    Olympia Overhead Doors
We have been using Olympia Overhead doors for over 10 years. We have had excellent service each time. The technicians have been professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Daniel came to repair a broken sping. He he worked quickly and explained every step of the process. He offered to answer any question I had, which he did cheerfully. I learned a couple of new things about maintaining my garage door. I am impressed with the quality of technicians that work for this company.

    M & P Overhead Doors
Very well! Service response was within 24 hours. Actual repair was less than an hour. Technicians were courteous and appeared familiar with and knowledgable of the the opener. A very good experience all the way around.

It was fine. He responded right away and came when he said he would. I bought an opener for the exterior. They were fine and he was very pleasant.

    M & P Overhead Doors
After a horrible experience with another "local" company, the guys at M&P were a breath of fresh air. Professional, competent, really knew what they were doing, took their time and did the job right. Came back to fine-tune an adjustment; really seemed committed to the quality of their work. A little hard to get a hold of at times but well worth the effort and very responsive once we got our timing ironed out. A great job at a reasonable price, none of this "$99 special" crap. You get what you pay for, and I'd hire these guys again without question. A truly local company that stands behind their work.

    Overhead Door Company of Yakima
Garage Door would not open past 4 inches from the ground. Called the "Top rated" Dependable Doors company....no response after 24 hours. Called Overhead Door. Immediate response, scheduled first thing the next day. Tom called this morning said he was at another job and would be heading our way asap. 30 minutes later he showed up. Found the problem right away. Suggested upgraded, better quality springs to handle the 200+ lb. garage door. Did the install in less than an hour. Very friendly, and professional. He did not peel out of my steep gravel driveway like so many other contractors. I would not hesitate to call them or refer them to anyone else needing their services. To think that I would have missed out on "good service" had I called the other company back....but why? They didn't even have the courtesy to return my message. Their loss, my gain, we can all be better informed consumers.

    Kattau Construction
In retrospect I am quite happy that I took the path I did as there were several unexpected developments and/or requirements that I had asked for that were "unexecutable" during the course of construction that we were able to fix on the fly. I was very happy with Scott's attention to detail during the course of construction and his quality of work far surpassed most other residential contractors I have dealt with. One of the first challenges was trying to get a permit to do the work. It turned out that the property I purchased had a barn on it that had never had a permit issued for its construction. (Not disclosed in the seller disclosure). As a result the issuance of a permit was delayed a bit until we reached an agreement with the county that we would retroactively get a permit for the structure and do any required fixes that a structural engineer determined were necessary. I ended up having to get Scott to do some additional concrete work on the barn foundations to make the county happy and hired a separate contractor to do some of the wood structural work to keep Scott focused on getting the house completed on time. I am a retired engineer with some experience in doing construction projects. Scott would be the first to tell you that I am a somewhat uncompromising taskmaster and I really appreciated the fact that Scott would push back based on his extensive experience in what works in home construction. We made several adjustments to the layout of the home as we went along and we had a good give and take on what I was adding vs items that were abandoned for a credit and the overall cost impact. The only issue I had with our project centered on critical path planning. For those not familiar with large projects this is the planning that determines what work that needs to be done today (eg: material ordering) to ensure that the work we are going to be doing in the next several weeks goes smoothly. This improved as we got through the project and at the end we ended up getting it done in the agreed time frame (excluding the delay in getting the permit at the outset of the project). I would certainly recommend Scott to anyone looking for a quality contractor to do either a renovation or construction project.

    Olympic Garage Door
I called in the morning and someone came out that afternoon and installed the opener. I don't know if that's a typical response time, but I was impressed and happy that they were able to do the work so quickly. The installer was quick, professional and pleasant.  I was very happy with the opener they installed, but it would have been nice if they had described what models they offered and the cost of each before doing the work since their website lists several different ones with different features. To be fair, I should have asked, but didn't.  I'm still  very happy with the opener and very happy with the service.

    DON J YOUNG CO INC
He gave me what I needed over the phone rather than charging me $50 to come out and fix it; he suggested that himself. I just had to loosen a wing nut on a garage door opener. He had come out before to really work on one but I did not have anything to call him out again.
