AJ & SOL Tile InstallationJ & Sol Tile did an incredible job with our kitchen backsplash. Jesus was great at communication and was able to schedule our project within a few days of my request. AIRC Kitchen & BathYou get what you pay for! We built our home 4 years ago. At the time we thought all tile work was the same and basically a job of lining up the tile and grouting it into place…WRONG! In our ignorance we chose the least expensive bid, bad move! Our home has 5 bathroom showers, the person who did the tile work looked like he knew what he was doing, but we found out later that what looked good was not! All 5 of our shower pans started to leak and rot into the subfloor. Fortunately, a friend recommended IRC and David and his crew came and saved us from total disaster! IRC is an honest and quality conscious operation. Davis was exact in his bid and the job did not exceed his bid amount, the job was started and finished on time, and the crew cleaned up their work area every day before they left for the evening. David is a young man with integrity, and his company reflects that. The crew were always pleasant, industrious and quiet ,and most importantly, I felt I could completely trust them both to do superior work even if David was not there and that I could trust them in my home when I was not there. I would definitely hire IRC again and would not hesitate to highly recommend IRC to anyone who wants their tile work done right the first time!- Kathleen W.

David Murphy and this team used creative problem solving, asked questions and help determine the best course of action. They also tracked time carefully, and when there might be a few minutes left on a basic service call, would return to do additional work at no charge. Invoices included detailed time accounting. FALL IN ONE General ContractorLeo Martnez, the owner of the co., was not professional at all. He let weeks go between the times I would see him. THIS small job started 7/2/2020 and today is the end of Aug. and it is not completed. I was forced to fire him because of this. Leo confided in me that he was eventually going to start a roofing business, I defintily would refrain from doing any kind of business with him. I am particularly surprised that Angie's List would refer him. This will be the last time I use Angie's List.- Bob G.

FCan I give zero stars? I can't even describe my dissatisfaction with this company. it was an actual nightmare. Read below for the saga of bad things that happened during our time working with DaBella. I had high standards for professionalism because my salesperson, Alex, was SO great! an has been a great listening ear throughout this ordeal and I am sure gone above and beyond his job--put him in charge! The team that came to my house on 1/11/21 did not let us know they were on their way and arrived at our house shortly before 9am. When my husband opened the door, the response was simply "Windows. I need Space". We could tell that english was most likely not their first language, but that is not what made us feel as though they were rude. They never even said hello or gave us their names. They seemed as though it was a great inconvenience to be there and were not friendly in any way. Throughout the day I tried to get updates from them on how long it would take or how things were going and was met with short grunts and few words. They were so drastically different from the experience I had with the sales team. They barely spoke to us at all; not even pleasantries. They took all day to complete our windows and were here from 9am to 5pm despite only having the 6 windows to do. While they were here they were on the roof and used multiple outlets within our house. At some point, they must have tripped a breaker because our garage stopped working. Had they let us know that this happened, I would not have been upset in the slightest, but they did not and so we had to bring out someone to fix it, costing us $65. They also had to go into our backyard to use a ladder to get on the roof. When they left, they did not close this gate. It was shoved into the grass and wedged open. Our gate is hard to open and must be pushed quite hard to keep open so we know that it had been done by a person, and not the elements. This led to our 9 month old puppy getting out of our yard. She recently had surgery on her broken leg and we need to keep her calm and safe. So not only did we have to run around our neighborhood to try to find our puppy, but we had the extra concern that she was not supposed to be out running and that her recent surgery could have been compromised. The rudeness, lack of communication, and lack of attention to details has been very upsetting for us. We are at the point of upset that if we could return the services, we would. I am so angry that these men came into my house and were rude to me and my husband and then caused us further inconvenience and stress after they left. But I am at loss for words at how upset and disappointed I am in the installation team. If that wasn't enough, it took weeks for the company to figure out that our gutters had not even been installed. The right hand was clearly not talking to the left. Once they finally figured out that our gutters were not installed, we got scheduled for the install and were rescheduled again. They were finally here on Monday 2/15/21 the installers had no idea where our gutters were supposed to go. We were only replacing some of them, and they had the amount of gutters they needed, but did not have a map of where to put them. So my husband had to go outside in the freezing weather and snow and walk around our house to show them where to put things. The instal team was really nice, but they took much longer than necessary because they were not provided information on where the gutters would go. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company. I had good hopes because Alex was so kind, but everything other than Alex was awful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They only care about their bottom line, not the customer experience.

AWords can't express how happy we have been with our decision to go with Trickett Woodworks to build and install the cabinets in our custom kitchen. Geoff and Brian have been exceptional! Their communication before and during the project was always great. We had to delay the selection of our cabinet maker due to COVID, and Geoff was the only person that had regular check-ins with us during this time, none of the companies reached out to us at all. Trickett's workmanship is top notch. We asked for a very custom design that followed the contour of our cathedral ceiling which is not common. Geoff worked with us to come up with ideas on how best to accomplish the look we were going for and it turned out amazing. Geoff and Brian also went the extra mile when our countertop installers damaged several drawers and doors. Geoff made sure everything got fixed and that we were taken care of. I can't understate how happy we are with our cabinets and our experience with Trickett. We'll definitely be using them for future projects and highly recommend them to anyone.

AWe have 2 small rooms that are a challenge for us to decorate. My husband is disabled & we require space for his motorized wheelchair, which further limits what we can do. Bryan, the owner, & Dorothy, our designer, listened to our requests & designed 2 beautiful rooms that maximize the limited space. Once we approved the design & furniture, they immediately provided a list of carpenters so we could get started on some built-in cabinetry. We were also provided with a list of all the furnishings & websites so we can purchase what we can afford. We had never used a design team before & I didn't know what to expect, but I'm so happy we did! Now we have a direction & vision of what we can do to truly utilize those rooms. We also have control over the budget & can do what we can afford as time goes on. Bryan & Dorothy were absolutely wonderful to work with & I would definitely use them again!!
