    Drain Pro Plumbing Inc
I did it a long time ago, when I first bought my house, and my husband had concerns so we decided to do it again. It's normally $100 plus tax. It's becoming more common now to do it when you buy a home. I read about that online, I think it was. Because I was buying an older home, the foundation of my home is actually from the 40's but there has been major remodels over the year. I really needed to know if I needed to build that into my contract. I think it was a condition of final purchase when I bought the home that I had it done. My husband seemed pretty happy. It sounded like it was all very impressive. I think I attempted to contact them through Angie's List once I bought the deal and hadn't heard back from them, but I gave them a phone call and they called me pretty quickly after I actually called them. A lot of these companies are out on the job most of the time and don't really check their email that often. Often times, emailing isn't the right way to go. They called me when they were coming, they called me when they got here, and it was all within the window. It sounded like their professionalism was an "A" to me.

Duane was very helpful and seemed very knowledgeable in considering septic system options for a new build. He was informed about more environmental options which was appreciated. He spent quite a bit of time with me to ensure that all of my questions were answered.

When I called to schedule the work I mentioned that the distance from the truck access to the septic tank was about 100 feet, so the person on the phone said that she would make sure to mention that to the operator so he would be certain to bring sufficient suction tubing. Walts Septic tank service showed up promptly on time and with enough suction tubing to reach the septic tank. They pointed out one problem that had developed since the new tank was installed: Roots from a nearby maple tree had managed to find an opening and had invaded the tank and had already developed into quite a tangled mass. He removed the mass of roots and recommended adding copper sulfate every six months or so to prevent that from happening again. He pumped both chambers of the tank, rinsed it well, and checked the flow from the tank to the drain field to verify that everything was working properly.

    Goodman Septic Service
This is my first experience owning a house with a septic tank. As they were pumping the tank they also explained how the system worked and how to take care of it. Great service.

    Bloomquist Septic Inspection
Mondo and his crew were a pleasure to deal with.  They were punctual, friendly, and hard working.  They let us know what they would be doing / when and then stuck to it...really really impressed.  Even took the time to educate us on the system despite the fish calling on a Holiday weekend.  Luckily for us, the system is going to keep motoring along...HUUGE SIGH of RELIEF!...but even if the news had not been good, there is no way I would have faulted these guys for their efforts.  Thanks!

    Robinsnest Landscaping Services Inc
Jason McGee of Robinsnest Landscape Services is one of a half dozen licensed and approved contractors for septic installation in Clallam county. I sent requests for bid to a half dozen contractors in the Sequim area, 3 responded, and only Jason took the initiative to call me in response to my email. Jason dug up the 2 access ports on the primary septic tank, cut the risers and installed them with Quickcrete, installed the lids with stainless hex bolts and cleaned up afterwards. He also made recommendations for cleaning and servicing the tank, and installed a filter between the primary and secondary tank to prevent solids from leaching into the drain field. Jason worked hard and continuously, and came in at the price I expected. Note that it's not possible to provide an exact quote on septic riser installation, since the riser height is unknown and is priced by the foot. The primary tank proved to be a little deeper than my father remembered. I would have Jason work on my landscaping or other yard needs any time. He's a hardworking young man, polite and soft spoken.

    SunnyMex Septic & Drain
The bathtub wouldn't drain on a Friday night. We called SunnyMex because they advertised in the yellow pages as a plumber that could be called 24/7. They offered to come that night, but we were going out and it wasn't an emergency so we all agreed the plumber should come then next morning ( I think it was 9am). The plumber arrived between 9 and 9:15 and listened to our story but the water had seeped out of the tub by then. We filled the tub back up and he could see it wouldn't drain. He tried snaking the drain with no effect. He tried a larger snake which required the removal of the toilet, again with no effect. He went under the house to follow the pipes, trying to find another access to the sewer pipe. There was no other vent or access in or around our house. He called his boss (the company owner, I think) who quickly joined him at our house and they consulted and agreed the best course was to dig access to the sewer pipe in the backyard and snake it there to finally try to remove the obstruction. We were a bit alarmed at this plan ( I was alarmed at the toilet removal thing) and we were freaking out that what appeared a simple problem was escalating. The boss (sorry I don't recall the gentleman's name now) patiently explained that this sort of problem was their specialty, this was the best course of action, and waiting to get a second opinion was something we could do but they were very good at this sort of thing. He said he didn't think it would go over $500, and we took deep breaths and said, "Go ahead". At this point I feel the need to mention that my husband and I are anglo and the SunnyMex men are hispanic. In Sunnyside, hispanic/anglo relations are still a bit tentative and I think there may have been some discomfort on both sides of the discussion because of it, but the SunnyMex plumbers were totally professional, helpful, confident, businesslike, and we were very impressed. The plumber's boss used an electronic pipe sensor to find where the sewer pipe went in the back yard, and he found an unobtrusive spot in a corner of a flower bed to dig down and install an access ventpipe. A third man was brought in to dig the hole down to the pipe and he was very careful not to disturb too many plants and keep the dirt contained on a tarp to not damage the lawn. The pipe was finally accessed, snaked and the obstruction removed. The plumber said the problem stemmed from the fact that our sewer pipe has a bend/elbow in it so the snake had trouble making the corner. Now we have a capped access ventpipe so if this happens again in the future we're set. All of this activity happened on a Saturday morning. By early Saturday afternoon the third man had refilled the hole, any mess was cleaned up and the service was completed. The plumbers had left by then so the final invoicing took place over the phone. We agreed that we would leave the payment taped to the screen door (which I thought was trusting of them) and they picked it up later in the day because we wanted to go out shopping. Overall, I was very impressed that they didn't drag it out, didn't have to leave to take another call and then come back, they perservered until the problem was fixed, and everyone was very businesslike. I strongly recommend calling SunnyMex for any home plumbing problem, they're professionals.

These guys are the real deal. If you need a pumping for your tank call them! I'm out in central park and they are fast, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain exactly what was going on. The only downfall is they couldn't install my new system for me. Awesome company though.

We've had him a lot for a lot of different things.  He installs septic tanks. We have him for snowplowing.  He does backhoe work, installs septic tanks, and tests.  He is very reasonable and is not expensive.  I give him high ratings and will use him again in the future.
