  • A very good experience. The scheduling was easy, the technician called and gave me a time he would be here, and he showed up on time. He was very professional and respected myself as well as my home but also had a very friendly easy-going manner. It was nice that he spoke highly of the company he worked for. He had been in the business for years so I felt like I was in good hands. Definitely will use again and recommend to my friends

  • Dave just happened to be meeting with a neighbor while we were finishing up a meeting with another contractor that did not go well. We saw the TransBlue truck in our neighborhood and thought we'd approach them to see if they would give us a 2nd opinion. Meeting with Dave at TransBlue was a breath of fresh air! He was curteous, professional and 100% positive and confident. His experience shines through and that was what we were looking for. Dave was very patient in answering all our questions and providing solutions. Throughout the course of construction, he personally oversaw the contractors working at our home. When the job was done he walked the project and made a punch list which was promptly completed. Dave would not leave until we told him we were 110% satisfied, which we were! We are so happy with the quality of work and to have worked with a company that really cares. Photos provided are before & after. Next phase will be adding in garden beds all around the patio and filling in the rockery wall with greenery.

  • We used them several years ago and I don't know if we'd use them again because they gave us a gas leak and we had to call 9-1-1.  They were really nice, as far as I remember and we had nothing bad to say about them.  I don't know if the guy was new or whatever.  When we bought the house, the fireplace didn't work.  But in the process of fixing it, he gave us a gas leak.  My husband said that the guy was nice and professional, so that's good, but the overall experience was terrible because we had to call Poison Control and call 9-1-1, and get our kids out of the house in the middle of the night and it was pouring rain in November.  It was just not fun.  I wound up lifting my kids the wrong way and  I blew out my knee, so I wound up having knee surgery to repair my knee, and that was all part of that.  They did come back and fix it, so I think they didn't have to do that.  I think they were more afraid that we would go after them, and we didn't.  I would say they could educate their employees more, or better.  Things happen, and thank God it was natural gas.  Poison Control said it wouldn't kill us, but it would make us real sick.  I came home from dinner and a movie with a friend and I smelled the odor and I'm like, don't you smell that, because he was sitting in it all day, with our kids.  He didn't smell it, and I'm like oh my God.  That was not a good time.

  • With a retrofit like this there are many unexpected details and situations to take care of. With all of that, there were no additional charges to the original agreement. The crew made sure everything was done perfectly, they were pleasant and professional, and whenever I needed a question answered or a follow up, I was always able to talk to a representative that knew what was going on, and got a response. Later, we will have Sundance replace our old electric furnace as well.

  • I understand that the age of the fireplace can be a factor in repairs, but I was not told up front how much the replacement part was going to cost. I was shocked to see the bill upon completion of the work. It was $557.00. I would have preferred to be told this before completion of the work.

  • jackie sent her son over to look at it. he snapped some pictures and that's the last we heard from them i have followed up several times via email, but got silence. sounds like they no longer want to make things right. in my opinion, they should have prevented this color mismatch by more carefully proportioning their grout coloring mixture. now, we have uneven color. as a mason, this should be one of your top priorities for an interior project where something will be looked at, up close, daily. furthermore, you should also be able to figure out how to restain the grout using a dye after you screw up in order to at least save face. lastly, and most of all, you should probably respond to your paying customer instead of blowing them off. very disappointed. i thought we had worked with a respectable group, but i guess not.

  • It was the best HVAC service we have had to date. Shawn knows what he is doing and does it right. He pointed out a few things that were causing our system to not be working properly and we are warmer than we have ever been. No one before has noticed these things. Attention to detail, courteous service and professional demeanor make for a pleasant experience. I would recommend him.

  • Jerrod was very helpful and worked with images from the inspection report to create an accurate estimate. He also was very flexible in accommodating our schedule. The crew arrived on time and were very friendly, answering all questions. They completed the work in a timely manner and checked in prior to completion. They provided pictures of the final installation as requested. Excellent overall!

  • We have been working with Andrew through another company before he began his own business "Signature Restoration LLC". We hired Andrew to help remodel the house that we recently bought. From what we have seen, he is very independent, knowledgeable and very reliable. He is multi skilled: plumbing, mason (putting bricks), tiles, construction. Prices are very reasonable and he is very timely to complete the work. You would not regret!

  • I had hoped the tune up would get my fireplace operational again. They spent considerable time troubleshooting. Found my remote receiver needed batteries. They narrowed the problem down to a faulty part they didn't have on hand. (The deal was cleaning and tune up). They went over and above trying to get the fireplace working for me.
