APerfect View Gutters & Window CleaningExtremely well! Very good job of cleaning roof and gutters. Very professional, washed off all shrubbery after blowing gutters clean. New to Angie's List would really like to see how we can work together. Whether it's a New Roof, Replacement Roof, or just Emergency Leak Repairs, LMJ is on it! We have so much faith, in our ability to make you happy, that we warranty all of our work.
Recent Review:
FIt's only been a year and a half and my roof started leaking. Howard moved away from Vancouver so it took me a while to track down LMJ Contracting LLC but I did have a 10 year warranty for the roof. When I was able to find him, he told me to just hire someone else to do the work and he would reimburse me so that's what I did. When I brought out the new service provider I found out that the roof was installed very poorly and that several corners were cut including improperly installed drop lines and shingles. LMJ Contracting LLC also still has not reimbursed me for the repairs and will no longer return my calls.
