  • Fantastic! Very thorough and informative. Had verbal asessment right away and our own personal pictoral handbook of observations and recommendations within 24 hours. Reasonable recommendations..no drama!

  • This experience was beyond upsetting. At first, they came in and were being nice and generous. Though, we had workers outside being loud enough to hear from the inside of my home. They claimed I had a water leak under my sink when we had just redone the bathroom a year ago and there hasnt been a leak since. This supposed leak flooded and ruined our bathroom flooring AFTER they started to remove the water heater. So, what actually happened, was their workers did not drain our hot water heater properly before removal. On top of that, they left a mess for ME to clean up. This included nails, screws, metal shards, etc for my 10 month old son to get ahold of. Not even 24 hours and our furnace isn't working either... And to top it all off, the manager refused to fix the mess THEY made!! We are beyond mad. I would never recommend this company and hope everyone understands how unprofessional this is.

  • I have hired them in the past and had excellent service but this time was different. The tech they sent out started off by asking why I had not converted to a heat pump to save $. He had already been outside to maintenance the HP and didn't realize I DO own a HP. Then he went to the furnace and told me the wires were all crossed and it wasn't working correctly when our heat and A/C have been working perfectly. He spent a long time on the phone with another tech and then said my thermostat wasn't working and blamed my Nest for the issues. By this time my HP had suddenly quit working as well. All of my equipment had been working perfect before he showed up. After 4 hours he called for another tech to come help him. The other tech got the HP back working 4.5 hrs later and neither one of them said a word about my "crossed" wires on the furnace or what happened to the HP. I don't blame the 1st tech but I do feel the company did him a disservice sending him out alone. He was young and seemed inexperienced. In this trade learning on the job is important. My concern now is that I have permanent damage to my HP since they were messing with it for so long with no real explanation as to what they did to get it up and running again.

  • IN THE BEGINNING RICK WAS PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONABLE. HE PROMISED TO FOLLOW THROUGH AND NOT LET ME DOWN.. THE GARAGE WAS FIRST, ALL SEEMED LIKE IT WAS AS PROMISED. ONCE MONEY HAD CHANGED HANDS AND THE CEMENT PATIO PROJECT WAS IN THE WORKS, IT ALL WENT BAD. HIS WORKMANSHIP DID NOT HOLD UP AND HE ABSOLUTELY DID NOT FOLLOW THROUGH. HE HAD MANY EXCUSES, PROMISED TO HELP FIX IT AND TO DATE IT IS A HORRIBLE MESS. I KEPT GIVING HIM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT. RICK LEFT ME IN THE DUST (LITERALLY) THERE WAS NO COURTESY OF EVEN A PHONE CALL TO LET ME KNOW HE WOULD NOT BE BACK AS HE HAD PROMISED. HE LEFT ME WITH A MESS TO FIX, ANGRY AND FRUSTRATED AND MOSTLY BECAUSE HE DID NOT LIVE UP TO HIS WORDS OF PROMISE TO ME. I AM BEING KIND WITH MY HONEST WORDS AS DOING OTHER-WISE WOULD BE NEGATIVE AND AN ENERGY ZAPPER , WHICH IN MY OPINION WOULD GIVE RICK MORE OF ME AND I DESERVE BETTER FOR MYSELF.

  • It was a very streamlined process. They built a high quality house at a very economical price, and it took less than 5 months from when the foundation was poured until completion. This was all during a very harsh winter. We were able to have our dream home built, since they offer a wide variety of great floor plans. The Adair team was very professional, honest, and conscientious. We are very happy with our wonderful new home.

  • Using them the last 5 years Excellent crew, Excellent with a capital E. They've cut down 14 pine trees and a bunch of limbs off some trees for me. They most recently cleaned up some debris from a big storm that came through and left a bunch of debris in our yard. Professional, courteous, and very honest. I can't recommend them enough.

  • I highly recommend Small Engine Rehab & Repair. They are knowledgeable, fast and very reasonably priced. They provide and stand by their full season guarantee. They epitomize old fashioned customer service and after 20 years in retail management, I know good customer service when I find it. I called on a Friday and my mower was ready on Monday afternoon. Doug took into consideration a special circumstance I had and worked with me to ensure that Small Engine Rehab & Repair was able to service my mower. Ricky, the mechanic, was knowledgeable and so polite. He showed me some tips and mower upkeep basics. I am very pleased with the service I received and highly recommend Small Engine Rehab & Repair.

  • We just moved to the house and knew nothing about the automatic doors. It was good to have someone explain how they work and look over the door to check its condition. It enabled us to have work done now that would have been worse if left undone. He was knowledgeable and explained things well. He was not pushy but gave us all the options and he also gave a military discount.

  • On time, professional, friendly, even the dog liked him. Great price, great service, have already planned a second job with him. He was priced below all other bids, and came in slightly under his quote when all was said and done. I just couldn't be more pleased.

  • Pretty badly.  the winter cover is quite heavy-hence I have a service remove and store.  They threw it on TOP of the table umbrella.  A neighbor helped me remove.  I tested the water and it showed no chlorine.  The ladder was not installed.  Their excuse was a footing was missing but it was sitting on the shelf where the ladder was stored.   They had to have put it there when they closed the pool last fall. They came back, put the ladder in and vacuumed the pool and charged 800.00.  Interestingly enough, my pool blaster vacuum ( a couple hundred dollars ),  ran away from home at the same time.
Never again.  i don't like being scammed just cause I'm a woman.
