AAA KARTAK Glass & Closet, Inc.
I have used AAA Kartak before with full satisfaction. I chose to work with them again on a different bathroom remodel. From the time to quote to getting a installer to call to set up an appointment was well over a week. When I called the installer back - he took another week to reply. I finally got him out and it took the salesperson another week plus to send a quote. All I heard was excuses when I called to follow up on the process. Primarily I was told "We are so busy". During this long process - I found a more responsive company to bid and complete the work. It was a bit more money but I felt the job would be completed timely and it was. I planned on having a custom closet installed but will not be using this company.

    Apex Energy Solutions
What a great experience. My windows were aluminum single pane. They would get terrible condensation, they were warped, and would also get mold on them. I couldn't even open them in the nice weather because they were so warped and garbled. I hated them. From the presentation to the installation I was impressed with Apex. My sales rep, Jason, was honest, provided a competitively priced product, and I am so pleased with the quality of my new windows and door. He did a great job of showing us the comparisons and I was shocked at the difference in prices. They finished the job one day faster than expected, were very polite and informative, cleaned up very well, and came back promptly to fix a small missing part. Since this was done in February right before a huge snow storm I was so happy with the timing. I could totally tell the difference in how warm my house was and how often my heater was coming on. The followup calls were very nice and made me feel like they truly valued my business. Now that it's spring I can actually open my windows and enjoy the fresh air. I would absolutely recommend them over and over again.

    Bel Red Windows & Doors
Bel-Red Windows & Doors was superb! They were knowledgeable, fast and extremely efficient! They replaced 11 windows, and two sliders with new white vinyl windows, replacing old, aluminum, ancient ones. Zach the owner, was extremely accommodating to my schedule, and Julie the office manager was a pure delight! The installers did pure magic on my house. I can't stop staring out my new, clean, beautiful new windows! The work turned out better than my highest expectations! I strongly recommend this company if you want a first class experience!! 100 stars for Bel-Red Windows & Doors! Thank you!**********

    JP Construction LLC
I hired them and signed the contract. I asked to get a quote for an additional door and it was $385. I was already having 7 doors and closets installed for $750 so couldn't see how one additional door was over half of all the other doors. I asked the installert if he would install it for me for an additional amount after hours and he said he would have to ask his manager if that was ok. I agreed and the next day he said they said no. Ok. so move on. A little while later the owner Javier called me up raising his voice at me and told me he was pulling his guy off my job because I tried to give him work. I knew he was going to ask the owner so no big deal. Bottom line, the installer told me he was being pulled off the job because they were sending him to another job. I will be turning this in to BBB and several social media sites!!!! Bad business.

    Windorco Supply Inc
A called Jeff from Windorco after hours when I shattered my sliding glass door. He came and measured my glass and replaced the unit promptly. When it came time for my bathroom remodel, I called Windorco and they were able to help me my tempered glass needs and the install came out beautiful!

    IRC Kitchen & Bath
David Hoblea (owner) and his team at IRC completed a remodel of our master suite (bath and bedroom) and nearby powder room in summer 2017. IRC is by far the best contractor that we have ever worked with, and we have done a lot of remodeling. David was responsive and clear in his communication all through the project. His dedication to quality is paramount, and really put our minds at ease in how his team planned and executed the project. We are thrilled with the result, and never would have been able to accomplish such a successful project without IRC.

    Castleberrys Carpentry
LeBron is great!! He's friendly and cares very much about getting you what you want. He always showed up when he said he would and the project finished according to plan. He's very knowledgeable and doesn't cut corners. LeBron also took care of everything. He handled the garage door installation folks, and even moved the stuff in my garage to make room for them! He didn't want me to have to worry about anything! If you want it done right, you got to call Castleberry's Carpentry!

    Johnson and Sons Construction
My wife and I decided to have a contractor remodel our rather large master bathroom. We interviewed about 12 contractors in June 2017 looking for a contractor that could do the job between September 11th and November 6th, 2017 who had good reviews. My daughter was expecting our 2nd grandbaby and we were providing daycare to our 3 year old granddaughter with plans of providing daycare to both her and the new baby grandson starting on November 6th once our daughters family leave expired and she resume her work schedule. Note: I dont name companies or give reviews on companies that I dont actually do business with. From the first meeting in talking with Vic Johnson of Johnson and Sons Construction, Edmonds, WA, we hit it off real good. Vic was very professional and met with us multiple times and we had multiple phone conversations to both ensure our selections were ironed out and that actual costs were identified. Our time frame was going to work for him as well. Vic was very helpful as we made our selections for everything, A to Z. We worked **** ** our selections but without Vics knowledge of current products and materials we would not have had such a good outcome. When the work was to start, Vic and his team showed up at exactly 8:00AM on September 11th (as they did most days) and introduced us to John and Tony who do the work. I have worked with other contractors who seem to work on other jobs while yours is left hanging that didnt happen. John and Tony worked full days Monday through Friday for just over 4 weeks until our project was substantially complete. We had some short waiting periods for sub contractors who were real plumbers, real electricians, and a real roofer. We waited cabinet parts, and high-quality shower door glass to arrive, but it was all ordered well in advance. There was about a 2-week period where not much was going on and we were waiting for the quartz company, doors and moldings to arrive, shower door glass. Vic took care of submitting plans for obtaining the proper permits, etc. Im old, so admittedly, I had some sticker shock at the costs of doing such a project, but Vic was real kind and patient with me. This was a complete reconfiguration of our original floor plan, so electrical, plumbing, and structural elements had complete changes. We had two surprises to no fault of our contractor. We got the wrong size rollout from the cabinet company for under the sink on one side of our vanity and the door company who was providing doors, jambs, and moldings to be an exact match to our cabinets overlooked including the door jamb wood to our pocket door and our closet door. Vic gave us a choice of just waiting for the door company to provide the exact woods or if we could work together to finish some wood quickly to match. We did a real good job coming close the first time, but Vic insisted that it had to be exact. Vic came through with all new wood and much to our amazement we had an exact color match and the project was completed on time with perfect results. We love our newly remodeled bathroom. I come from a life long career in maintenance and construction. So, Im used to dealing with contractors & skilled craftsmen and I can tell you that it just doesnt get any better than this. I cannot say enough good about John and Tonys workmanship. John was the Leadsperson on the project and he is very methodical and measured and planned every cut to come out exact. I highly recommend Johnson and Sons Construction
