ABLINDS ARE USHad new blinds installed, cell type, in several rooms including two patio doors. The entire process was very professional and timely. Product is of quality. Order was processed immediately. The installers completed the work quickly and cleaned up debris and offered to remove old blinds. This is how businesses should be operated.- Linda B.

AB & F InteriorsCarla @ B&F was very patient with me because it took me quite a while to pick the fabrics for the curtains in our 3 bedrooms. She allowed me to take sample books home in order to make the choices then came to my house and took measurements. The curtains came in a timely fashion and the ladies who arrived to install both rods and curtains were pros! The curtains look great and I really appreciate the design input from Carla. I would not have been able to make these choices by myself.- lucy c.

ABUDGET BLINDSExtremely well. I had arranged for two bids on this job, one from Budget Blinds and one from Home Depot. Beth from Budget Blinds came out with the most professional demeanor, ready to listen to my needs, answer my questions, and present me with effective solutions. Home Depot, on the other hand, sent out someone to measure and measure only, at a non-refundable cost of $65. That fellow was an embarrassment with his gut hanging over his belt and his shirt tail hanging over his gut. His interest seemed to be to get in and out as quickly as possible. He was not particularly good at listening to my needs. When I asked questions, he referred me to the Home Depot professionals. He offered no effective solutions. The difference between my treatment at the hands of Budget Blinds and at the hands of Home Depot was the difference between open blinds and closed blinds.- Garth B.

BDecorviewThey did a fine job. I have no complaints. Communication could have been a little better, but it wasn't bad. They did not skip out on things. Some of the information ahead of time they could have done a little bit better explaining everything. In general, it was good and they installed everything. The installer was pretty good, not great. I would not hesitate to recommend them but I don't know if I would say they were perfect. The pricing is set by the suppliers. All the blinds are in place, looking good and working. The quality is good. The responsiveness is fine; there is not a lot of back and forth. You get a couple of things scheduled and that is all that is really necessary. They were on time for our meetings. Their professionalism was good. They are friendly, polite and they were on time. They accomplished what they were supposed to do. They were pretty professional for what they were doing. I think that was good.- Richard C.

CBUDGET BLINDSMy meeting with the owner, Gabriel, went ok and I was pleased. I asked where the shutters were made and he told me California. He also told me that the shutters would be ready in 4 weeks, in fact he said that sometimes they come in 3 weeks. I told him that this would be fine as I was expecting out of town guests. The order was placed May 17th After4 weeks, I called Budget Blinds and asked for a status on my order. The Receptionist informed me that my blinds were on a boat somewhere in the Pacific coming from China. and that they would be here July 5th. My guests were due July2nd. I complained to the office about the what I consider to be a Bait and Switch. Tell me anything to get the order, obtain a 75% downpayment and then completely change what I was offered for my money. I want to make it clear that from the Receptionist to the installer, I was impressed with their courtesy. However, for the owner, Gabriel, I'm not. Not a word from him, no phone call, no apology so I am left to assume that he is really doing a BAIT AND SWITCH. I would not use this company again.- Joanne O.

AFirst the a representative came to my home and looked at my roof, measured and gave me a presentation of what products they had and recommended. Once I accepted, and gave them a small down payment, the scheduler called me and scheduled the job. They called ahead of time to let me know they were coming. They tore off the old roof and disposed of it on one day and replaced the tar paper with a superior underlayment. The second day the shingles were delivered and the new roof was put on. All the debris and mess was cleaned up each day. Approximately 2 days later someone came to inspect the roof and actually informed me that someone would be back to correct a couple minor things he thought were not done to the GAF standard. They came back and did the work I never would have even noticed. I'm confident my new roof will last a long time!

FIf I could give zero stars, I would. First, it was taking forever to get my order. When I looked at my order, they somehow had the wrong address (my former address from five years ago), so I contacted them to change the address. They assured me that the address was changed. A couple of weeks later, I was notified via email that my order was delivered but when I checked my front door it wasn't there, so I went to my old address, 30 minutes away and got lucky that the owner was there and had received my order. When I got it home the 3 roller shades that I ordered for side-by-side windows were all 4 inches too big. I followed the online measurement directions which suggested that you add 2 inches per side to your measurements for an outside mount. I should have stayed with my original measurements. When I called, they suggested that I keep an inch on each side. They re-made them, and AGAIN sent them to the wrong address - even after I re-confirmed that they had the right one. Again, I had to go to my old address to look for my delivery. This time, no one was home, so I took a chance and waited in front of their house for a while until someone may come home. Luckily, someone showed up within 90 minutes. This time they had showed up with 2 boxes! They re-made it twice (6 roller shades), all still too big! Due to the global pandemic and for personal reasons, I waited to address the issue. When I finally was able to contact them, I was sent a message that the CSR's supervisor determined that the blinds were made correctly. Therefore, they cannot offer a remake for this order. Their policy states that they will make up to 4 shades if the customer is not completely happy. However, they offered to remake the shades at a discounted price! I will not give them one more penny! Worst service ever! A $500.00 lesson learned - They stole my money and left me with 9 useless roller shades to get rid of. I do not recommend them!

AWe received the drapes as promised and they look absolutely beautiful. We are very satisfied with the quality of the materials and the fitting is perfect. We have installed the drapes ourselves without any problem at all. The draperies gave our dining room a grand new look! Communications with their staffs were quick and easy. I have been looking for window treatments for a long time, including many upscale brands that are much more expensive. All I can say is that I have received a high-end product at a fraction of the cost of what I have to pay at specialty shops. Highly recommended!
