    Washingtons Best Decks and Siding
The Project went very smooth. Cameron came out to our house the next morning after we reached out for a estimate. our deck was in bad shape to begin with so we figured it would be a complete tear down and rebuild and he agreed. we went over some design changes that we came up with and color options ect and ended on a Timbertech Product for the Decking and Railing. Cameron also showed us pictures on his ipad of some recent projects and how they build them differently from most contractors to make sure its done right. The final product turned out amazing. we cant believe what a difference it made to our backyard especially looking out at it from our kitchen.

    System Pavers
We loved working with the team at System Pavers. Everyone from the designer (Chris) to our project manager (Jacob) and everyone in between were professional and did a great job of keeping us well informed on our project's progress. The project took about two weeks and the crew that came out worked very hard and provided such a beautiful final product. Chris took his time to help design an outdoor space that met our personal needs and was a style that fit our family. Admittedly our project was not as complicated as some of the spaces they create, but it is exactly what we wanted. We were even invited to come down to their offices to see and touch the pavers, this part of the process was extremely helpful, as I have a terrible time making decisions. They offered financing which was helpful for our family and made this product for manageable financially. It was pricey but we feel as though it was like adding another room to our home. We have zero complaints. There were no real problems, a minor start delay ( because it's summer and we knew a delay would be likely) and a couple of broken stepping stones. We were always well informed about what was going on and Jacob was quick to solve those minor issues! We were impressed.

    RTI Services, LLC
RTI Services recently built our deck and we could not be happier with how it went and the final product. The RTI team was responsive, easy to work with, efficient, and provided high quality work. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have a deck project completed and will use them for any future projects we might have.

    Seahawk Remodeling LLC
We hired Seahawk Remodeling (worked with Cameron Hanke) to tear down our existing back deck and front porch that was not up to current code standards, and rebuild it up to code, as well as add a new staircase (off the back deck). The overall deck/porch look great, however the low scores are for what happened during and after the deck was built. Cameron initially quoted us that the project would take about 3-4 weeks to complete, however it took twice as long, at about 8 weeks. The reason for this delay was because without prior notice, the two builders were pulled off our deck project to complete other projects multiple times. Sometimes it would just be a day that they wouldn't come by to complete the work, the longest they were gone without any communication to us was about 2 weeks. At this point when they didn't communicate with us beforehand that they weren't going to be working on our project for those two weeks, they had the project almost finished, except that the staircase off the back deck was missing some railings. So the deck was usable, just unsafe. We have two dogs and a toddler, and this was unacceptable to us to just quit working for a couple weeks without any warning ahead of time, and without keeping us updated as to why they were continuing to put our project on hold, and when they would be back. It took multiple phone calls to Cameron to get them to come and finish the job. The issues we are now facing with Cameron and Seahawk Remodeling, is that we are completing the permit process with Snohomish County, and the county inspector found deficiencies against code requirements with the deck that need to be addressed with fixes by the contractor. We have called multiple times to have Cameron's crew come out and fix these deficiencies to bring the deck up to code completely, sent all the necessary paperwork from the county noting exactly what needs to be done, and they have been silent. At first Cameron said they wouldn't be able to schedule us until end of March because "there are 4 deck projects ahead of ours", but we know they could pull their crew off an existing project for the 1-2 days needed to finish the job in order for our deck and permit to be satisfied (considering they did it to us). And now he's not even entertaining communicating to us at all. The deck itself looks great, however we are sorely disappointed in the lack of professionalism, quality (they said they would build a deck up to code, and have failed to complete the necessary items deemed important by the county, which also begs the question about their knowledge and competence about the code requirements), and communication. We experienced terrible customer service and will not be working with them again.

We are so impressed. All the guys that built our decks were punctual, courteous and patient with answering all of our questions. They always had a clean work site and were even patient with my barking dog! High quality work that made all my neighbors envious! We are selling our house so I am sure the new decks will be a BIG selling point. A big THANK YOU to Kevin who built the front deck and Josh who built my back deck. Thank you to all the workers that demolished the old decks and made sure the work site was kept clean. Thank you Mike for hauling all the old decks and debris away. Will definitely hire again if our new house needs a new deck.

