Not familiar with septic systems, Derek West came out and explained the problem I was having with the electric panel. (the pump was clicking on and off rapidly throughout the day). It went exceedingly well.He accessed the condition of septic back up. Cleaned the outlet screen, which relieved the back up problem. He explained the septic maintenance procedures which no company had ever told us to clean manually. he also told us we did'nt need to have our septic system pumped for at least two more years.
