  • Certa Pro made every effort to complete an exterior paint job very late in the year under variable weather conditions. They worked closely with us to minimize disruptions. It had been many years since the house had been painted and I feel much better with an added layer of protection from our wet winters. Thasnk you Certa Pro.

  • From the early planning stages to all the way through to the project end, Ben was amazing to work with. We actually came in under budget and our home turned out more beautiful than we ever imagined. Thank you Ben!

  • 1) A plumber and his apprentice son came to my house to replace three valve cores in hot/cold/ shower on/off valves. As he was looking in his truck for new parts he found a box with complete assembly in it and removed the cores from that assembly. ( they didn't even know they had it) The apprentice changed out my parts for new and the bill was over two hundred dollars. It still leaked. I had them come back and they looked at job and told me to turn harder on valve handles. Which I started doing. after about a week I had them come back out to fix properly and the apprentice told me I had to let the water out of the pipe to shower first and to make sure I tightened handles and it should work. He also told me the warranty period for their work work had expired and any new work (repair of their work) I would have to pay 150 minimum. To this date I am back to keeping a bucket under the assembly to catch the water. 2) The reason I am so concerned about water dripping is my septic system has failed and all water when tank is full runs out to the immediate ground around it. Finding this out prompted my third call to Purdy Plumbing to fix their poor work. As I had to have a new system designed and there were perk test holes were to be dug, I needed to have the water line found and identified ASAP. I Again I hired Purdy Plumbing as they were the only ones who could get out in time before designer dug his holes. I was told by the OWNER of Purdy Plumbing it should be around 150 dollars unless they had to use their fancy metal detector to locate line, and then it would be no more than 300 dollars. He told me this machine was very expensive and that is why it would be an additional 150 dollars. . And of course they did need it after a half hour of the Plumber and his apprentice son digging around in my yard. Not only did they not have their expensive metal detector with them they had to leave and go back to the shop to get it. When they returned they had a contract with no pricing on it that I had to sign before they would continue. They located the water line and it's route to the house. When I asked then to identify the route for future reference and maybe they could just spray paint appx where it went, the apprentice's retort to me was-'We are plumbers, not painters.'. So he took the heel of his boot and drug it about twenty feet along the house and said to me that is where it goes. When he figured out the bill, it was over 400 dollars. They have provided no drawings of where it goes and when they left they left about a foot of my copper water line exposed in a hole they dug. As we expected almost freezing temps last night I was forced to go out there and fill hole to protect line from freezing. I am 70 years old and disabled. I have little use of my hands because of operations to both. It was not easy to finish their job for them and I paid for it for the next 24 hours with the pain I have to endure by using my hands. I almost feel like I was being taken advantage of because of this and an easy mark for companies like this who only exist for the money they can charge. I DO NOT recommend Purdy Plumbing to take the garden hose off my spicket outside much less EVER enter my home again. I have ZERO to show for paying over 600 dollars for a professional to do the work as I cant.

  • Near perfect! In practically all phases of work for the 3 fairly small jobs, both John and Tim were excellent to work with. John was especially helpful in the orientation and design of stair forms up against a nursery stone wall that needed a better foundation! Easy to work with, fair price, punctual, conscientious and honest...what's not to like? These guys are great. I highly recommend them.

  • Amazing!! Jared showed up almost immediately, fixed the problem with parts he had on hand in just a few minutes, and didn’t charge us a thing. We were really pleased with how helpful and friendly he was, and of course, grateful that he responded to our request so quickly (within an hour) so that we didn’t have to deal with a complete flood.

  • We have used Cooper Services twice and have been very happy with the results both times. In fact, we are so happy with their work that when a friend told us they needed repair work done on their condo that their contractor had twice attempted and failed to rectify we interrupted Cooper Services's work at our condo and escorted them to our friend's place. Fifteen minutes later our friend's problem was solved.

  • They were wonderful with respect to response time, respectfulness and effort, but in the end, the leak wasn't fixed. They came out almost a dozen times over a 2-1/2 year period for the same problem, but were not able to fix it. After a couple of conversations with the owner and just under $4k in payments, their solution was to come back out to give us an estimate on replacing a section of the roof. If they weren't able to identify where the leak was coming from, why on earth would we give them more money? They actually don't fully guarantee the work, or I wouldn't be writing this review. It's a shame because their team of guys in the field were really kind and tried, but that didn't change the fact that we are out almost $4k and the job was not done. We recently ended up hiring another roofing company who managed to fix everything in a single visit.

  • Fantastic! We were in the queue for almost 2 months, but it was worth the wait. What another company couldn't achieve in almost 3 years, Bob from Hanley accomplished in a single visit. They are professional, prompt and their workmanship is superb. We'd hire them again in a heartbeat!

  • Alex Warren and Britney Watson showed up on time to perform the services I needed. They were really respectful of my home and communicated really well with me as some of the things I thought I needed didn't actually need to be done. Wow. They saved me money! I have done business with Mercurios for a long time and they are honest and fair. These two service technicians were amazing however, and really went above and beyond.

  • Terry came out to give us a quote. He was on time, professional and very engaging. When the painters came to do the job, they were courteous, did a great job including making crisp lines between ceiling and wall colors and cleaned up afterwards. Then Terry came out to ensure we were satisfied with the work that had been done. We couldn't be happier with the outcome.
