    A Advanced Septic
No well. Read details below. SEPTIC BANDITS! RUN! YOU'LL GET RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID. We hired these guys to pump out a septic tank & pump tank prior to us installing a new pump. The locations of the hatches were obvious-- pump tank lid was exposed & septic tank lid location was delineated. Technician said couldn't pump septic tank because lid was 4+ feet down so a backhoe was needed to dig it up. So he pumped out the small pump tank, fooled around with the old pump for a bit, declared it dead and left. The total bill was over $1,100 and my septic tank never got pumped. Turns out the septic tank lid was 4-INCHES below the surface-- the technician was probing in the wrong spot. I called Advanced's office and got the runaround. No one could discuss this problem with me other than "Matt," who is constantly in meetings, out on a job, or otherwise unavailable. When he did eventually call, he was defensive and 100% unhelpful. I later spoke with Andrew (Gunia?) who said he was one of Advanced's "owners." He insisted we fork over ANOTHER $~400+ for them to come back and pump the septic tank-- which we had already paid for and Advanced never performed. Really??? More money? Obviously, this company is not much interested in customer service or customer retention and highly interested in making money. I refuse to throw good money after bad. At this point I need to call a DIFFERENT septic tank pumper and pay someone else to have my septic tank pumped. This is criminal behavior IMHO, so I will be making a formal complaint to the Washington State Dep't of Labor & Industries, and to the State Attorney General's Office. Use these clowns if you want, but at least now you know what might result.

    Alejandre LandScaping
After locating on this site, a conversation took place where I explained that this was for my rental property but we would be paying for the service to ensure that the yard was taken care of while we were out of the area due to a military transfer. After a week I inquired if he had heard from the property manager; he stated no, when in actuality he had been in contact and not shown up for the first visit to provide an estimate. A second appointment was made for this past Friday; which he again no-showed for. No-showed twice, did not respond to my latest attempts to contact, misrepresented facts regarding contact with tenants. Two weeks wasted trying to coordinate which could have been spent on someone who really wants to provide the service.

Dustin was very responsive to my initial call. He provided an estimate and scheduled the job quickly. The trees were trimmed to my satisfaction and he cleaned everything up well. I thought he communicated well and it was obvious he enjoys his work. I will hire him again.

    Pavers Cornerstone
Juan does and excellent job. Very good workmanship and easy to work with. He built a new fence and gate in one area and replaced fencing with combined 3 neighbors. He is very accomadating and enjoys his projects and the final results. We have referred to other friends and they have been very happy with his work also.

    Aguiar Pavers
We had to cancel our contract with over 2 months notice (on June 13 with our scheduled start date in early to mid September because they are so busy). The refused to return our deposit of $4800. Their work looks good online, but read the fine print in the contract. Total BS to pay $4800 because they may not be able to schedule a client, despite the fact we are two months out.

We were amazed at how much those guys got done. Very hard hard workers, great at cutting angles and devoted to their work. Michelle was very personalable, and knowledgeable. She followed through with what she said she was going to do. Took care of any issues, even if we didnt see them. She also kept us updated throughout the whole process. We think the final product is great...wish we would have done it along time ago. We are excited to use it, just waiting for the sunshine! Were already getting compliments.

    Rios Brick Pavers LLC
We received three bids for this job. Rios was half of one bid and 20% less than the other. We're so glad we went with Rios; Mauricio was great to work with! He handled our concerns in a professional manner, and communicated schedules to us. He even let us know when he was running a little late -- this hasn't been the norm with other contractors we've hired. We would work with him again in a heartbeat. There was a miscommunication about our path on the side, and he didn't have to honor the change we requested but he sent someone the very next day -- a Saturday -- so the job would be completed on time. We have a very steep driveway and lots of landscaping that they had to work around. They didn't bring in any heavy equipment in, even though they had to demolish a wall and part of a very thick concrete patio to put the new paver path through. Our new beautiful path has motivated us to begin the process of re-landscaping our backyard. They did a really artful job of integrating the different paths. His crew accommodated our requests to bury conduit under the path for electricity and water, even though it meant disrupting the already tamped down base. They were very hardworking and did a nice job keeping the site clean at the end of each workday. They even sprayed down my plants afterwards; cutting the pavers creates quite a bit of concrete dust. It would be a good idea to warn your neighbors when having this done so they don't hang out freshly washed clothes or air out comforters while the cutting is going on. I highly recommend Rios and would definitely hire them again!

    Green Leaf Tree Service
Dustin, and team arrived as scheduled at 0845 and began work soon after getting there equipment staged. These guys are the hardest working dudes I've ever seen, Dustin the owner and three others went to work on our trees that were located between the house next door and ours with know room for error due to the tight space between houses. They limbed the trees then "chunked down" the trunks and were done by 1415 without a single bit of damage. Very happy with their work and will hire them again..

    Redwood Builders LLC, Landscaping
Terrific! Tony and his guys were great, very professional and hardworking...they were outside in the worst weather! Their work is superb and we are extremely happy with their work ethic, even though they had other jobs in process simultaneously. Redwood Builders did their work at a very fair price and we are extremely satisfied.

The owner was very responsive in giving me a bid for the work and a date the work could be done. The yard looks wonderful, very professional. We are going to use their services for yard maintenance as well.
