Drain Cleaning reviews in Bremerton

    Sound Quality Services
Well, he came out and cleaned the roof off of anything loss and treated it. He told me he would return to check the moss in a week or less, 3 days later he returned and the treatment had killed it mostly, so he had it cleaned completely, 2 days earlier than expected. I can't believe how much better and different our house looks and feels now. When I found out all of the other services they offered, my clients then hired them to replace some sewer and drain lines in the crawl space and walls. Without any hesitation, Jason from Sound Services, found where the repair was needed, obtained the nessary materials, and returned to make the repair. He was even able to replace the drywall himself. Once he had it all done, it was like it never happened. My clients were relieved to be able to list their home and I believe both, myself and my clients, have found our new service provider.

    Robison Plumbing Service Inc
Robison Plumbing was called after a vendor arranged by my home warranty company determined that my clog was a root intrusion (not the final determination). The other vendor wanted $700 "hydroblast" the line with no promise of clearing the blockage. Robison snaked the line and determined that there was no blockage they could clear with snake. The plumber then contacted the city to have them check the line from the house to the main line. The city arrived and discussed the situation with Robison plumbing. The city then "hydro-excavated the line and determined there was no blockage between the house and the mainline. The city then used their hydro-blast unit to find and remove a 5 foot plug of semi-solid sludge. This did clear the line and the city closed up the break in the pipe where they cleared the blockage. The city came back a few days later and installed a clean out outside of the house which did not exists before. Since these repairs I have not had any issues with a clogged mainline. Robison demenstrated a very high level of professionalism and knowledge of the city's unique sewer layout. In the end it was $300.00 well spent.

    Budget Rooter Plumbing Service
My wife hired this company to locate and fix a piping leak * inside* our bathroom wall while I was on duty and not able to come home. A separate restoration company had already cleared the drywall away from the leaky pipe so a plumber could come and make repairs. There was no water or any sign/indication of water outside the wall. The plumber showed up on time, diagnosed the problem to be a leaking gasket on the sewage side of toilet ( not in the wall). He charged my wife for his incompetent, ludicrous guess as to where the water was coming from and left. The next day when I was came home, I was blown away by how clueless the plumber was. It only took me a matter of 5 minutes to identify the actual leak by observing water running down a 3and quot; sewage pipe in the wall. I simply can't believe this guy does this for a living. He couldn't even find a leaking pipe with water flowing down the sides.

Update 03 September: Budget rooter contacted me today, to apologize and attempt to correct the situation. The lady I talked to stated that had I called with my complaint (that the technician simply failed fix the problem) budget rooter would have come back and actually performed the work I had paid them to do in the first place. Hopefully this is true, and if anyone else has a problem with budget rooter I recommend calling their office and letting them know, because charging $150 to literally do nothing is completely unacceptable.

He was very accommodating by coming out for me so late at night. He came in with a very cheerful attitude that I appreciate because it was so late. He was really clear on explaining how and why he was doing everything that he did.

I then hired him for some basic work, snaking of basement drains, toilet installs, inspection of a rental property and getting that ready. Doug installed a gas water heater for $1200 a few months ago. Doug shows up on time, his estimates are accurate, I've never had a problem with his work. He tells me if something needs to get done or not (he often will tell me what I can fix myself and how to do it, or to wait, or do it now - he's very honest). I've referred him to my female nieghbors and he's never taken advantage of them. Any single ladies out there, this is a good guy who is honest. I highyl recommend Doug. This guy has tons of plumbng experience, prevents problems and does the job right.

    Budget Rooter Plumbing Service
When they arrived, I took them to the basement so they could see the pipes for the bathtub drain. They immediately determined that the clog was in the main line from the house to the sewer so they proceeded to open that line and cable it. I left briefly to get some fans to help dry out the basement and when I returned, they were just pulling the cable out of the line. I could see there were a few remnants of roots but they did not have the camera equipment with them so there was nothing else I could see. They had also cabled the bathtub line while I was gone and determined that the p-trap and overflow were corroded through so the bathtub absolutely could not be used until they were fixed so I authorized them to replace them. My tenant was there at that time so I went back to work. After work I stopped by to see what the situation was. When they had explained about using a camera to see the pipe, they had asked if it was okay to mark the area in front of the house if they found any problems so I looked and saw some paint near a tree.
The pipe and overflow had been fixed and they were gone but there was quite a mess of black water on the area directly under the drain they had repaired. I had no interest in getting them to come back out so I cleaned up the mess myself and did not bother calling the office.
They had said they would write up the findings. All I got was an invoice with the explanation and quot;No warranty due to root intrusion. While cabling overflow on tub it fell apart and needs replaced was leaking before I started but now is beyond fixable.and quot; What I find annoying about this is that I knew before they ran the camera that there were roots but what I didn't understand was that finding roots would negate any warranty and I expected to read something about the condition of the pipes.
I have no idea if the pricing was high, low or average. The only way to get pricing for plumbing is to have someone come out and give an estimate. Since I just paid over $1200 for 5 hours of their time, I think it would be prudent for me to take a day off of work, call a number of plumbers about a hypothetical drain clog and see what they come up with so that should this happen again, I'll have an idea of what it should cost and who I should call. I won't be calling these guys.

Our drain was clogged in the garage.  They're unbelievable.  They were there for about 20-25 and it was just $62.  It was perfect.  I could not recommend them highly enough.  They get all high ratings and I would use them in the future in a heart beat.  With Angie's List, I have completely lucked out.  Anything I need, I look on Angie's List, and have never had anything but good luck.  I recommend them to everyone.

It went very well . He was professional , punctual, knowledgable, friendly and proficient. The problem occurred on a saturday evening.
The bathroom sink drain sprung a leak. I was able to control the leak and then it backed up and wouldn't drain.
From the phone call to Robinsons office, till the time the plumber called and arrived was great customer service.
The plumber was fast at calling me and getting to my house. He was courteous, respectful, kept our carpet and house clean as he did his job.
The leak was fixed , the clogged drain was fixed and now has better flow then i can remember.
The day after we received a courtesy call to make sure the problem was fixed and if not they were going to send someone back out.

    Bob's Home Maintenance & Repair
Bob returned my initial call within minutes and scheduled an appointment for the following day.  He was on time, friendly and polite.  He talked to me to determine what the problem could be and asked the right questions to determine where best to look when snaking the toilet did not work.  I'm sure his communication with me saved time (=$).  He completed the work and cleaned up.  I am very satisfied with the work and with the service I received.  I will use Bob again if another situation arises and I have already given his contact info to another home owner for their future use.  Thank you, Bob!
