    Sheds and More
Sheds and More did a great job building our shed. Our HOA had quite a few requirements, including a concrete slab. I gave Artie their requirements and my preferences and he had the quote ready in a couple of days. Once I signed the contract, Artie submitted the paperwork to the HOA and got a town permit. They also scheduled all of our town inspects. The shed took three days to build, one day for the concrete and two days to build it. William oversaw the construction and was very thorough. All of the people who worked on the shed were friendly, competent and knowledgeable. The shed looks nice and is well built. We'd had a ton of rain and there are no leaks. They left the site clean and hauled away all leftover debris. They had competitive prices.

This project had a number of challenges--the lot was an odd shape that restricted the possible locations, the old garage needed to be *partially* demolished before starting, and some tall trees to get in the way as well. The garage design had to be "drive through" to fit the lot and also included a second story for storage, so not a standard design. Ed guided the whole process from permitting to final inspection and it worked perfectly. Two years later the garage functions flawlessly and without issue. Very glad I worked with this company.

Communication with the company was a bit rough, getting passed around different people, but workable.  The installation did not go so well because they cut out one of the vents in the wrong location even after I made sure to verify with them before they started work.
I got their details through a pamphlet in Home Depoot.  The rep's information (Carrie) was stamped on the front so I called it and left a message.  I did not get a callback in a couple of days so I called again and was able to talk to Carrie.  I gave her the details for the shed that I wanted (6x8 SR-600) and she said someone from billing will send me a quote.
I got an email from Isabel with a form and some options.  I picked out my options and got an agreement from Isabel.  I thought that Carrie was supposed to contact me but instead I got an email from Erica a few days later.  She sent me the scheduled installation date and asked me to verify the final sketch of the shed (with locations of the vents).  I also emailed her some pictures of the area where I want the shed installed because I was worried about the shed door possibly hitting my AC unit.  Erica told me that she'll ask Carrie to contact me so Carrie can come out in person to verify.
I did not get a call from Carrie so I called Erica again.  Carrie did not get back to me until the day before the installation and I had to tell her I had no time to meet with her (since I was at work) so we'll just have to "wing" it.
The day of the installation, two guys came promptly at 9am.  They were very courteous and went right to work.  As they were laying out the parts of the shed, I came out to talk to them to make sure they cut out and install the vents in the correct locations (since I had told Erica to move them when she emailed me the sketches).  The guys agreed and I went back inside the house.
They two guys finished a little after lunch time and had already cleaned up their tools.  I went with one of the guys to inspect the final shed.   Only then did I notice that they put one of the vents in the wrong location (both vents were towards the front of the shed).
I was very disappointed because I did come out to verify the vent locations with them before they started work.  Now, I'm waiting for them to come back and cut out a 3rd vent in the back of the shed so there would be cross ventilation.
Also, I wish they would've just had one person (i.e. Carrie) interface with the customer instead of 3.  The process would've gone smoother and faster without the miscommunications that happened.

Thank you very much to the folks at All Clear.

I am very happy with their service and I am recommending them.
Nice folks, arrived right on time, courteous and professional. Good job.
Our (moss laden) split level roof was blown off, moss treated and front yard pretty well clean up in 35 minutes. Some moss chunks were blown to the corners.
Other jobs may may take longer because I had the 3 person team leave the sheets of moss that landed in the back yard to us so I could bag and transport to the upper tiers in the front yard.
Terrific job, right on time, very efficient and recommended.

    Very best regards,

    Karen in Kenmore

Email the company about replacing shed. Sent some emails back and forth to determine what should be purchased. Determined the shed to purchased. Arranged to have the old shed demo and the new shed installed. The crew arrived timely. The crew started by demo the old shed. The new shed was constructed. The work was completed all in one day.

    Tuff Shed Inc - Seattle

I removed grass and trimmed back some limbs so the area was clear/level for them to work. The contractors that built the shed were superb. The showed up on the date promised, were professional and completed the entire shed in 5 1/2 hours! I could not believe how fats they got the shed up. I priced out sheds to other companies and Tuff Shed came in at least $800-900 cheaper for this footprint. I really liked the galvanized steel sub floor they use. Heck, I have a home repair business and I STILL went with Tuff Shed. The initial salesperson was very responsive and was easy to work with. I wanted some special additions added (6'' roof overhang, $156 extra), 5 window cutouts ($55/each) and I chose to paint the shed myself (saving $400). I had several questions through the process (changes of window cutout sizes, other questions) and they were very responsive. From start to finish, Tuff Shed was a positive experience.

I have a split level home. One of the beams is on the peak of the roof. They have used a scaffold to get up there. They asked if they could start painting while they are up there. We said of course. They have been amazing. I can not say enough about how wonderful and quick they have been. I have known the owner since grade school. He has been really fair in the price. One of his crew, Kim, is a finish-work carpenter and he has been working on our beams. The beams are dead on and look gorgeous. They just do outstanding work. I have been recommended their service left and right. I'm thrilled their service!

I called the owner Levi out to my home for an estimate. He was on time and was very easy to work with. I described my basic needs and requirements and he provided me with an estimate. I was expecting a little better than the sheds you see sitting on the parking lot at Home Depot. Instead, the building he built was way beyond my expectations. I shouldn't even call it a shed, it is more like a small garage. It is built better than my house! The employees were clean, timely and the project finished on budget. I am going to use them again for my future building needs!

This project was performed on a time and materials basis. Neil charges $100/hour, but he works with one other worker (Ken), so I thought the project would go a little faster than it did. They did complete the work that I asked of them and it is serviceable. However, I have several complaints that would prevent me from every working with them again: ***Complaints*** The cabinets that Neil ordered did not fill the space that I needed filled. This was crucial because the back of the middle cabinet had to be left open, and had to abut the wall behind it. The reason is that there is a crawl space access behind the cabinet. I need to be able to pull the shelves out and crawl through the cabinet to get into that space. The way it is now, there is a gap of 5" between the back of the wall and the cabinet. If the back of the cabinet is left off (or the part where the crawlspace door is, things on the shelf would fall behind the cabinet. There is a work around for this, but it is a bad one. Moreover, I lost 30% of the volume of the cabinet that I could have had if it was built correctly. I thought I was clear with Neil about my needs, but apparently he didn't get it. After I found out that the cabinets Neil ordered were stock 12", I told Neil of the problem. He was surprised and thought that I wouldn't have wanted to pay the money for custom cabinets. I had them install them anyway, knowing that I was going to have to eventually replace the cabinets. I'm losing about $1000 on this fiasco. I should also note that it took them 3 hours to deliver and install the cabinets. This was a simple job that *I* could have done by myself in as much time. The walls of the closet were not square. The side walls diverged from each about 3/4" in a run of 20"--way off. I can chalk up the cabinet problem mentioned about to bad communication, but I really can't understand how an experienced carpenter could mess up so badly on the measurements.

Overall, the experience was great. Justin was efficient and professional. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and the best way to get what we wanted. We heard of him through a friend and couldn't be more happy with his work. We have recommended him to several of our friends and they too have been very satisfied. We plan to use him for more future projects!
