FThe travel agent was the worst I've ever experience. The entire wedding party had issue with this travel agent. Over 31 people traveling to Cabo Mexico had major issues. LauraBeth was unable to book flights with correct names. As a last resort her manager was also incompetent.

FI attempted to make a change to my flight on the Expedia website. I kept getting error messages after several attempts even after turning off extensions and trying another browser. At no point did I receive any confirmation of change nor did my itinerary on Expedia change. Since I was unable to make the change online I called Expedia for help. While I was on hold with them I logged into my checking account. Expedia had placed "on hold" the amount I would have owed for the change in flight, twice, totaling more than $3,ooo. Bear in mind, they never actually changed anything. When I pointed this out to the person I was speaking with, and then later a supervisor, I was told there was nothing they could do and that I needed to call my bank. The bank told me they couldn't dispute the charge until it went from just being on hold to being an actual charge. The fact that the hold was due to an error on someone else's part did not matter. Until Expedia fixes the problem I do not have access to that money. I can get by with that, but how many other people would wind up with missed payments and overdrafts because they can't access their own money? Everything about this is completely unacceptable. I will never use Expedia again.

FDrove 4 hours to put money down on a boat with Kyle to hold a boat for it for a week while we got it financed. We were scheduled to meet up with him on Saturday, When we called Friday afternoon to come pick it up and finalize paperwork, we got the run around and after many painful lies by the secretary we finally got a call back from Kyle at 6pm and were told the boat was on “consignment”, (never told this previously) and the previous owner picked it up and sold it to his buddy. -never called to let us know........ The secretary told us earlier that day Kyle was out test driving our boat with a customer. Very, very, poor business practices. When asked to speak to a manager or owner we got the run around as well. We have contacted a lawyer. Be aware of this SHADY business. Shame on you

ATrusty Wrench RV DoctorFor the Tricities area I believe this guy is the most trustworthy and reasonable. Told me what I was doing wrong to avoid trouble with transfer switch instead of replacing it when I thought it was bad. While he dewinterized a coach new to me with a washer and ice machine, he showed me how to do it and winterize it myself. His prices are so reasonable though I will probably have him do it. I have used several RvV repair personnel and really think he is the best.- Charles E.

ABen Franklin TransitFor us handicapped people and for elderly people it's free, otherwise it's $1.50 each way. They have well informed and courteous drivers. The equipments are in excellent condition. The buses are always well maintained and clean, and in good operating condition. And they have two way communications if there is a problem of some kind and if they don't know the answer to something, they'll get on the radio and find out. I can't think of any problem anybody would have, because they have locations where different groups or towns meet. They are all well marked, the shelters are in good condition, the overall grounds maintenance is good. The staff that you can call to get route information is all good and well informed. With a little exception, the drivers are all very well informed and helpful.- Brenda V.

ACARLSON WAGONLIT TRAVELAs far as the travel plans went the trip was a success. We had a little hiccup when my wife fainted on one of the tours. She received excellent care and help and it turned out she was dehydrated and fatigued. We got to do everything that we planned to do and see. I feel that Oahu is very crowded and quite high priced, but I was somewhat prepared for that. If we ever decide to go back to Hawaii we will opt for one of the other islands.- John T.

ARV Supply Specialties and RepairThey have an amazing array of parts and accessories to fill both usual and unusual RV needs... all at better than reasonable prices. Also, they had the area's best price on propane the last two times I needed all of my bottles filled. The advice they provided on filling my repair needs was accurate and to my best cost advantage. I've never had repairs done there, but wouldn't hesitate to trust the integrity of the business.- Joe R.

APerformance Marine Tri-CitiesPerformance Marine met me at Columbia Point Marina in Richland, WA. They are a mobile marine service and they come to you.Triston Hollingsworth, owner, took my boat for a test run. He noticed that: my boat was seeping water from the impeller housing, the shifting cable was out of adjustment, the boat's propeller was too big, and that the engine was idling too fast. Triston is a seasoned marine mechanic with impressive credentials: he's a graduate of Marine Mechanics Institute Orando, FL., a former Navy aircraft mechanic, is factory certified to work on Indmar Marine motors, and was a research assistant developing hydrogen powered motors at Innovatek in Richland, WA. With his background, I had confidence that my boat was in good hands. Within an hour everything was dialed in to spec and my boat was running great! He ordered a seal for my leaking impeller and suggested 2 prop sizes that would work better for my boat. Another important item to mention is that Performance Marine is licensed and insured. I learned that Washington State does not require mechanics to be insured. I had another mobile marine service actually damage my boats propeller. They did not repair or stand behind their work; they were uninsured. I got smart and hired professionals and Performance Marine was a great choice. Triston, has earned my trust and I'll be calling his company again to service my boat.- Norah J.

