ASTRICKLAND EXTERIORSMike came to my home the day after I called, together we picked out the perfect color combination covering my 42 year old T-111 siding, I was going to put on my 6th coat of paint on my 2 story, and my old double pane windows sweated and leaked, I'm very pleased with new ones and the patio slider works like a dream. I've got 3 neighbors who had Mike put on siding and windows up to 13 yrs ago and they still look like new, it was my turn, the crew was very prompt and professional and I strongly recommend Strickland exteriors- robert d.

ADaBella - VancouverFrom the beginning, we trusted Dominic and his presentation of the James Hardie siding. We were very impressed with the fact that it was so durable and it could be painted in factory. Our siding was installed last week by Jeff and his crew out of Vancouver, WA. They were very pleasant to work with, were on time, and knew what they were doing. Our 1976 house looks beautiful now. We are awaiting the gutter install, so can't expand on that at this time. Overall, so far, very pleased with the professionalism of this company. Chris did a good job problem solving for us along the way.- Connie B.

Mark and his associates were always very pleasant to talk to. In the building industry they are the rare exception. We are planning on replacing the windows in our house in the future and they will be the first ones we call for a bid. This work was done on a rental house. We really appreciated working with them. AThe professional service of these guys was fantastic! Tyler the salesperson Was responsive and very informative from the start to to finish. Even though they were a few dollars higher than the other bids, I felt comfortable from the start that we were being treated fairly. The crew that did the roof were very professional and did excellent work. The thing I appreciated most was how well they communicated with us from the time they came to our home to the day they finished. Leon and his crew were always courteous and kind. Our roof was not the typical roof yet it was done with excellence!

FCan I give zero stars? I can't even describe my dissatisfaction with this company. it was an actual nightmare. Read below for the saga of bad things that happened during our time working with DaBella. I had high standards for professionalism because my salesperson, Alex, was SO great! an has been a great listening ear throughout this ordeal and I am sure gone above and beyond his job--put him in charge! The team that came to my house on 1/11/21 did not let us know they were on their way and arrived at our house shortly before 9am. When my husband opened the door, the response was simply "Windows. I need Space". We could tell that english was most likely not their first language, but that is not what made us feel as though they were rude. They never even said hello or gave us their names. They seemed as though it was a great inconvenience to be there and were not friendly in any way. Throughout the day I tried to get updates from them on how long it would take or how things were going and was met with short grunts and few words. They were so drastically different from the experience I had with the sales team. They barely spoke to us at all; not even pleasantries. They took all day to complete our windows and were here from 9am to 5pm despite only having the 6 windows to do. While they were here they were on the roof and used multiple outlets within our house. At some point, they must have tripped a breaker because our garage stopped working. Had they let us know that this happened, I would not have been upset in the slightest, but they did not and so we had to bring out someone to fix it, costing us $65. They also had to go into our backyard to use a ladder to get on the roof. When they left, they did not close this gate. It was shoved into the grass and wedged open. Our gate is hard to open and must be pushed quite hard to keep open so we know that it had been done by a person, and not the elements. This led to our 9 month old puppy getting out of our yard. She recently had surgery on her broken leg and we need to keep her calm and safe. So not only did we have to run around our neighborhood to try to find our puppy, but we had the extra concern that she was not supposed to be out running and that her recent surgery could have been compromised. The rudeness, lack of communication, and lack of attention to details has been very upsetting for us. We are at the point of upset that if we could return the services, we would. I am so angry that these men came into my house and were rude to me and my husband and then caused us further inconvenience and stress after they left. But I am at loss for words at how upset and disappointed I am in the installation team. If that wasn't enough, it took weeks for the company to figure out that our gutters had not even been installed. The right hand was clearly not talking to the left. Once they finally figured out that our gutters were not installed, we got scheduled for the install and were rescheduled again. They were finally here on Monday 2/15/21 the installers had no idea where our gutters were supposed to go. We were only replacing some of them, and they had the amount of gutters they needed, but did not have a map of where to put them. So my husband had to go outside in the freezing weather and snow and walk around our house to show them where to put things. The instal team was really nice, but they took much longer than necessary because they were not provided information on where the gutters would go. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company. I had good hopes because Alex was so kind, but everything other than Alex was awful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They only care about their bottom line, not the customer experience.

AWe had all of the windows on our house replaced as well as a new front door and slider installed. They also replaced all of our casing and trim. Working with All Season Windows was great! The windows are wonderful and installation was quick considering it was 20 windows and 2 doors. They kept our home clean and We have noticed such a huge difference already. We love our new windows and will definitely be using All Season Windows again in the future when we need new siding!!!

AExperience with this company was GREAT! It was so good, I didn’t even bother calling another company. The office personnel was very professional and she really knew what she was talking about. This was not just a person passing on messages to the actual contractor and just scheduling appts. She asked some very specific questions, talked through the process and then sent someone out to take a look right away. They provided an estimate quickly and came out within a week or two. The onsite crew was prompt, extremely professional, conscientious about their work and left the site very clean upon departure. I don’t know if the price was competitive or not but the company was a pleasure to work with in every way and I would call them back again if I needed additional work completed.
