ASpokane MoversWe couldn't have been happier. I've never had a move go so smoothly and without incident. We'd originally obtained a quote from a well known moving company that we had used before, but then encountered conflicts with the actual move dates so we had to find another company. We were really glad we did. Spokane Movers was incredible. Their estimate person came within a few days of calling and did a very thorough estimate. The packing/moving crew arrived on time with the number of crew members we were promised. They were professional and EXTREMELY efficient and organized. They very careful with our items (we had numerous pieces of fragile art and mirrors), and they had us packed and loaded in record time. We've unpacked 95 percent of our boxes and so far nothing is missing or damaged. They even called us 2-3 weeks later to check and see if everything was OK and if we had any missing or damaged items. The total bill was almost spot on with the original quote and was comparable to what we were quoted by the other moving company. I would highly recommend Spokane Movers.- Cindy W.

ARS Schmidt Enterprises IncI have used R.S. Schmidt Enterprises, Inc. several times for several different services (window washing, pressure cleaning, debris hauling, yard cleanup). They are always professionally dressed, on time, hard working and well priced (I've compared prices). Once they even forgot to do something I'd asked them to. The owner sent his crew out to finish the job and wouldn't let me pay him. This is an amazing customer service oriented business.- mary i.

ASpeedy Road Service & TowingThey did a fantastic job on a unique project they had never done before. They had done smaller sheds in the past but not one my size. The workers were nice, pleasant to work with, and were positive and upbeat about the project. The challenge seemed to give them something fun to work towards achieving. They promised to work with me to get a decent price for the job, but thus far I have not been billed so I am not sure about the final price.- Kay S.

FPeninsula Residential ServicesAt 8 a.m. on Mar. 19, 2014, my husband was outside, beginning the work. At 9 a.m. I brought him his phone so he could call "Chris" and ask where he was. No answer so he left a message. At 10 a.m. I was out with my husband, helping to do the work. "Chris" never appeared and never returned our phone call. I now worry that "Chris" may have been "casing" our house.- Colleen K.

ANichole was wonderful. This was a sad story of a friend going through a crisis who decided to drive the Honda Accord we'd lent him for local Seattle errands to Amarillo Texas. Our friend is now back safe and recovering with his family on the east coast, but we had to get our Honda back from the Amarillo towing yard where the police had left it after taking our friend to the hospital. So we called Angie's List, which listed Hilton Auto Transport as highly rated (thank you Angie's List). Nichole was wonderful: prompt, good price, and just the nicest person to deal with. Two days later the car was on its way, and we picked it up in Seattle yesterday. I'd recommend her to anyone.

FBait and Switch! I've never worked with a company so alluring and dishonest IN MY LIFE! Prior to loading day we had a $6,600 quote that was updated to a $10,500 quote only to have the truck and packers show up and increase our total to $20,000!!!!!!! We had packed everything but the furniture! The trucking company representative from Roadrunner (Polaris Moving is the parent company) said she was now our contact. She "fired Moving APT!!!" We are now in week 10 post moving to WI and our belongings are STILL NOT HERE!!! Roadrunner has taken our goods hostage forcing us to get a lawyer!! I will NEVER use Angie's List or a broker again!! This has been nothing short of a nightmare!

FI had used this company successfully 4 times in the past. This time I requested a quote online as always. The response came back from a company named Professional Auto Shippers with the same phone number as Executive Auto Shippers. They sent me a price and we set the first day of pickup as May 20. Understanding the 3 day pickup window, I got concerned late on the 21st. On a phone conversation I was promised someone would call me before the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day I called at about 10 AM because we had a 2 PM flight to return to Illinois. No answer or call back. We got in the car and made the drive back in 2 days. This morning I received information from the company and a truck driver that our car would be picked up sometime today, 7 days after the first pickup date. I told the driver we had already driven the car to Illinois. I doing a little research I learned apparently this company operates under several separate names, although the phone numbers are the same and the contact person, Ray Rodriguez is the same.
