AClean SlateThese two young people did a much better job cleaning our windows inside/outside and skylights than the two other services we have used in the past. I will definitely use them in the future. They are timely and are vey efficient in their work. Our windows were very dirty as they had not been cleaned professional for several years because of the poor job by the past vendors. Good clean windows are a joy!! ATechs were on time, worked quickly, nice and pleasant. It hadn't rained since the gutters were installed so I'm hoping they work as hoped. We wanted the water diverted away from the house and back porch. A+ for now until we e what happens in the rain.

DUpon inspection of the gutter installation, 2 of the screws at the west end of the house were not screwed in. After 4 calls to the office and leaving detailed messages I finally got through on the 5th attempt. The lady on duty said she needed to speak with the owner to schedule a time they could come back out to finish. Another week and a half has gone by with no return call so had to call Home Depot to contact the project manager to come out and take care of it themselves. It has been about 40 days since the job and I feel I have given them every opportunity to respond. Bottom Line. The job was paid in full in September upon the original estimate.
