    Cascade Rain Gutters
Best price in Spokane! They arrived on time and finished my house in 1 day. They cleaned up as they worked all day. At the end of the day, you couldn't tell that anyone had worked all around the house. The gutters look amazing and are exactly what I wanted. They even left me some extra down spout in case I ruin some with the weed wacker and/or mower.

    Galloway Roofing & Siding
I contacted Galloway Roofing for a leaking roof over my sliding door. It was a relatively small job but they talked with me about the problem and explained everything well and as soon as the weather permitted they came out an fixed it one day. They cleaned up after themselves so well that I could hardly tell they'd been there.

They were not the low bidder, but very happy with their work. Manuel and crew are craftsmen that pay attention to detail. They did everything we asked, plus more. Instead of butt joints and galvanized roof nails to attach fascia board, they used mitered butt joints and recessed finish nails that were puttied and painted. Some fascia was so custom that I told Manuel to leave it. Instead, they removed every last board and custom fitted the new board. GALLOWAY provided 12 ft fascia, instead of lower quality 8 ft lengths. Additionally, they used the #1 rated Owens Corning Deck Defense roofing system, which is a clear upgrade and advantage to everything else I looked at. It has a patented roofing nail strip which prevents blow off in high winds. They capped the job off with specialized hip and ridge shingles that gives the house high-end street appeal. I would give them an overall A+. Put your mind at ease and hire GALLOWAY. My wife and I are very happy with the work. During walks in town and around my suburban home, I have examined a lot of new roofs, and very few measure up to GALLOWAY's quality. Thanks GALLOWAY.

    Perrenoud Roofing Inc
Took a a couple of days longer than quoted, but it's a huge roof and the workers had to work in freezing, literally---freezing, weather. They cleaned up quite will and were careful to protect plants and landscaping. They accidentally ripped a screen, but took care of it without any problem. Joe Gipson, the estimator, was especially responsive and helpful. He stayed with the project from the estimate through completion and even walked the property and checked the completed project personally to make sure it was to my satisifaction. This company was recommended originally by a realtor. I wasn't even referred by Angie's List. But when a Company does a great job, even without having to worry about what might be stated on Angie's List, they deserve a good review. This job was done on my personal residence, but I have several rental properties in the area, which will likely need roof work at some point in the future. Perrenoud Roofing will be the first name I think of when it comes to anything related to any roof in the future. This is definitely a first-class roofing company. They treat their customers well and do what they agree to do for the price they agree to charge. Good faith and fair dealing are not always found in the Spokane area, so it was truly refreshing to work with this company.

    LANG ROOFING CO

I had just finished building my new building with the exception of the roof. The weather was starting to turn to the cold season and I was running out of time to get it done. I called Lang Roofing on a referral and Mark came right out and gave me an estimate and a commitment that they could get it done right away to protect my new building. He was very helpful in picking out the shingles to match my house. True to his word he had the materials delivered to my roof and his crew got right on it and we beat the weather. His crew was very professional and the results are wonderful.

Thanks to Mark and his crew for helping my building project have a successful ending. I would highly recommend them.

    Alpine Construction
My husband called 5 roofing companies to get bids. Alpine was the only one who not only returned the call, but came out, gave us a written bid, followed up and did EVERYTHING they said they would do. The roof looks great! Darius called us every day (or so) to make sure everything was going well. The guys who did the job were polite, kept the area as clean as possible and worked hard. We really have absolutely no complaints. I would (and have) recommended Alpine Construction to my neighbors. (Of the other 4 companies my husband called, only 2 called back and said they would come out to give us a bid. They never, ever came.) Alpine was great and really did a great job on the roof.

    American Guttersmith
The company owner showed up promptly, and provided me with a large set of color matching coupons to select a gutter color.  His original quote was to replaced some sections of damaged gutter.  He did that and more, realigning other sagging gutters and replacing two gutter corners in another area of the house.
I'm an engineer, so pretty picky about quality.  The workmanship was excellent.  He "under-promised and over-delivered".  I am very pleased.
I'm thinking of building a house.  If I do, American Guttersmith will be first on my list for gutters.

    Perrenoud Roofing Inc
Joe was quick to respond to my inquiry, setting a time to do an estimate and called before he came the next day. He measured the roof, checking for soundness too. My old roof was 34 years old and in terrible shape, although it had never leaked some of the trim was rotten. Joe came and brought samples of roofing when the contract was signed after going over each detail. He even agreed to remove the roof vents and install ridge venting without changing the bid. The two man crew was here in three days, escorted by Joe. He went through job with the crew before leaving. For three days they were here precisely at 8:00 working until 5:00. The first day they removed the old roofing, plastic gutters, rotten trim and metal vents. The old roofing was carried to the end of the house and dropped into a trailer. Nothing was dropped onto the yard. They then covered the roof with the 30 lb paper. It took two days to install the new roof but they worked until it was done, the last day was a Saturday but were here. Each day they cleaned up after themselves leaving everything neat. A few days later the gutter crew arrived, installing new gutters working in a rain storm and into the dark evening. They joked saying it helped to be sure they drained well. My entire experience with this company was exceptional and I would highly recommend them for any roofing job.

    Sam's Lawn & Tree Landscaping
A gentleman came out and did the ESTIMATE. We walked the property and discussed everything I wanted done. He made suggestions in his professional opinion on things that might need attention. I had several trees I wanted pruned and he quoted me the individual price for each tree, but said I would receive a substantial discount since they were making one trip and doing them all at once. I told him I wanted the total yard raked and cleaned (we have many barked flower beds around the perimeter of the back yard and in the front yard). I also asked him about one ugly, large Pine Bush. He recommended to remove it, and I agreed. I wanted a brush pile cleaned up and carted off and also desired to have three stumps grinded per their Free Promotion off their Flyer. He agreed to do all the work. Before they came, I pruned all the bushes, cleaned the rain gutters of a large amount of pine needles, and left the debris laying in the yard for them to clean up. Two or three of them came one morning and blitzed through the job. The pruner did very professional work .... getting to the tops of some larger trees with an extendable ladder. They used an air blower to clean the beds and tarps to haul off the debris. I examined their work: the yard was clean, the debris pile was gone, and the trees were pruned to a professional level. Unfortunately, they left their large extendable ladder in the yard. So, I called them and informed them it was here. And, they forgot to grind 3 small stumps that were a Free Promotion in their Flyer. I called them, and they did return to grind and finish them off for No Charge. The ugly bush I thought we came to an agreement on to remove .... had not been. They provided an itemized Bill, which I did not see it included, so I give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe my communication and his understanding of what I wanted was not so good (MAKE SURE YOU ARE VERY CLEAR IN WHAT YOU WANT DONE.) After they did the Service, they contacted me and said there would be an additional $100 Charge for the bush trimming debris and rain gutter clean out debris that they hauled off and were not anticipating. I thought that this charge was reasonable, as I did not let the Estimator know I was going to do that. IN SUMMARY: some minor communication issues here .... and some lapses by leaving their ladder and not grinding the stumps. But the value was good as there was a substantial Discount on multiple tree pruning. Their cleanup was very good. Fast and efficient. I would use them again. As a closing note: the trees all spread out with good symmetry and flourishing growth and beauty after the pruning, so he definitely knew what he was doing.
