AQuad Construction LLCLove these guys! We own several properties and Quad Construction has been my "go to" company for all of our properties over the last 5 years. Why? They are affordable and reliable! Always on time, very honest about quotes and time spent on the job. They make every effort to do a thorough job and are great about cleaning up after themselves. Highly recommend!- Nina B.

AHendrickson PaintingSuperbly. From the time we talked on the phone, through the entire visit/review of work to be done, I knew that this was the guy I could trust, no only his word, but his performance. He did not let me down in any way.- patricia m.

ABooker's Handyman ServiceJeremie, Is a true craftsman, high attention to detail, creative and accurate. I have worked with Booker Handyman Service for about 10 years and have been 100% satisfied with workmanship and service! Over 10 years, I have hired him to do just about everything at my home from maintenance to building new construction so the categories marked below don’t capture the full scale and scope of his capabilities just a sampling.- Anita A.

AIRC Kitchen & BathYou get what you pay for! We built our home 4 years ago. At the time we thought all tile work was the same and basically a job of lining up the tile and grouting it into place…WRONG! In our ignorance we chose the least expensive bid, bad move! Our home has 5 bathroom showers, the person who did the tile work looked like he knew what he was doing, but we found out later that what looked good was not! All 5 of our shower pans started to leak and rot into the subfloor. Fortunately, a friend recommended IRC and David and his crew came and saved us from total disaster! IRC is an honest and quality conscious operation. Davis was exact in his bid and the job did not exceed his bid amount, the job was started and finished on time, and the crew cleaned up their work area every day before they left for the evening. David is a young man with integrity, and his company reflects that. The crew were always pleasant, industrious and quiet ,and most importantly, I felt I could completely trust them both to do superior work even if David was not there and that I could trust them in my home when I was not there. I would definitely hire IRC again and would not hesitate to highly recommend IRC to anyone who wants their tile work done right the first time!- Kathleen W.

AExcel General Contractor, LLCPete Lange and his crew were truly amazing. After Pete and I had an initial walkthrough to discuss what was needed, Pete got the game plan in place, and everything thereafter couldn't have gone smoother. Pete's communication -- as well as his crew -- was clear and understandable. All of his crew were extremely professional, yet exhibited a friendly personality with great senses of humor. They arrived when they were supposed to be here, and they worked very hard once they arrived. The entire process was flawless from start to finish. Considering how swamped Pete's schedule was, the fact he fit us into it and completed the work earlier than expected, was icing on the cake. If you're considering contacting a general contractor, you'd be doing yourself a disservice if you don't at least talk to Pete. He's a perfect reflection of his crew, and they're outstanding! Many thanks!- Ed W.

ATeak Drywall LLCThe job took longer than expected--almost two full weeks, but the quality of the workmanship was superb. They did more repair of the old walls than I expected, and the smoothness of the finished work was almost astonishingly good. There are two slightly negative points to mention: Originally, Teak said to give him about two weeks notice. But that was at the end if the summer. I was not able to get to the point where I was ready to have him begin work until the beginning of November--I was doing all the electrical work myself and satisfying the Seattle electrical inspector's Code related demands took much more time than I had planned. When I contacted Teak to let him know the place was ready for him to begin work I assumed I would have 2 weeks to finish things up. However, he wanted to start sooner, and we agreed to start about a week later, on a Friday, with the materials being delivered on two days earlier. However, the next day Teak informed me that the work would begin a day earlier, on Thursday. That meant I had to scramble madly to finish things up before they began, and indeed even worked on Thursday while the drywall folks hung drywall where I wasn't working. But I found it unsettling to have had a full day's prep work taken away--because, as I understand it, they did not have another job going at the time, and Teak did not want his workers to remain idle. The other point to mention was the result of a misunderstanding. The contract mentioned that no drywall would be installed in the tub/shower surround area. However I assumed this referred to the existing downstairs bathroom (which had already been recently drywalled in preparation for the installation of a tub surround), while Teak intended this to refer to the new upstairs bathroom. Thus I was surprised to find that the upstairs tub area, which was to have a freestanding, clawfoot tub, not a tub surround, had been left without drywall. In retrospect, I should have been more careful in reviewing the terms of the contract, to be sure that my assumption was correct. But also Teak could have been more explicit in identifying that it was the upstairs bathroom that was not getting drywall in the tub surround area. And the rush of getting things ready for the drywall work to begin did not create a favorable climate for double checking details. Aside from those two items, I an happy to repeat that the work done was nothing short of superb, and while the cost was high, the quality of the work was commensurately high.- Peter G.

ADH West Coast Construction LLCThis was the second major remodel we had Darrell and crew do for us. We downsized and purchased a house that had been a rental for 6 years. We needed to make it "ours" so we had the flooring removed (vinyl and carpet), removed the existing island and replaced with a custom one that the guys built, new quartz countertops, laminate flooring, new front door, new slider, whole house painted inside and out including staining our fiberglass garage door to give it a "wood" look. We were very happy with the whole project. Darrell and his crew are "good people". Very courteous, punctual and finished the job sooner than we expected which was very much appreciated. We would definitely hire them again.- Steve C.

ADH West Coast Construction LLCI could not be more impressed! Darrel and his crew had their hands full because this bathroom literally had been built on a porch in the late 50's. They were super creative, hard and fast workers. Best bathroom put on a porch EVER! High five to Darrel, Jason, and Keith!!!- Rob W.

FI've been screwed over by that company. It exceeded estimate by almost three times. I had to sue the guy and go to arbitration, he was adding the bill drastically. He really should not work as contractor ever again.