CNORTHWEST MARINE & SPORTFirst I need to start off by saying that I did buy the boat from NW marine, and their sales team was excellent. My outboard experienced some power issues when I was on the river on 7/30/2011. I am handy, but since the weather was around 100 degrees F at that time, I figured it might be better to let the pros do it. I called up NW marine on Monday the 1st of August thinking the excellent salesmanship service would continue to the service department. I called at 8:20 am right after they open at 8:00, and my call was routed to voicemail. Left a message explaining my situation and asking them to call me back to work out the details. 2:00 pm comes along, and I still have not had a return call, so I decided to call them back. I was transferred to the service department and was on hold for 7 minutes 38 seconds according to my phone. Anyone that has been to this shop knows that it is not a one man operation. In fact it is teeming with activity and people running from one end to the other. Picking up the phone in less than 7 minutes would not have been a superhuman feat, so I hung up. So now comes 4:30 pm and end of the work day for me. I call the shop again after I get off work and finally get a hold of someone in the service department. I explain my situation and I am told: ?Fine, drop your boat off and we will get to it next week?. The attitude with which this statement was delivered could best be described as indifferent. I drop my boat off that week and actually found the person logging my boat in very helpful and friendly. My confidence is raised. But I still only barley survive through the next weekend without a boat. Very hard to do? Next week rolls around and Monday passes, followed by Tuesday, and Wednesday morning. Being a little anxious and wanting some information on to the status of my boat, I call. At 1:20 pm, my call is answered by someone and I ask to be transferred to the service department. This person transfers my call to nothing. I am hung up on. I call again at 1:45 pm and ask to be transferred to service department. I am transferred and on hold for 5 minutes. I hang up. I send email to NW marine via their website at 2:58 pm asking status of my boat. No response. I call once more at 4:44 pm and transferred to the service department only to be on hold for 4 minutes before I hang up. I achieve success calling the service department Thursday the 11th. Straight up at 8am, I was able to get a hold of someone. Although he did not know what boat I was talking about and where it was. He told me he would check and get back to me. He even took my name and phone number. At this time I wasn?t expecting a call back, but to my surprise at 8:42 am I got one. They are working on the boat and troubleshooting it at the moment. Good to know. Although it did take me 2 days worth of calls to get 1 simple answer. At 2:13 pm I got another call and an update. My boat was taken to the river and checked out. Problem is being worked on but the technician had to leave early. I do admit that I?m feeling a lot better about the process. Maybe it just takes patience. Friday the 12th. NW Marine calls and leaves a message. The issue was identified as broken carburetor rods. The parts are on order and will arrive on Monday or Tuesday and after that it will take 1.5 hours of work to fix. Looks like another long weekend without a boat. Will I survive??? Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday pass with no calls from NW Marine. I call Thursday morning at 8:15 am and find out my boat was fixed and test ran on Wednesday only to reveal another problem with the fuel pump. Parts are on order and will arrive next week sometime. The person stated he was going to call me on Thursday to tell me the situation. Guess I beat him to it. The worst part is that it looks like this weekend is shot too. I need to find another hobby. This waiting stuff is killing me? Tuesday the 23th I get the call that my boat is ready. I can come and pick it up. I can finally get back to doing important stuff.. :-) So in conclusion, to get your boat serviced at NW Marine, expect to lose total knowledge of where your boat is and what is going on after you drop it off. Best analogy would be like dropping your boat into a black hole. Now, on the other hand, I believe their technicians make up the lack of customer service with pure skill. They are very thorough and knowledgeable. I have no doubt as to their abilities and would trust them with my boat anytime.- Raphael M.

FRedneck LimosThe driver/owner brought us to at our first stop, and when we were dropped off, he said he was short handed so he would be leaving us, but would be there when we called. That was not our agreement. When we did call, it took him over 30 minutes to pick us up. He dropped us off at our next stop and never answered our calls again! I ended up calling a cab and one of the girls drove home drunk! I called the following week and asked for a refund. I was treated very rudely and hung up on. Do not use this service!
