They've been out several times fixing our air conditioning unit. They installed the system so if anything goes wrong with it they have a guarantee and so far they have lived up to their guarantee. When they came back to fix it for the second and third time they didn't charge us anything. They came out 3 times to fix it. If they had fixed it right the first time they wouldn't have had to come back. They were very professional.

    R&R Heating & Air Conditioning
Central A/C was not working so looked up top repair specialists on Angie's List and Home Advisor. R&R was top rated company that had 24/7 service. I submitted a repair request online and expected a call back. After 2 hours of waiting, I called them and requested service. It should be noted that the online repair request is only available during normal business hours, M-F. If you require same-day service, you need to call. The service tech, Greg, called me about 4:30 pm and was at my home by 5. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered any questions I had. After explaining what my A/C was doing, he was able to troubleshoot and repair my condenser with parts on hand in about 30 minutes. Very satisfied with the overall experience.

Several months prior to this repair, they replaced a capacitor in my furnace.  Told me it had heated up the blower motor and likely will need replaced in the near future.  Technician said he would order one and keep one in stock for when it goes.  2 months later, the motor went.  They came in and replaced it with a higher power aftermarket unit, saying could not find the one they ordered for me.  Came back a few weeks later with the right one.  Up to this point, all is well.  They had been working on my AC unit for me since 10/2009 with no issues.  When they replaced the blower motor, unbeknownst to me, they disconnected the drain hose for my Heat pump.  A couple of months later, I came home on a warm, humid day.  Heat pump had been running with the cooler on and dehumidifying the house.  The house smelled of urine.  I searched out its source, and found the floor in my utility room soggy and soft.  I took the lower cover off the furnace and it was full of water.  That is when I found the unhooked drain hose.  I hooked it back up and dried as much of the water up as I could, then called Holliday Heating.  I spoke with a gentleman who said to give it some time and see if the floor goes back solid as it often will.  If it does not, to call in and they will take care of it.  I called back in in November.  (I was waiting until my next scheduled service which was supposed to happen in November)  Talked to the owner, Doc.  He said he does not replace floors and the damage was my own problem.  I told him I would have it fixed and turn it in to my homeowners insurance and let them go after him.  He then offers to cover the deductible.  I told him it needs fixed and it is his liability as his guy disconnected it.  He tried telling me how they come of all the time and not their problem.  I have owned this house since new, 15 years.  The heat pump was put in when I had it 1 year.  Never had a problem with this hose until his guy did the blower motor change.  Unlikd his explanation, this hose did not come off on its own.  I moved this house 5 years ago and even with all that moving and shaking, it did not come undone.  He will not take responsibility, and will therefore not be in my home again.

If we need any work done, we call them. They also work on furnaces. They came when they were supposed to, and they worked on the furnace and now it is working great. Their prices are comparable to others in the area.

I spent about $12000 on that service, but that included the heat pump for my house too.  Just for the apartment it was maybe $8000.  The job was good.  The guy I really liked was the one who gave the quote and he was great to work with.  I did not like the way they were going to do it the first time, but they switched it and were really nice about it and just did it the way I wanted it done.  I would tell others looking for a good heating and air-conditioning company that they are great to work with and they do a good job.  They sealed all the exits, but still haven’t finished.  There are a couple of things I would like them to come back and do and but I am sure that they will.  I have paid half the amount to them.

Deer Park Heat & Cool LLC
Old electric furnace was noisy and needing repeated service.  Finally decided to call Deer Park Heat & Cool. I saw their AD in the front of the local Exchange paper.  They took a little while to get out to the place but it was vacant at the time so that was OK.
They explained in some detail the overall situation for these type of mobiles.

The furnace and the A/C has been working consistently throughout the year.
I did everything over the phone which is very important to me both logistically and for trust.
I was referred to E Hand C by my future son-in-law's father who went to H VAC school
with the owner of Evergreen Heating and Cooling.

They gave a written estimate (including taxes), guarentee and timeline for services. They stuck by their word with all three. They performed extra duct work (improvement) which was not included in the estimate. They were efficient, knowledgable, professional, cleaned up afterwards and were easily available for questions after their services were done. I would use them again without hesitation. They did a superb job.

There was only one worker. They were good. It took 45 minutes to an hour to complete the work. They left the area clean.
