AOlympia Overhead DoorsWe have been using Olympia Overhead doors for over 10 years. We have had excellent service each time. The technicians have been professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Daniel came to repair a broken sping. He he worked quickly and explained every step of the process. He offered to answer any question I had, which he did cheerfully. ADaBella - VancouverOur roof has not been installed yet, we have paid a small deposit. Scheduled for Jan 2021 if supplies arrive sooner it will be done sooner, due to Covid deliveries have been slower. We had our free consultation with Jared L. He was knowledgeable, friendly, answered all our questions and more. My husband and I had no intentions of even purchasing on that day but Jared and the DaBella company had us at 50 year warranty.- Tina D.

DDaBella - VancouverAfter a high-pressure and extremely invasive assault by the person that was supposed to be my go-to Dabella rep, following a canvasser offering a "free roof inspection, never heard from them again. The roofing is not right, with many shingles not flush with the others, sticking up from the surrounding shingles. In the garage, there is some material hanging from the ceiling that at first looked like electrical line, but is actually some type of material that may serve as some sort of base for the section that is not completely covered by plywood, where there is an intentional gap between them for ventilation purposes. It is incomplete about halfway across the garage. I can see where they tried to put a notch in a plywood piece to mitigate that, but it didn't work; the plywood, which I paid for, had been damaged in one corner. I am now trying to make good with the finance company they use; I was never notified of anything from 1st Security because Dabella gave them incorrect contact information, so eventually I got a call saying I was 17 days late. They also gave the warranty company the wrong info so I never got anything from them either. This has caused me a lot of extra work and headache, and has been a nightmare trying to deal with 1st Security; they have a terrible website and charge $10 to take a payment by phone. Don't let Dabella in your home, you can do better; they have a cult-like flavor, I don't trust them, and regret giving them the personal information that I did.- Wayne M.

Today we had Renewal by Andersen install 1 window and turn another window into a door. I must say, this is by far the best home improvement project we have ever experienced! Everyone at the company was so nice to work with, they made the logistics side of our project very smooth. As for the installation, we couldn't have asked for a better outcome. David Murphy and this team used creative problem solving, asked questions and help determine the best course of action. They also tracked time carefully, and when there might be a few minutes left on a basic service call, would return to do additional work at no charge. Invoices included detailed time accounting. My neighbors complimented us on them while they kept talking about the view and how the windows seemed to make the house look bigger. I can't get over how quiet it is inside the house. These men worked tirelessly and I wonder if they ate because we never saw them take a break. They are expensive but worth every penny.- Amanda R.

AFirst the a representative came to my home and looked at my roof, measured and gave me a presentation of what products they had and recommended. Once I accepted, and gave them a small down payment, the scheduler called me and scheduled the job. They called ahead of time to let me know they were coming. They tore off the old roof and disposed of it on one day and replaced the tar paper with a superior underlayment. The second day the shingles were delivered and the new roof was put on. All the debris and mess was cleaned up each day. Approximately 2 days later someone came to inspect the roof and actually informed me that someone would be back to correct a couple minor things he thought were not done to the GAF standard. They came back and did the work I never would have even noticed. I'm confident my new roof will last a long time!

AWe had all of the windows on our house replaced as well as a new front door and slider installed. They also replaced all of our casing and trim. Working with All Season Windows was great! The windows are wonderful and installation was quick considering it was 20 windows and 2 doors. They kept our home clean and We have noticed such a huge difference already. We love our new windows and will definitely be using All Season Windows again in the future when we need new siding!!!
