  • After Martin removed everything out of the bathroom (toilet, sink cabinet, tub and tub wall surround) it was obvious the subfloor needed to be replaced. In addition, rodents had entered through an opening under the bath, chewed some wiring, and used the insulation in the wall for their home. (The smell from the wall was awful). Martin installed new toilet, bathtub, tub wall surrounds, new flooring, made a new vanity top and installed new sink, faucets, laminate, new light, new medicine cabinet, and backsplash. In addition to replacing subfloor, Martin re-plumbed drain, replaced electrical wire, did drywall work & patch work. Martin was dependable, had a great disposition, and went above & beyond my expectation. He cares about the work he does and it shows with the finished product. I absolutely love my new bathroom and would hire Martin to do any future work without hesitation.

  • I am ignorant I guess to the cost of electrical work these days. Was SHOCKED that installing a ceiling fan could cost so much. But....we needed the work done and now I know how long I have to save in order to get these kinds of things taken care of. Perhaps that goes along with being a first time homeowner? Or maybe never needing an electrician might have something to do with it. I guess there is a lot to be said for being a renter for many, many years!
Style came out and did the install for us. The work was done on one of the hottest days we've had in Washington state in quite a while and due to some issues with the place where the fan was going to go, had to go in to the attic more than once. Felt terrible for him. But he was a pro and did a GREAT job.  He also looked at  installing some lights in/on our garage and took a look at our electrical panel.  He was pretty adamant that the panel be replaced sooner than later and promised to send us a written estimate (He gave us some numbers verbally but that was all) for the cost of replacement install - haven't heard a word since.  :(  With that said, we are currently looking for other folks to to provide us with bids for the job.

  • Brandon and his crew were great, got there early stayed all day, worked right thru lunch. It was an older home built in 57 with glass fuses. Brandon had heard from other electricians of finding a Penney behind a fuse, he finally found one in my dad's fuse box, Congratulations Brandon. Like I said it was an older home and after Brandon and crew were done, come to find out we needed a new dryer circuit. One of his crew came back the next day and finished the job. They also removed a bunch of excess coaxial cable from a previous cable company that wrapped around the house at no charge. They cleaned up after they were done, we are very pleased with the outcome.

  • We have a 1932 house which had several previous amateur remodels.  We can tackle some do it yourself projects, but not a kitchen.
Dan came up with a kitchen design that worked for us.   He took time to listen to our needs,   The bid was the highest, but he was more complete in his bid.    He included items that we wanted but  other bidders had omitted in their bid.
They tore out 2 layers of sheetrock,  tile flooring, and 2 layers of linoleum  flooring.   New cabinets and countertops (I love the new granite) were installed.  Appliances were relocated so that we would have more counter space. Dan accompanied us to the vendors who provided us with the granite and tile backsplash to help us make decisions.
There were some surprises such as inadequate structural support for our floors.  They were addressed and fixed.
The project took 2 months to complete.  It was completed on schedule.

  • James was very nice and able to come out fairly quickly after I contacted him, just a day or 2 later. He was knowledgeable and made sure that he explained to me what he was doing, and the process of tracing the power to the source of the problem. He was able to find and fix the issue in about 2 hours, it was something we would have never figured out on our own. He also did not waste any time while he was there, which we appreciated. We will definitely contact him again in the future for any of our electrician needs and other things we need help with around our home.

  • He got the fan synced to a new remote because he knew how to accomplish that when we'd been told it couldn't be done. Fan has been working flawlessly since (over two years and counting).
    Price was very reasonable.
I wanted him to come back and give quotes on additional work, but he never returned. Hence, I lowered his score because of his lack of follow-up. Work he performed was first-rate. Price was more than fair for value delivered.

  • Matt provided me with an estimate for the services I requested and completed the work as scheduled. The price for the job was less than the estimate and included top of the line fixtures. Would recommend Easy Does It Electrical for your wiring needs.

  • They were prompt at scoping the work, getting me a quote and were flexable about scheduling when the work was to performed.
The install took about 2 hours. It was a very clean install and they had all the parts they needed on-hand. Afterwards they went though the whole process with me while verifing that my new generator was up for the task of powering my house.

  • Overall having the transfer switch installed by Rainier Handyman was positive experience. James is a busy guy, so the response time of his e-mail lagged a bit, but he always answered within a reasonable time frame. He arrived slightly later than the appointment time, but he communicated his delay in advance. The work installing the transfer switch was done quickly, accurately and professionally. I have no issues with the quality of his work, nor will I hesitate to use Rainier Handyman Service in the future.

  • Showed up on time, neat, clean, professional, well-spoken and competent. He went right to work, diagnosed the problem and had the job done in an hour. Outstanding young man trying to make it on his own HIRE CURTIS! He's so good, I've lined him up for three more jobs.
