This was an investment home bought by myself and my brother which made everything more challenging because we live in the states of Washington and Oregon. Plus, the house was in poor condition prior to us putting it on the market. Andrea and her team took care of everything. She is so well connected in Boise and arranged for a new roof, carpet, drywall, and painting. There were issues that arose throughout the process and Andrea handled everything with complete professionalism. My brother and I put our trust in Andrea's hands and have no regrets. ASwitch Electric LLCI had a whole house backup generator system installed earlier this year which had not functioned properly since the original wiring. I called Switch Electrical for assistance and they got me into their job queue right away. The morning of the appointment, the technician arrived slightly ahead of schedule. After a brief history of what had been done and what was believed to be the problem, Aaron (the tech) did a quick overview of the previous work done by another electrician. He diagnosed the problem in less than five minutes and with the help of his partner, replaced the entire Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), re-wired the ATS from the main panel and tested the system for safety and functionality. Everything worked exactly as it was supposed to. He was done in less than an hour. Both Aaron and his help were very professional, courteous and prompt. They didn't mind me asking a ton of questions and reviewed everything with me before they left. Very impressive! I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.- Tom S.

AHad a lot of work done. I needed ceiling lights, connected to wall switches, put in for 4 second floor bedrooms, which had no existing light fixtures. Ed cut holes in the ceiling and installed 4 electrical boxes (fasten 3 studs and one brace). Then he went up into the attic, ran wire to the wall switch, and put in new double switches. He then installed 3 ceiling lights and one ceiling fan. Next he went back up into the attic and ran new wire into 5 closets, and installed lights in them. Those lights were connected to the double switches he had installed before. Ed then replaced an older ceiling light with a new one. Finally, he replaced a couple of older breakers with new ones and put in some blanks too. Ed charges a Flat Rate for the work, so if it takes longer, it does not cost more. He is very profession, shows up on time, and works hard for the entire time he is there. I plan on having him come back in the future to do some more work that needs to be done.
