Tire Buying And Repair reviews in Everett

Real People ~ Real Reviews ~ Real Results

  • They are a national company. The price put me in shock because I bought that car 9 years ago and they were the original tires. It was my first SUV and I didn't think much about how much the tire replacement costed. They also did a safety check. They are fairly close and their reputation proceeds them. They have a very good reputation. I went in a couple of years ago to buy a battery and they thoroughly checked to car to make sure it was ok. Other than the motor because they don't do motor work.

  • Great customer service.  Washed and vacuumed car as a courtesy. Their waiting room was not the greatest but they have a brand new service center building now so I'm looking forward to going there in the future.

  • I had my car towed there after getting an un-reparable flat on my way to work. They took my car in right away and had it in and out quickly. They didn't try to sell me on the existing brand name which is more expensive, but saved me money by quoting me on a more reasonably priced tire that was the same quality. If I had gone to the dealership they would have replaced with the existing brand which would have cost significantly more, and they wouldn't have gotten it until late afternoon. Which means I wouldn't have a car all day.

  • Knowing we were in a dire situation with the window dropped into the door panel of our Saab, and rain approaching, they said to and quot;bring it right over and we will try to get it shut until we can get you in to see what is going on.and quot; They did just that. They got the window in line to close, and we brought it back in 2 days later to have the research the problem. After taking the door apart, they discovered it needed a costly part. They called me with an estimate for both new and reconditioned parts and gave me all the time needed to decide what we wanted to do. They then started the research on the trunk.
They researched all there was to know about the trunk and the mechanics of it, but to no avail...the box that was supposed to have the parts to fix was no where to be found!!! They super-sleuth-ed it, but were unable to fix it. They were incredibly apologetic.
Lastly the oil change. Routine but necessary.
The service (Kevin), parts (Paul) and sales(Frank) are all exceptional.
We have done pre-purchase inspections and their advice has been reassuring.
We have purchased tires for our RX8 with them.
We have gone on many test drives in search of which car to buy.
In all our visits, everyone has been very nice and welcoming.
While the dealership is on the small side, and the service station is not high tech, they do great work and I recommend them to all in search of a good place to bring your car.

  • Was referred to Chuck Chevron by Al's auto parts. I bought a pair of used tires and needed them balanced, and installed on the my truck. I normally go to another tire shop for everything and haven't really ventured out because I have had good experiences. I showed up without an appointment hoping to get in right away. After talking with one of the managers he said it was a first come first serve location, and that it would take around 45 minutes before they could get me in (normal timing for any other place I've gone). I decided to visit Walmart since it's next door. I came back to find Matt personally taking care of the work and nearly finished (about 15 minutes later) I've been to a lot of tire places and have found the managers to just sit around. The price was about half and the service top notch!

  • Goodyear was very helpful. They do not keep you there for very long and were efficient in terms of getting you in and out. You make your choice and they handle everything from there. The tires were excellent.

  • ALWAYS PROMPT, FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COMPETITIVELY PRICED. I LIKE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE MOST AS THEY WILL REMOVE AND PATCH NAIL DAMAGE WHICH HAPPENS FREQUENTLY WITH ALL THE ROAD CONSTRUCTION IN THE AREA.

  • LES SCHWAB WAS CALLED ON A MONDAY MORNING TO FIX MY FLAT. WE WERE THINKING OF GETTING NEW TIRES BUT NOT SO SOON AND WHEN I GOT A NAIL IN MY TIRE I DECIDED THEY WERE ON SALE, WHY NOT? I EVEN PAID LESS FOR THE 4 SAME TIRES I GOT 4 YEARS AGO. THEN MY HUSBAND'S BRAKES WERE GOING. HE ALSO NEEDED NEW TIRES. SO WE BOUGHT THEM.
    - SUSIE K.
  • WE HAVE DONE SERVICE WITH LES SCHWAB FOR YEARS NOW. THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE WORK AT LITTLE OR NOT COST WHEN YOUR VEHICLE HAS THE ORIGINAL TIRES ON THEM. THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE THE SAME WHEN YOUR VEHICLE HAS TIRES PURCHASED AT ANY LES SCHWAB LOCATION.
