    A1 accomplished appliance repair
I assume it was Tommy that came out to look at our ice maker he was extremely rude with a very load voice so I went in the kitchen and got louder. He said he didnt want to fix our freezer because I got mad at him which was ok as we werent going to let him do the work. He is unprofessional and does not know how to talk to a customer. He also lied going out the door that he is 5 star rated with no complaints against him which is a lie he has D and F ratings. I would go without a freezer before I would ever hire him again but he said he would never do a repair for us and I thank him for that.

Freezer was fine but refrigerator compartment was warm. Jordan knew precisely what the problem was and how to fix it, which he did expertly. A-1 will be my go-to large appliance repair company from now on!

    Affordable Appliance
Worst customer service imaginable. He brought my dryer at 10pm, after an agreed upon 11am delivery. He said there was no way he was getting behind it to hook it up (is there any other way?!). Worked for 3 days. I called about my warrantee, he said he's never heard of me. I might as well have thrown $300 in the garbage.

    Top Shelf Appliance Service
John showed up exactly when he said he would (only had to wait 2 days before he could come) and diagnosed the problem. He had to order the part and it took longer to arrive than expected but he came back out as soon as he could after it arrived. Very, very satisfied and so glad to have found this company!

    Appliance & Refrigeration Hospital
Horrible! Our wall oven was under warranty through kitchen aid. This job was referred to Appliance hospital by KitchenAid. Appliance hospital called and told me I would have to order a control board to fix my wall oven. I gave them the model number and serial number over the phone they ordered the part. They called me back about a week and a half later and told me my part arrived and they wanted to schedule the service. The service technician that came to my house smelled like cigarettes and alcohol. I had to open up my windows and let my kitchen air out after he left because of the lingering smell. He told me that he fixed my oven gave me a couple of tips on how to make it work better etc. etc. and left. It seemed to be working fine, and then two days later it started acting up again. I called kitchenAid and they told me the technician said he was not able to service my wall oven because they were not able to order the part because there was no model number or serial number. This began a major fiasco with appliance hospital trying to figure out what the technician actually did when he came to our house and what he did not do. What happened with the part .....All the while they are wanting to schedule that same technician to come to our house again because they couldn't figure out what happened. Horrible experience horrible service and to top it off I was invoiced $97 for the service. Luckily Kitchen Aid is awesome and referred the service to a different provider and let Appliance Hospital know I shouldn't be charged for the service.

    Appliance Pro
Appliance Pro stopped by the next day and within 5 minutes gave me a good quote and put order in for the part that evening. He received the part and had the stove fixed by Monday. He was very quick and only took about 15 minutes to install the new part and stove works great. Will hire again for any large appliance problems I have in the future.

    Sears Appliance Repair
The damage that altered the function of the dryer was fixed. When I asked for a quote for the cosmetic damage to the washer, I was told it was "too expensive". When I reiterated that I was still interested, the service personnel claimed to look into it, but never did.

    RCS Fireplace

Rusty came out and gave us a bid on installing a gas insert in our fireplace. On the night before he was to do the install, we changed our mind about installing in the spot the fireplace was in as it was off-set from the center of the wall and always looked kind of wrong to us. Unfortunately, Rusty didn't get the text I sent that night so he showed up at 8:00AM the next morning with the insert ready to go.

When I broke the news, I was ready to hear some serious pushback, but on the contrary he was completely professional and didn't squawk one bit. He actually had suggested tearing it out and moving a new full-sized (42") fireplace in the center of the space when he came out the first time - which is exactly what we did. Even though it was obviously a big inconvenience for him, he never made us feel like the dumb homeowners who changed their mind at the last minute.

RCS offers a 3-year installation warranty and they even come back 1 year from install date to inspect the work at no charge. Pretty top shelf service.

Ended up costing a fair amount more than we had planned, but it  was so worth it. Rusty and Raul worked tirelessly, and cleaned up after themselves each day. The work was done really well and they were personally pleasant to work with. True professionals. If you have any need for a fireplace or stove, or just need yours to be inspected by a pro, I would highly recommend you at least talk to these guys first. Great experience!

    Appliance & Refrigeration Hospital
Although I am extremely upset with Whirlpool for the traumas of dealing with a known defect in their refrigerator, I am ECSTATIC at the experience of dealing with Appliance Hospital.  They are well-organized, kept me 100% informed on scheduling progress, and pleasant to work with.  Tristan, the technician, showed up on time, knew exactly what I needed, and completely the entire project (replacement of a sticky rubber thingy with a hard plastic P-shaped drain tube) quickly.  Clean, courteous, professional.  What more could I ask for??  Thank you, Appliance Hospital!  Now I can move into the holiday season without worrying about ice sheets in the bottom of my freezer!!

    Appliance Pro
We had a great experience with Bob at Appliance Pro. After getting home from vacation to discover a non-working fridge, I called him first thing the next morning. He had just had a cancellation of his morning appointment and came right over. He quickly narrowed down the problem part to one of two, determined he had a replacement for one on hand, tried it and when that didn't fix the issue arranged to have the other part delivered to him that same day. He returned to our house in the late afternoon, installed the other part (which thankfully fixed the issue), cleaned up around the fridge beautifully and presented us with a very reasonable bill. I will definitely be calling him again if we have other appliance issues in the future.
