    Bekkering's Automotive Inc
First of all, when I broke down just up the block from them, they didn't hesitate to send a couple of guys to help my husband push my car off the road. Then they even made an exception and towed my car back to their shop at no expense. They were prompt at figuring out the problem and fixing it . Had to replace a bunch of stuff so it was pricey but would have been wherever I took it. I always take my cars to Bekkerings. They will do free estimates and be honest about if something really needs to be done or if it can wait. They are friendly and professional. Will continue to use them and recommend them.

    TROY'S AUTOMOTIVE & TIRE
I was in a jam and the folks at Troy's really stepped up to get me back in a timely manner.  Even though he didn't have my particular tire, Troys had them in a hour.  They worked me in even though I didn't have an appointment.  Excellent work!

    BEELINE AUTO REPAIR
Went in thinking it was something else that I thought was going to cost me much more. They diagnosed the issue, called to let me know what they found and gave me an estimate! Work was done in a timely manner and under the estimated quote.
These folks do a great job!!!

    CAMP BMW
Overall, I did get a good deal on a used car, and most of my problems arose because I arrived late on a Saturday and they wanted me to take the car home with me that night.  That still wasn't a problem.  I messed up by not having them agree to fix anything I found wrong--within say a month.  They did fix the tire sensor and navigation at no cost, but I did not know when I brought car in whether I was going to have to pay for the repairs or not--in other words, if it was going to cost a lot, I probably would have responsible for some of the cost.  My sales man was great and responsive to all my needs.  It's just that he has no control after the car goes into the shop.  All in all, good deal but make sure you get particulars in writing.

    Tune Tech
Perfect.  Paul and his team have been taking care of our three cars for several years.  They do the job right and quickly.  THere may be cheaper places to get car work done, but I trust them and they won't do work that isn't really needed at that time.

    BEELINE AUTO REPAIR
Work done well, on time, problems encountered explained.

Beeline has always given very good value. Never the cheapest, but stand behind all their work and will fix it if repair doesn't take with no questions asked.

Larry H. Miller Downtown Toyota Spokane
A thief tried to steal my automobile and damaged the ignition to the point where I could not start it. Larry Miller Downtown Toyota was one of the few repair shops open on Saturday. I had my vehicle towed there and they fixed it in one hour without an appointment. Dealership costs are on the high end, but I have to say they are clean and professional .... and they get the repair done, and done right. Without an appointment, I couldn't expect more.

    Chuck's Neighborhood Lock Service
My car ignition was damaged in an attempted auto theft after work on a Friday. I called Chuck's, as he was referred to me by another Locksmith as being the go-to guy for installing/fixing ignitions. Chuck advised me he is on 2 jobs and would be a while, but to hold on and he would positively call me back in an hour or two. I suspended all activity to get my car up and running and waited by the telephone. The call never came. It set my recovery plan back at least 10 hours.

A courtesy call back informing whether he could complete the job or not would have made a big difference in outcome. This business cannot be counted on when you are in dire straights.

    Five Mile Auto Center
I had a broken speedometer and a Low Idle problem. They performed the above listed services and claimed the need for a specific speedometer part and then told me it was the wrong one and to come in the following Saturday. We came in on Saturday and sat around for quite a while. They told us they had the wrong part, again. They said they adjusted the idle with the Tune up, but the car stalled at every light on the way home from work. When I brought it in the next morning, they seemed unhappy to see me. I said the car was undrivable/stalling and shouldn't be doing that after $700 worth of service. They basically let me sit in the waiting area for an hour and gave the car back to me after a 2 minute test drive. The oil light was still on and the car was running rough. I decided I needed a 2nd opinion. I took it to another Repair place. They discovered that Five Mile Auto had charged me $20 for a Battery Service that had never been done. I called Five Mile Auto about it, and they did not believe me. I got a refund after the 2nd opinion Repair place spoke to them directly. Five Mile Auto charged me for a Brake Inspection and noted I had 60% on the rear brakes. However, the 2nd opinion shop did a no charge inspection and said I only had 30% left on the rear brakes. After 2 failed speedometer repair attempts at Five Mile Auto ... and, another appointment scheduled. The 2nd Opinion Shop said they were on the wrong track as far as parts go and no amount of work would have resulted in a successful repair. They charged me nearly $100 and wasted my and my wife's time. Five Mile Auto performed a major Tune up, but I still had stalling and major idle problems along with an oil light that was on. The 2nd opinion shop was troubled by this. They said after a Major Tune up this should not be happening. They found the engine 100+ rpm below specifications and found a SERVICE ALERT about the Oil light which said to replace an oil sensor. This work cost an additional $130 that should not have been necessary if Five Mile Auto had done decent work. In SUMMARY, repair service at FIVE MILE AUTO is slipshod at best. They couldn't perform a simple speedometer repair, they could not find a noted SERVICE ALERT for my automobile, they attempted to scam us for a Battery Service they never performed, and the work they did do was shoddy and over priced. DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR SHOP UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
