    All Service Moving
    I set things up online and received a follow-up phone call to confirm. I had a moving date in less than a week with a 4 hour arrival window. On moving day, the movers called before they arrived with an approximate time and were 10 minutes early. They carefully moved my items and were done in 15 minutes! Great job and professional. The 2 movers were Nikola and Oleg.

    Resume Repair
    I ordered a package for resume services for my neice as a gift in February.  It has been four months.  He did return calls in the beginning, but she sent her resume within a month and nothing has happened since.  We’ve tried contacting him several times since and he has never responded.  Obviously he’s very unprofessional, and this is VERY possibly a scam.

    We have had continued connection problems for over six weeks with our cable TV, our internet and our telephone. in the last three weeks Comcast has sent four different technicians to our home. Two appointments were made for technicians to come into our house and those two technicians both scheduled repair services to come and work on the equipment in our street. All four of those technicians have acknowledged that the problem is not in our home but is in the Comcast equipment in our street in our neighborhood. Comcast continues to insist that we be home when they next arrive to try and repair the problem. Therefore we have to wait another 5 days for a possible repair. Twice I have asked to speak with supervisors but after waiting on hold for a good long time both times I was told they were all still busy but one would call me back the next day and then after my last request, that I would get a call back within two hours. It has been 3 days since my last request and still no supervisor has us called back. Representatives hung up on us on two different occasions. Initially I was on hold for one hour and twenty four minutes on my cell phone. After I'd been on hold almost an hour my husband called on his cell phone and he got through before my call got through.  The computer system that answers the phone is very time consuming.  it has told me that my internet can not be recycled. It does not allow me to stay on hold, but tells me to leave a message and says that I will get a call back from a live representative but then the computer system will call back and state that all representatives are busy. We never do receive a call back from anyone.  Attempting to get through to this company for service and repair has been time consuming and unproductive. The Comcast website gives me no option to contact the company in writing. When I call to report our internet is out, their computer tells me to go to their website.  The third time I contacted Comcast, the representative said they would double my internet speed for a year at no additional cost but first I need the internet to work. I don't need faster internet. We just need consistent operation of the services we pay for. We have followed the directions of the technicians but the phone staff is unresponsive. My time is not respected.

    The process of developing the site couldn't have gone any smoother. Laura provided pull down menus that were able to bring the user of the website to the exact places they wanted to be. She organized all the material we gave her and brought our thoughts out clearly and simply. She worked on our site as though we were her only clients and got us up and running in record time. We went live on July 22, 2014, and have had nothing but positive feedback. We have received numerous kudos and sign ups since we went live. Our customers love the ease of navigating the site and the quality of the site.

    THE KIDS' BACKYARD STORE
    We worked with Ben at the Kid's Backyard Store and were extremely satisfied with our experience and the final product. We picked out all the features that we wanted and they we able to build it within 2-3 weeks. They had to coordinate delivery and installation with our various other contractors (artificial turf installers, patio cover, etc) and were great. Structure is very high quality and seems to be a good deal for the price we paid. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the future.

    We had several sections of wrought iron railing on a two-tiered deck that needed re-furbishing. One section of upper deck railing was a single corner piece with each section 8 feet long. This was too big to remove easily. We had Avos separate this piece into two sections and weld some additional fastener brackets. They also did some minor re-fabrication of the railing on the deck stairs to fit this after the deck had been re-built. Avos did the initial fabrication on-site and then removed all the railing for final fabrication and powder coating. They re-installed the upper deck railing, ensuring a water-tight seal with the waterproof deck surface. We were very happy with their work. The quality was very good and Surge Sova and his crew were all great to deal with. Highly recommended.

    They have been great. They take care of everything, and they pretty much leave me alone unless they really need something. If something needs taken care of both for us and the tenants, then we count on them to take care of it pretty quick. So I have been very pleased. For property management, I spent $50 a month. For the people I get through them for lawn care; I spend about $320 a month.

    Comcast Cable
    Since I already have Comcast service, they would not give any of the pricing breaks until competitive offers were risking their business. Finally they matched the competition, so I decided to stay with my current provider. Then when the cable box did not arrive as they had said, the follow-up and resolution has been very difficult. In fact, it is still not resolved as it will require another phone call to the "Loyality Department". Previously, I have had no problem with Comcast once installed 7 years ago. I have not previously had to deal with their customer service.

    CERTIFIED WELDERS COMPANY
    A bracket that holds the blade deck on my riding mower had broken. I either needed to buy a new bracket for $80 or have mine fixed. It was a relatively easy welding job and I needed it done same day if possible. I found this guy in my local phone book and saw that he was close to where I lived. I did not try calling, I just showed up. His shop is right behind his house in a residential area and I almost did not stop. I am glad that I did. His mom came out to greet me while the owner was in the house on the phone. He came out after about five minutes. He looked at my bracket and said that he could fix it right then for $15.00. Great! It took about ten minutes and he did an excellent job. He has a full welding shop and looked like he had several large jobs he was working on. I would recommend this guy for any small job and would be willing to talk to him about any potential big jobs to see if he could be as timely.
