledge and offer some great design and functional suggestions - In addition to the core team, their subs are very nice and have a strong attention to detail. If you're still confused how positive my review is...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EXCEL and look forward to starting my 3rd project with them next year.

    Drain Pro Plumbing Inc
I called Drain Pro Plumbing at 8:00 to come fix a plugged drain (Kitchen, Laundry, and downstairs bathroom). Raman was on site by 10:00 and quickly cleared the plug. He kept running the auger up and down to make sure the plug was totally cleared. He then used a garden hose to get a lot of water in quickly to clean things out and make sure that it could handle a large flow of water. I was up and operational by 11. They did a great job, cleaned up the area and their charge was very reasonable. I will definitely call again if we need any other plumbing work done.

    Ally Plumbing
I had my hot water tank break, so my home-owner's warranty called Ally Plumbing to have it fixed. The tank and up to $250 to bring my installation up to code were covered in my warranty policy, and all I should have had to pay was the $75 deductible. Ally Plumbing however charged me $925 to bring my hot water tank up-to code. Note that does not include the hot water tank. They sold me a gas flex hose that cost $18.97 at Home Depot for $115, then charged me $150 to install it. This place is horrible ripoff. Charges were: Water Heater EQ Straps for $185 Water Heater Expansion Tank for $185 Water Heater Gas Flex for $115 Water Heater Gas Line Modification (to screw on the gas flex line) for $150 Water Heater Stand for $125 Water Heater T&P Valve for $165 Stay clear of this place!!!

    Vortex Plumbing Inc
Worked with Deep to schedule the service. I have used Vortex to replace my sink faucet. Brian came out and replaced the garbage disposal. I purchased the special they had for installing and providing the garbage disposal. Brian did a great job.

    Re-Pipe Masters
Best crew in Puget Sound! Good price, quality workmanship- done in 1 day! My house was tricky, other estimates were high. These guys attacked it all with confidence, then cleaned up. Glad we did the main line also, since it was really corroded.

    King County Septic
The service guy came without proper tools to open the lid, and had to rip the lid to open. The owner told me it is $460 for a 1000 gallon tank, but later charged me for $800 as they pumped both chambers. I felt I was overcharged for the service.
