    Home & RV Mattress Center
Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. A mother and her daughter were very impressive.. We needed a queen-short mattress. They took our old mattress to dispose of for us. They also gave a discount.

    Berger's Table Pad Factory
The table pads fit perfectly, look really nice on the table and have a velvet undercoating to protect the table.  They are quite heavy and very we'll made.  The company makes it easy to measure and provides tools on line to assist you if you need it.  Couldn't be easier!

I am very delayed in writing this review.  Willy recovered two swivel chairs for us in a very timely manner.  We needed the chairs by a particular date and he worked very hard to get them to us by this date - even though he was leaving for a vacation soon after I hired him.  He was friendly, thorough, prompt and pleasant to work with.  Willy even kept me updated with pictures during the process.  I would use him again in the future.

Piano Tuning & Repair by Frank R Acosta
This was an Angies list special offer.   Frank was punctual and efficient, both in calling to make the appointment and coming to complete the work. .   He tuned the piano and asked if I would like to try it to see if it sounded o.k. to me.  No piano tuner has ever offered me this prior to this visit.  It sounds great and was an excellent price.  I will not hesitate to use his services again.

Piano Tuning & Repair by Frank R Acosta
I couldn't be more pleased, both in the quality of his work and his professional integrity.  He is very knowledgeable, does a thorough job, explains everything well and doesn't try to peddle extra services that are not needed. I have used Frank for about five years. He is always on time and reliable.

The service was fine. Everything was as expected. The gal that owns the company helped me in the shop. Her husband came to pick the chair up and the service was great. I would hire them again. The price was a little expensive but that could have been because of the product that I chose. I would recommend them.

    Professional Piano Movers
Chris was a little difficult to get on the phone, but after several tries, I did get an answer. He agreed to do the move the following day. He arrived on time, and appeared to know what he was doing. He was thorough, careful, and professional in loading the piano. He was to deliver the piano later that same day. Since I would not be at the delivery address, I paid him at the time of loading the piano. I did not get a receipt, he asked if he could give it to my son, I agreed (in retrospect, I should have had him write me a receipt). He called my son that evening - said he didn't realize how far it was to go, and that he would be there the following morning instead. He did not call me. The following day, he did not arrive when he said he would, and multiple phone calls to him went unanswered, and un-returned - both to/from my son and I. I finally called the police late that evening to go to his address and see if thy could get any information. The officer called me back, and let me talk to Chris on the officer's phone. Chris said he had the piano, and would deliver it the following day (Saturday). By this time, my son has stayed home waiting for the piano for two days, missing class. The piano was finally delivered Saturday evening at 8:30 p.m.
Chris is a nice guy, I like him in spite of the excuses, lack of communication, and lack of professionalism. There may have been reasons to not perform in a timely fashion, but there is no excuse for not calling or answering the phone. He had both the fee and piano, and was not answering the phone or returning calls for 2 days. So, it really is sad that I have to write this review. Chris is a likeable guy, and while I might drink a beer and watch a game with him, I won't use him to move a piano (or anything else) again. I can't recommend Chris. Maybe mine was an isolated case. He does know how to load and move a piano, and has good equipment, but his follow-through is suspect. If you do use Chris, you should be prepared to go with him to the delivery point, and pay after safe arrival...

    A-1 Piano Sales & Rentals
In checking with piano movers recommended by Angie's List, I was told by a staffer at A-1 and also by another company that they would turn my piano on end (vertically) and carry it up the seven stairs from my parents' basement. This sounded a little scary to me (although both companies assured me it is done a lot), and logistically I thought the hallway/stairway intersection was too tight for this method. The other option was taking the piano out the patio slider, across the backyard, up the side yard and onto the driveway, up to the street.
When I called A-1 back the second time, I asked if I could speak to one of the movers or a manager to explain my concerns. I talked with Bret (I believe the manager), who listened to my explanation, which meant a lot to me. After looking at the photos I emailed Bret, he agreed that taking the piano across the grassy yard was a better option, although he estimated it would cost a bit more ($400 vs. $320, before the 10 percent Angie's List discount) for the extra time needed to lay planks on the ground for the piano to roll across. That was fine with me, so we booked the move.
Since I didn't need to move the piano on a specific date, Bret looked at the schedule to see if there was another move in the south end already scheduled that could be paired with my move -- that way I could share the cost of the driving time and save some money. Alas, nothing matched up, but I appreciated his efforts.
On the day of the move, the three-man moving crew called to say they were ahead of schedule, so we set an earlier time to meet at the house -- and arrived at the same time. The guys got out of the truck and I showed one of them where the piano was located, and the layout of the yard. Then all three came downstairs, put the piano on the dolly and rolled it across the yard -- they didn't even need the planks! Just eight minutes after the A-1 truck pulled up in front of the house, the piano was being rolled into the truck! It was pretty amazing.
Then there was the 30-minute drive to Federal Way and unloading the piano at my house. The guys did have to use the planks to get the piano across my gravel driveway and across my backyard lawn. Then it was up four stairs and into the designated room, arriving in the same condition as it left my parents' house. I had asked to purchase special piano caster cups with felt bottoms ($49.28 including tax), which the guys placed under the piano's wheels. Then they even moved the piano into the exact position I wanted (a few inches to the right; no, now an inch to the left).
All the guys were very friendly, conducted themselves professionally and obviously knew what they were doing. Because they had been able to move the piano so quickly from the first location, my final bill was actually less than the estimate -- $324 ($360, minus the 10 percent discount). With the casters and a tip, the total was just under $400.
All in all, I couldn't have been happier with the experience! I definitely would use  A-1 Piano Moving again and recommend them to anyone who needs a piano moved.

    Albert Lee Appliance Inc
Working with Albert Lee Appliance was a good experience. The showroom staff was knowledgeable and helpful, but weren't too pushy and gave me time on my own to investigate the options when I asked. I wasn't able to schedule the install as quickly after purchase as I would have liked, but given the time of year I was purchasing and the limitations of my schedule it wasn't an unreasonable delay. The installers arrived as promised and took great care not to damage anything in my kitchen while they were working. The hook-up went smoothly and they left the place looking as good or better then it did when they arrived.