    Corvus Construction
I hired Corvus Construction to do a remodel on my game room due to the water heater leaking. First off Denis was easy to communicate with and was able to get my project in within a timely manner, as I had my wedding coming up and needed it done before family arrived. From the first day they showed up to my home they always kept me informed on the progress, upcoming plan, and left my house clean! His crew was timely, well mannered, and respectful to my home. Not to mentioned the work they performed was amazing! Between the heated floors, wet bar with granite countertops, tile work, and the fireplace, it was better then I pictured! I now spend every evening enjoying my game room and I couldnt be happier with the result! I have hired them again for my bathroom remodel this fall! Thank you guys, see you soon!

    Washingtons Best Decks and Siding
The decking project started out with finding this company online through their reviews and word of mouth. After the initial call to the office and talking to them we received a call from the owner to schedule a appropriate time to meet. They came out the next morning which was super helpful since we were in the beginning stages and we understood we should make a decision quick if we wanted to get it completed in a reasonable amount of time as the sunshine is here. The next day cameron showed up and took us through the important steps of building a correct deck to last. Naturally we wanted to go with a composite and through the pictures we chose a azek decking system which was more expensive because of the style but we knew that is the color we went through. After going through the pricing sheet my wife and I agreed with our budget and the amount of railings we have we would go with a azek composite decking for the flooring planks with a dark hickory color. the railings we chose to go with a hybrid cedar railing to save in cost. cameron was super helpful and made a couple great suggestions to the layout and the placement of the stairs. When the work started the demo of our current deck was done and removed in about a day and a half and the new construction started. the digging of the footings was really important to my wife and myself as the deck we had before was done wrong and sank due to the wet seattle weather. the concrete footings were done in a couple days after drying and the framing started. They did a great job explaining the correct way to build a deck due to code and did everything they promised. We understood every company was different with the quality of decks built and we chose to go with a composite around the fascia and stairs to make it a very low maintenance project that would last as long as we owned the house. The deck was done in a timely manner and the crew was out every day and working hard. We know we paid slightly more to complete the deck in a full composite but we were confident that it was the right choice for our family to go with the low maintenance option for a couple extra thousand as we did not want to worry about painting or staining the deck every couple years. finally the deck was done after 12 days of hard work. (2 to demo and 10 to build) the final product really did come out looking how we imagined from the design and pictures cameron showed us and we were really impressed how the double border really affected the feel of the final product. if I was to give advice to anyone I would definitely point them in that direction as opposed to going with the cheaper option of just hucking it up quicker. in conclusion we have no regrets and will look forward to enjoying the deck while we own the home while at the same time enjoying the resale value of the deck in 10 years since we chose the composite. the Azek dark mahogany looks perfect.

Very smoothly. As my recent review indicates, Mike and his deck crew really knocked it out of the park on our deck project. He is the reason we decided to call about our siding. Initially, I was looking for a reference for a good painter but after a quick phone-call we determined it may make sense to look at re-siding the home instead. As with the deck, Mike arrived on time, to take a look at our current siding. We determined that all four sides were original and fairly well cared for over the years. The front side was a cedar lap and the other three sides were a plywood type siding commonly used by the builder during that time. Mike offered to refer us to a professional painter but also pointed out some areas needing repair. He took the time to measure up the home and show us the different siding products on the market today. After careful consideration we choose Mike and his siding team (Ryan, James and Manuel) to re-side the home in pre-finished, james hardie siding. Ryan took the time to trim out all of our windows and doors, and after a few weeks our home was transformed. The results exceeded our expecations and we couldn't be happier. Ryan and the others were great to work with as well. They answered all of our questions throughout the process and spent most of the time working through all the rain we have gotten recently. I wanted to give all A's but the price was a little tough to digest. Looking back, I see why it cost what it costs, and in the long run, was a small price to pay given the added value found by a low maintenance siding solution. Plus, I don't see the need for paint for a very long time. I think the pre-finish warranty is 15 years. Its also important to mention that overall the cost was more than justified given Mike did his best to stay within contract spec's, despite any cost over-runs. He pulled it off, with no headaches and no surprises on our end! A big thank you to everyone involved. We appreciate it and are available should you have any questions on our experience.

Well this company came through for us last year and Im sorry to say we told them we would right them a A+ review and failed to. They followed up with us recently through a mailer and we wanted to return the favor and finally tell the angles list world how great of a job they did. The deck and railings came out looking marvelous and the installers really went above and beyond and even fixed a couple siding boards for us. We are excited that we got their mailer in the mail because we are looking at doing our siding this summer now which was the plan all along. Given the pricing on the deck we will be having this company out do do our siding!
