Nice to have Doug just a few blocks away and open to fixing anything that is wrong with the used mower. It is a good little machine and we are very happy with it.

  They got to work on the mower in a very reasonable time.  Gave a reasonable quote up front and, as explained earlier in this review, the price only varied because of the special belts that were required.  Explained all the repairs needed and provided all the used parts when we picked up the mower.  The Snapper now runs great.  We are very pleased with the service provided and will use them again, as well as, refer others with confidence.

  I loved it!! They did everything on it that a service would cover and then some.  My tractor never ran so good.  I Loved that when you walked in, I felt welcomed and I loved that it is like a mom and pop shop.  They seemed to know what they were talking about, and if they didn't have an answer they would look it up!

  B & B Sharpening and Repair

   I Have a 40 year old cat tractor and loader, that leaked hydraulic fluid horribly each time it was used. The loader would lose hydraulic power during use and back hoe would constantly sag. I contacted B & B Sharpening and Repair to have them repair the item. Terry came out and provided me with a fair estimate. Terry completely removed all cylinders and rebuilt them. One ram had to be straiten as well. They also remanded the control valves and removed the years of gung from the fluid tanks. When they were don?t the item ran perfectly with no leaks. They came in under the estimated price. They also made several trips into tow for broken screws and other hardware and did not charge me for the additional trips.

  They actually got my 1955 harvester tractor repaired. The harvester sat in my barn for over ten years. I couldn?t seem to get anyone to touch it. B and B picked the tractor up and repaired it. It took a few months but most of the parts are obsolete and not available. Yet through all this, they acquired the parts and manufactured the items they couldn?t get. The old gas engine starts up now on the first try and the entire hydraulic system is now operating. I used the hydraulic winch yesterday to pull a log up a hill. It was so nice not to have to cut up the logs and walk them up hill. The mechanics knowledge was vast and he knew about vintage machines.

  Ray works out of his car so did not have to pay for towing.  I thought I needed new blades or at least sharpened.  Ray showed me the blades and they were fine.  Have used another repairperson in the area for years and had thought I was getting a good deal until I used Ray.

  The equipment hadn't been serviced in two or more years.  Cyle (pronounce KYLE) picked them up, ordered needed parts, serviced all within one week.  Called prior to return to make sure I was going to be  at home prior to delivery.  All machines clean and clearly serviced.  All started up at first try with no balking. Cost included pick up and delivery from Ione (20+miles). Nice, courteous, clean cut  young man recently moved here from California and just getting business up and running. He is using his California cell phone until he can get the shop set up and running.  An alternative phone for him is: 509-442-4999.

  Cyle Burke

  This time, Cyle came to the house to replace the drive track on my snow thrower.  Previously (before winter) he came out, picked up my ATV, Generator, and my Snow Thrower for maintenance purposes .  The first time he came out, he was courteous, clean and very professional.  He brought a trailer out to pick up the equipment, did the work at his shop and returned all three in less than a week.  Same was true yesterday except that he did the work right here at my location   He is a recent transplant from northern California with many years experience working for a well known corporation.  It shows!  He works quickly, does a heck of a good job that stays done and charges only for the actual time it takes him to do the work.  Excellent!

  XTREME POWER SPORTS

  My Dad's words: I recently purchased a Husqvarna riding mower from a local Sears outlet.  When I had a problem with the mower, my owner's manual gave me an 800 number to call for service.  I made the call and was referred to a local dealer (Xtreme Powersports), who had a helpful young man come by my house and solve the problem, no charge!  I don't speak Swedish, but I do say "Husqvarna, yah you betcha"!
