    This service was done in conjunction with so many oil changes when you buy a car from them; under warranty.   There was no charge.  They were excellent.  On price, they're very good, very reasonable.  Their responsiveness is excellent.  I would definitely use them again.  It took about an hour for the work to be completed, and the workers were very friendly and professional.  They explained every service that they looked at and described - brakes. They followed through on what they were supposed to do.   They were very thorough and asked me if I had any questions.  They've even got good coffee, so that was good.  My first impression of them was very professional, very welcoming.

    We've been using them.  Everything's always perfect; that's why I go to them.  Their prices are better than what you can get in Portland, Oregon.  They're excellent.  We go to them about every six months.  It was under warranty and there was no cost.  Everything's A for them.  It took about 45 minutes to an hour and the workers were friendly and professional.  They're really good.  They're very helpful.  They are punctual, they are very friendly, and able to offer assistance at any level.

    Setting the appointment was easy and the employee was pleasant.  I arrived 10 minutes late due to stormy weather and traffic. (Appt. was set for 3:00 so I could get out and over the 205 bridge before traffic hit.)  They were pleasant and I took a seat in waiting room.  At a little after 4:00 I inquired as to why it was taking so long and was told that not only did I get a oil change but they were doing the inspection so it takes a little longer.  At 4:20 I asked again and was told they would check.  I asked if they had been working on my car the entire time and was told no.  I inquired after the point of having an appointment.  At 4:30 I asked for status again.  Apparently they were waiting for the auto supply store to deliver standard oil!  What????  The mechanic was told to just use synthetic oil and I would not be charged for it.  In the end I got out of there at 4:50; 1:40 minutes after I arrived.  The gentleman that helped me in the office was pleasant the entire time we interacted and very apologetic and asked how they could make my experience right.  Since they were unable to refund me the 1+ hour I wasted in their waiting room there was and is nothing they could do.  Nor could they refund the 1+ hour it took me to get home due to the traffic.

    After trying another shop we found Top Performance last year and have been going to this shop with 3 different vehicles.  They never try to  sell me things I don't really need to have done, but make professional recommendations as to what is needed.  As I woman who used to hate going to any auto repair shop I am very comfortable with and trust this shop.

    The head light in my Lexus quit working. I took it  to Coopers to have the bulb replaced and learned it was more then a burnt out bulb. They were able to locate the problem and replace the  part at a very reasonable price. They also gave me a AAA discount. Everyone  there was very professional, conscientious, and extremely pleasant to deal with. I highly recommended Coopers!

    Russ and Randy were great to work with. Their team did a very good job servicing the transmission on my truck. Quality work and good value. I waited in the shop while the work was being done and got to chat with Randy and Russ as well as observe other customers coming in. One high school senior came by with transmission "problems", Randy did an inspection and provided a lot of really good guidance on the problem, much of it not related to the transmission itself. Clearly these guys pride themselves on a very high standard of customer service. Highly recommended.

    Getting a deal on a car is just one factor in determining/finding a good dealership.  This dealership gave me a discount on a new vehicle when most other dealerships were marking up (from MSRP) the same vehicle.
    The mark of a great dealership is how they handle problems after a sale.  My vehicle had a manufacturing defect that necessitated a replacement - which requires patience and a series of steps.  This dealership was beyond exceptional in the manner they assisted.  They not only went the extra mile, they went a few more.
    I was referred to this dealership by a friend that had a great experience buying a new vehicle (Dodge Charger) and great experiences having service performed on his heavily modified Jeep Wrangler and I can happily say that I have had a better experience than he had.
    Thank you Northwest Jeep/Dodge/Chrysler!  Your efforts and involvement after the sale was beyond superb!

    Precision Door Service
    Upon arriving home on a Sunday my garage door would not open.  I called several companies some answered some did not being a Sunday.  The ones who did wanted an additional fee just to come out on a Sunday.  When I contacted Precision their dispatcher told me they do not charge extra and they could have someone out in approximately 2 hours.  When they arrived and inspected the situation they told me that one of the springs had broken and  needed to be replaced.  I asked how soon could he get one and when could I get an appointment to have him come back and install it.  He replied I have everything in the van to replace it right now so there isn't a need for a second trip or any additional fees.  A couple hours later the garage door was fixed and worked better than new.  I couldn't have been more impressed with the service they provided.
