    Rooter-Man of Washington
Paul and Anthony were very knowledgeable and competent professionals. Immediately upon arrival, they put on footies to protect our floors. They quickly assessed the work needing to be done and started the required disassembly of the existing fixtures. After the removal, they proceeded to install the new toilet and faucets. They were meticulous and made needed modifications to the faucet traps to reduce the space needed PVC. They replaced a flawed flex hose installed by a previous plumber and completed all required installations. They left the bathrooms spotless and removed all discarded fixtures from the site. Their cost and labor was very reasonable, and they provided a prompt response. ROOTMAN will be our go to plumbing professionals for all future work. Well done, Paul and Anthony!

    BOB LARSON PLUMBING
A terrific experience. Counter to most contractor's, Robert was and is extremely good at communicating throughout the entire process. I never had to chase down a status report, got pics if something needed to change for practical reasons and everything was done on timer and within the budget. He and his crew have done such a good job, I will probably never need their services again, but if I do, they will be my go to plumber and gas line people!

    Fine Design Interior Remodeling
We were very happy with Fine Designs, the design and planning process was easy. The remodel job was hampered by weather a bit and the shower unit was late but overall the job was excellent. They were able to fix other problems that were uncovered when doing the demo work. We love our new kitchen!

    Garcia's Plumbing and Drain
Tried Garcia's Plumbing for the 1st time after reading good reviews and their offer to Angie'sList members of a $50 home troubleshooting visit. All possible causes were reviewed and a recommendation of snaking the drain with a more commercial grade snake capable of much greater lengths. A blockage was discovered at about 40' and cleared. Nathan was extremely professional in all phases of customer service and knowledge! I highly recommend him!

    Harts Services
Surprised I needed to modify a drain while installing a new (replacement) dishwasher. (Gotta love the ever changing building codes.) One call and I had service on the way within an hour. The dispatcher let me know the approximate travel time to my residence, and sent a picture and a bit of background information on the technician. Colton (the technician) was positive, friendly, and informative. He provided a quote for the work I needed, the quote was reasonable. Colton completed the drain modification professionally and cleaned the work area. He also gladly provided a quote for another plumbing project I may be working on in the future and was pleased the quote is good for 6 months. Thanks again Harts Services!

    BOB LARSON PLUMBING
The plumber did a good job. The cost was very high. He said the work was guaranteed and the invoice would be sent to me by email. I have not gotten a write up or invoice or anything in writing. I have asked 3 times to send me the invoice. Maybe they are working on the side and not reporting the earnings to the company. Something is fishy.

    Purdy Plumbing Repair Inc
    1) A plumber and his apprentice son came to my house to replace three valve cores in hot/cold/ shower on/off valves. As he was looking in his truck for new parts he found a box with complete assembly in it and removed the cores from that assembly. ( they didn't even know they had it) The apprentice changed out my parts for new and the bill was over two hundred dollars. It still leaked. I had them come back and they looked at job and told me to turn harder on valve handles. Which I started doing. after about a week I had them come back out to fix properly and the apprentice told me I had to let the water out of the pipe to shower first and to make sure I tightened handles and it should work. He also told me the warranty period for their work work had expired and any new work (repair of their work) I would have to pay 150 minimum. To this date I am back to keeping a bucket under the assembly to catch the water. 2) The reason I am so concerned about water dripping is my septic system has failed and all water when tank is full runs out to the immediate ground around it. Finding this out prompted my third call to Purdy Plumbing to fix their poor work. As I had to have a new system designed and there were perk test holes were to be dug, I needed to have the water line found and identified ASAP. I Again I hired Purdy Plumbing as they were the only ones who could get out in time before designer dug his holes. I was told by the OWNER of Purdy Plumbing it should be around 150 dollars unless they had to use their fancy metal detector to locate line, and then it would be no more than 300 dollars. He told me this machine was very expensive and that is why it would be an additional 150 dollars. . And of course they did need it after a half hour of the Plumber and his apprentice son digging around in my yard. Not only did they not have their expensive metal detector with them they had to leave and go back to the shop to get it. When they returned they had a contract with no pricing on it that I had to sign before they would continue. They located the water line and it's route to the house. When I asked then to identify the route for future reference and maybe they could just spray paint appx where it went, the apprentice's retort to me was-'We are plumbers, not painters.'. So he took the heel of his boot and drug it about twenty feet along the house and said to me that is where it goes. When he figured out the bill, it was over 400 dollars. They have provided no drawings of where it goes and when they left they left about a foot of my copper water line exposed in a hole they dug. As we expected almost freezing temps last night I was forced to go out there and fill hole to protect line from freezing. I am 70 years old and disabled. I have little use of my hands because of operations to both. It was not easy to finish their job for them and I paid for it for the next 24 hours with the pain I have to endure by using my hands. I almost feel like I was being taken advantage of because of this and an easy mark for companies like this who only exist for the money they can charge. I DO NOT recommend Purdy Plumbing to take the garden hose off my spicket outside much less EVER enter my home again. I have ZERO to show for paying over 600 dollars for a professional to do the work as I cant.

    Cooper Services Construction
Amazing!! Jared showed up almost immediately, fixed the problem with parts he had on hand in just a few minutes, and didnt charge us a thing. We were really pleased with how helpful and friendly he was, and of course, grateful that he responded to our request so quickly (within an hour) so that we didnt have to deal with a complete flood.

    Spartan Services Inc
Mark was very efficient and informative. I felt very confident having someone with 18 years of service taking care of our urgent problem. The reason price was higher than normal is that it was a Sunday call. Still completely reasonable for quality work.

    Big Red's Drain Cleaning
RJ was very professional, on time, and honest with condition of main drain to septic that will eventually need to be replaced. He offered ideas of how to fix and referred me to call my septic service. RJ was pleasant to work with and gave me a detailed receipt.
