    I was experiencing some real difficulty after the fall. He said because it was a year anniversary after my son died, he felt that it was due to grieve over my son's death and stuff, and basically concluded that there isn't nothing wrong. So two days later I found myself at Harbor View, I almost had to be helicoptered over Harbor view because the blood was pressuring on my brain and my leg and my arm were pretty numb I couldn't move, so I was lucky. That's why I felt like the guy just completely blew it.

    They are great. They have been wonderful. You call and talk to them and tell them the situation and the next day they will call me and say that they called the doctor. They will also call and inform me if the medicine is not in stock. Their service is just immediate.

    I had a torn tendon in my left shoulder which was not improving with physical therapy.  My doctor recommended surgery, so I went to Dr. McAdam at Swedish Orthopedic to evaluate my shoulder and interpret the MRI.  I was delighted with Dr. McAdam and the efficiency of the clinic.  Dr. McAdam agreed that surgery wasn't necessary at this time and gave me a Cortisone Shot so I could continue with Physical Therapy and gain more range of motion to do that.  My shoulder is great now and I avoided an unnecessary surgery.  Most other doctors would have seen an opportunity to capitalize on doing surgery that I didn't really need.

    We are happy with them. We have used them for at least 10 years. They have been satisfactory on every level. We have not had any serious health issues so maybe the challenges having been big for them on the stuff that we do have. It has been just fine. I also really like the fact that they are non-profit since my own way is that everything in health care should be non-profit. My only qualification on that is that we haven't had any real difficulty or problems to take to them so who knows how they would do if it were a more serious situation. But at least on what we have asked of them they have been an A. We have the choice to switch every year and we wouldn't .

    It is a large medical cooperative in western Washington. I have been with them for probably close to thirty years, and I am very happy with their services. The staffs and doctors are excellent and continue to improve in their customer service. Their facility is adequate. I am waiting to see if they are going to expand that facility or have another facility in this area because I think they are getting close to making another facility. What stood out to me in particular is the attention to the on-going improvement of clinic care. More and more when you go in, one, you do not feel hurried, and two, both the nurses and doctors take as much time as needed to review every single possible health concern that you might have so you do not feel like you are wasting your time if you should make additional appointment if you go in for one thing and then mention something else. Every time you go in, they review every medication that you are taking and every possible health concern you might have. They are on my opinion the front-edge of medical maintenance.

    As a cancer patient, quality patient care is extremely important.The nurses are very kind, gentle and willing to go above and beyond to make sure you that you are comfortable. I have been impress with the doctor ability to take their time and make sure they have the whole story and all your information before recommending treatment and giving you meds. I am confident that when I cannot make it to the city in time that I can make it to Harrison to get the same level of care!

    They have a horrible billing department. They said that they don't a record of where I paid them yet I have my bank statement. They send me threatening letters. The care has been terrible. Everyone whom I have known to go there in the past six months has had terrible care. The availability is horrible.

    The experience was fine. We don't use the pharmacy much, so I don't have a great relationship with any pharmacist or the pharmacy. The people up at our local pharmacy are helpful and explain things. They are pretty fast. I like the pharmacist that I have run into up there several times. He is very good and respectful, even though he is 40 years younger than I am.
