The crew arrived when they said they would, and they cleaned up after the job was over. After Pete and I had an initial walkthrough to discuss what was needed, Pete got the game plan in place, and everything thereafter couldn't have gone smoother. Pete's communication -- as well as his crew -- was clear and understandable. All of his crew were extremely professional, yet exhibited a friendly personality with great senses of humor. They arrived when they were supposed to be here, and they worked very hard once they arrived. The entire process was flawless from start to finish. Considering how swamped Pete's schedule was, the fact he fit us into it and completed the work earlier than expected, was icing on the cake. If you're considering contacting a general contractor, you'd be doing yourself a disservice if you don't at least talk to Pete. He's a perfect reflection of his crew, and they're outstanding! David Murphy and this team used creative problem solving, asked questions and help determine the best course of action. They also tracked time carefully, and when there might be a few minutes left on a basic service call, would return to do additional work at no charge. Invoices included detailed time accounting. DOne hour to set up a 32 " TV and sound bar. We are now using 3 remotes to operate TV. Kept asking questions. Second hour was the Harmony remote. First he did not bring computer. Had to use ours. Kept asking questions. He did not connect all of our equipment, we need to get someone else to correct what he did. Our last remote programming was done in 20 minutes. Plus during this covid time, he had to use bathroom.

FSTAY AWAY from this company and in particular the Western Spokane Branch ran by a man named Dylan. They are extremely unprofessional they will show up late daily, won't paint all the spots, won't use proper safety equipment, and will absolutely miss a thousand spots on the trim. On top of all this they even painted my garage the wrong color and had to re do it all over literally doubling the amount of time needed from two days to four days.

After 3 months of constant follow up they covered part of the parts charge and none of the labor. Then, following up again, they responded with, WE ARE CLOSING THE BUSINESS.
