    The only complaint I have is that they are kind of slow. They always seemed backed up. It took half a day. I just left my car there. They always give you a fair estimate about how much time it's going to take. They give you a big guarantee and  so you can have it in paperwork. They could improve on speeding up their work.

    This service provider is thorough. They noticed that I had not had a service on a recall completed and reminded me of that when I was there. We had a problem where they had to keep our vehicle for several days and they provided a rental car for us to use. 
    The service manager is friendly and personable. I would recommend this company to other people.

    I moved to Chicago last fall and looked on Angie's list for a mechanic. I called and spoke with the owner and we talked about the ability of the people in his shop to work on an Audi. I also told him that I live alone and therefore don't have anyone to allow me to drop off the car for an oil change, etc. We talked about the fact that if I ever needed extensive repairs that I would probably need to rent a car, but he told me that for oil changes he could be happy to take me to the local coffee shop while I wait for my car (since there is no waiting room at the facility).
    I had a problem with a fender piece of my car shortly after and drove to the shop to ask about the problem. The owner had one of his workers grab a clip of some kind and quickly fix the problem, no charge. They were great and very helpful.
    A few months later I called to schedule an oil change. I spoke with an employee and he made the appointment. I arrived at 8 a.m. as I was told but the owner was surprised I was there because he had not been told I would be coming by and they were busy. I left with no service being performed.
    I called yesterday to make an appointment for the oil change I still needed for the car, and made an appointment for this morning. When I arrived right at 8 a.m. the owner was again surprised but this time he became somewhat defensive and abrupt. I told him that I called yesterday and made the appointment which I gather he did not believe. I then tried to explain that we had talked all about this last fall, and reminded him of his offer to take me quickly to a coffee shop while they did the work. I was prepared with my own work to keep me busy for awhile. He kept telling me that they routinely tell people "like me" to go to Jiffy Lube because that's not what they do. I left, again, with no service being performed.
    20 minutes later as I was pulling into my driveway at home, the owner called me. He said that he found my number in the caller ids from yesterday proving that I actually did call, and also affirming to me that he did not believe me before when I told him I had made an appointment. He offered (albeit begrudgingly) to have me come back if I wanted. I declined and plan to find another mechanic.
    I gather they are competent but their communication skills and scheduling processes are severely lacking.

    It went really good.  The initial call was odd in that they were not real communicative.  however, they asked to see the job before they committed.  They said they were not busy and If I brought the car to them they could look at it and let me know what they could do.  I was having a really difficult time getting anyone to do this job for me so I took them up on it.  They estimated a 1/2 for the job, billed a 1/2 for the job and finished the job in less than an hour from the time I dropped the vehicle off.  I really appreciated their help.  While they didn't have the best people skills, they clearly wanted my business and that worked for me.

    Dishman Dodge Ram Chrysler Jeep
    Took my Jeep to Disman to have them check on my heater core that was replaced by another Jeep dealer. I was still having problems. They went above and beyond to try and solve the problem. I think they spent about 3 hours on the problem and only charged me for 1.

    My car was washed inside and out with a hand wax applied to the exterior. The staff was very friendly, every step they took counted. They are very organized and skilled as they breezed through the job and it only took 45 minutes. Car looked as good when it was done as it did when it came off the showroom floor. This is the only place I take my car for washes and wax jobs.

    He does great work, and he found a lot of smaller problems that I didn't know were starting to be issues. His prices are very fair. I have added insurance on my car, and he worked it out so that my deductible covered everything I had to pay.

    Car Toys got into my glove compartment, emptied it all out, put it in a plastic bag, and threw it in my trunk. When I went to drive home my glove compartment was broken with the right hinge hanging and bouncing. When I complained about it they showed that the technician wrote down the glove compartment and center console was broken. They broke both of them and they will not admit it or take responsibility. They also put a mark of some kind on my exterior back driver's side fender. I pointed that out to them and they immediately tried to buff it out. I need to go to my auto place to get a bill to send Car Toys corporate. I'm fuming because this isn't going to be cheap. They did a horrible job and they will not take responsibility for the damage they did to my car.
