    Spokane Quick Lube & Latte
Typical upsell bait and switch tactics used at this Spokane Quick Lube location. My old Audi owners manual clearly indicates petroleum or synthetic oil to be used but guys at the Northwest Blvd location refused service unless I purchased more expensive synthetic oil. They must have sales quota pressure there. I didn't have energy to argue with the kids there and heard a sarcastic "have a nice day" as I drove off. Won't be back.

    Perfection Tire and Auto Repair
We had a few issues when we picked up our vehicle due to black hand prints on the upholstery.  We contacted Chad (not sure on the name).  He told us to bring the vehicle back and he would take care of any issues.  We took  the vehicle back in and Perfection bent over backwards to make sure we were satisfied. I was very happy with the outcome and I will use them again.

Wasn't going to do a review on this Les Schwab store but this story just won't end.
In late November or early December brought 4 brand new Blizzak snow tires to them for mounting on my car. I was blown away by the charge for mounting and balancing 4 snow tires; 140 dollars! When I left, my car sounded like a helicopter and I thought maybe someone had wrenched my parking braking on and it wasn't releasing properly so drove home. I jacked it up to check the parking brake and found that one tire hadn't been tightened at all. The bolts had been started but never tightened and the wheel just about fell on the floor. One of the center caps had also been deformed by forcing it on wrong. I called back and the manager told me to bring the car in and they would check the wheel.
The manager told me he was going to review the video and and quot;chew someone's a**and quot;, but I noticed that he was the problem. Yelling and hollering at everyone in the shop to get more production out of the crew and its no wonder guys forget to tighten wheels when this guy was degrading and hollering at them. Anyway they checked the torque on all the wheels and I left. I think the wheel was slightly bent in the incident because of the weird noises the tire made and continuous to make.
I wasn't going to say anything about all this but last weekend stopped at Discount to have them check the balance because things were so loud and screwed up. Not only were the tires out of balance but a sharp kid there noticed that the wheels are a and quot;staggeredand quot; configuration and Les Scwhab had in addition to carving 140 dollars for mounting snow tires, had left a wheel lose, screwed up a center cap, mis-balanced the tires, had put the back wheels on the front of the car. They did it quick though.

    Dierks Diesel and Auto Performance
Devon and Galen helped me out by removing a stripped plug on my rear end differential. Than cleaning and changing the fluid.
The old plug had fused itself to the metal. These guys had the right tools and took care to fix it right.
and took great care to check for damage. I'd recommend them for any auto

I stopped into the shop looking for some tires and wheels for my truck. They gave me a fantastic deal on them so I had them check my air conditioner. They did and told me the compressor was bad and I needed a new one. They quoted me $650 and I set up an appointment to have the work done. I took the truck in at 9:00 am and the called me at 4:30 pm and said it would be done by 5:00 pm.
I went to the shop and when it was done it cost a little over $550. I was very pleased. I got to ride home in a truck on a 90 degree day with an air conditioner that worked.

    Appleway Chevrolet Inc
It has been a complete nightmare working with these guys. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The customer service STOPS the second you sign the papers and buy the car. I was lied to by our sales rep - Bob S. - and then by the Manager - Mike M. - and even his secretary! We spent over $30,000 on a car with them and they did not deliver on ANY of the promises. The car wasn't ready when they said it would be. Then, nothing on it was fixed that was supposed to be (and even listed on the sales agreement). Dents on the trunk weren't taken out, rock chip not fixed, only 1 key fob given to us, no remote with the DVD, rattle under the body not fixed, driver's door hinge not fixed. All of this was to be taken care of BEFORE we were to get it and NONE of it was. It was like they were trying to pull the wool over our eyes and said what it took to get the deal but wasn't willing to deliver. Ridiculous. Here it is 3 weeks after we purchased the car and it is still in the body shop! There has been NO communication on the status of the vehicle, WE have had to call THEM to find out what is going on. Then, since we haven't had a car while they've been supposedly working on it, they gave us a crappy loaner car with less than a 1/4 tank of gas in it! How's that for customer service? I would not, and have not, recommend Appleway to anyone looking for a car. It has been a horrible experience.
