    I first went to a dispenser of hearing aids.  Bad plan!!!  They are like a used car dealer.  They just want to get you into anything.  So I went to Kitsap Audiology.  I needed an appointment to see Dr. Becken so I had to come back.  I was pleased that I did.  I had about a fifteen minute wait.  I was offered coffee, cookies if I wanted and there were good magazines that I like reading being a guy.  There was also a lot of information on hearing loss.  The staff was funny, friendly and didn't make me feel like I was just a number waiting .  They seemed to visit with all patients that were waiting.  i figured i would be in and out in a few minutes.  My appointment lasted over an hour.  I was shown my results and it was explained to me.  I was fitted with a trial pair of hearing aids and Dr. Becken took considerable time making sure they fit correctly and were set up correctly.  Also how to change batteries and the soft plastic pieces that fit into the ear and how to clean them.  I got to have a demo pair to try.  When I went back a month later I was set up again with a permanent pair.  It made such a difference.  Everyone noticed that they didn't have to talk loud for me to hear them.  That was in 2006.  I've had three pair since then, the same people were there, they remember my name and how I like my coffee.  i would recommend this clinic to anyone and have sent my own family to them.  I've heard no complaints and they are very helpful in working with L&I like two of my friends had to do.  I have been also reminded that I could come back anytime to have them adjusted.  They even have ones that can connect to a cell phone.  Thats a bit over my head.  I'm just happy I can hear.

    They're extremely helpful and I think a lot of people find it to be unusual to have to go in to somewhere to get your finger poked and all that. I actually think I could get on my own machine from my insurance company would probably pay for it, I've kind of stubbornly  said, "No." I know I could do that, but I'd rather just go in and talk to these people because it's staffed by pharmacist, because once I get that number, they will have to adjust your dose of the blood thinner. They're just very friendly, very accommodating. I had to call them numerous times to reschedule, and they've never had a problem with that. They don't advice you for changing things and it's just nice. I had to say that they have been very very good.

    Overall, I'm happy with the results of my surgery. I recovered much faster than Dr. Plaskon said that I would, which is always nice. She takes time to explain everything in great detail, though I do feel she is a bit overly optimistic as to the outcomes. While I'm happy with the results of my surgery, I was expecting a bit better results. I'm still happy I had the surgery done. She is very easy to talk to and quite compassionate. I would highly recommend her with the caveat that you talk with her about realistic outcomes to any surgery.

    It's a pretty new hospital. It's been there for two or three years. It's a very nice hospital. It's very modern. It went very well. They took care of me very well. The nurses were great. The whole hospital is fantastic. They just took care of me really well. I would absolutely use them again.

    Every appointment  I have had with Dr. Murray has been the best a doctor could offfer.He listens, explains and cares about his patients. He is always positive and to the point.
    His staff is top-notch. 5 stars.

    My experience with him is very good. I've been going to him for about 25 years so we pretty much know each other. He's easy to talk to, he's very capable of what he does and he kind of follows up on everything which is nice.

    Bad.  Because of the office environment, I wanted to leave, but I decided to stay.  The doctor knows a lot; however, her way of explaining is not kind, even scary.  The doctor is not nice PERIOD.  The hygine of that place is also questionable.

    Dr. Moreno was fabulous! Very, very easy to talk to and addressed all my concerns. She did a great exam and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I've seen a lot of doctors over the years, and she had one of the best bedside manners. She was very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything really well. She wanted to first help me get my cough under control so prescribed a low dose asthma inhaler and told me she would get the information to my primary care right away since I was having a physical with my primary care that same week. I have a history of asthma and my rescue inhaler wasn't helping, so she prescribed Advair. She then had me make an appointment with Dr. Williams in their clinic so that I could try PT for the problem, before considering surgery. Dr. Williams was also great. While I was working with Dr. Williams, Dr. Moreno stopped in to see how all the equipment worked for the PT so that she could gain a better understanding of what her patients were doing when she recommended them for PT for the problem. What a fabulous health care experience! I'm a very picky patient in regards to health care and have extremely high expectations since I have a PhD in communication with a specialty in Health Care communication. Thus, this is not easy praise to come by from me. I liked her so much, that I plan on making an appointment with her the next time I need to do something with a primary care physician. She works at both the urology practice and in a practice that does family practice.

    Office was not clean.  Bathroom was not clean.  Waiting room, disorganized.  The blinds broken... Not a good impression as a doctor's office. and on the top of that,  the Doctor was not friendly.

    Good appointment. Went in for a physical and was out in less than an hour. Refilled my Rx I needed that had lapsed. Ordered blood work as part of physical. Was very up front with me that doesn't need to see me all the time as I am young and healthy. I will definitely come back. Forgot to write a new Rx but used the MyChart feature to get a hold of him and request. It was fill later in the week. Glad that he is comfortable with this newer technology.
