  • They are listed under handyman services but when I inquired about other repair work I would like done, there are a lot of things they don't do such as carpentry repairs, or work on some other appliances.

  • Horribly. The customer service was so rude, I hung up rather than be treated that way. Repair technician was rude, and did nothing to help us. It took them 2 weeks to file a diagnostic report - so nothing was done in the interim.

  • We are not pleased. The first day trees were skirted, not as we asked, others trees were trimmed. Very uneven. One tree that stands alone looks chopped. This was on Wed. No move work was done for 4 days. Branches were left on ground for this period. some were left when hydro seed was applied. We did confront owner about the work, trees were skirted again as requested. Our contract stated that 50 yards of soil would be brought in for the back yard, we felt really confident that this would be a great base for the hydroseed. But, one truck delivered with 18 yards! (We called soil company to verify). Very disappointed. The ground is very hard, hydroseed was blown in a week ago, we are concerned that it will not take. Clumps of dirt and weeds were left on ground when seed was blown. We have followed the directions of watering and have called the hydroseed company with questions. We did ask the owner why 50 yards of soil was not used, his response was it was up to 50 yards. We are keeping our fingers crossed that we will have a yard of beautiful grass as promised.

  • I called at 930 AM....they were out by 10:30...I couldn't believe it...replaced my dryer belt, and I was back in business by 11:15...excellent service...I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anybody...great service!

  • I had a few email conversations with Don about our issue and he told me a few things to try to fix the issue.  He felt the water line was frozen and that caused our water not to work.
    After trying to "warm up" portions of the door to help thaw the line and not having any success I made an appointment to have them come out and see if they could figure it out.
    They showed up on time and spent about 20 minutes in our house.  They let us know that this was a common issue with our GE refrigerator and they recommended unplugging the refrigerator for a few hours.  We did that today and when we got back home and plugged in the refrigerator we had working water!
    All this was done without charging us anything and we even tried to pay for their time when they were at our house.  It was very refreshing to have that type of service provided.  We will definitely use them again for any of our appliances.

  • They called half an hour before arrival. They were honest about cost, and gave me the option of buying a new dryer. I love the dryer and allowed them to rebuild it. 
    As far as I can tell they did not damage anything else while here, and that has been an issue with other workers/repair services. 
    Originally I tried to call A&E who have been out many times for my Sears warranties, but when I called A&E a person from another county answered the phone and refused to identify as being the answering serve or the real thing. That turned me off, so I went down the list and called Appliance Specialists. 
    The only negative thing is they do not have a business card, but they provided me with two stickers. I would have liked a business card with their Labor and Industries and license information on it. 
    I don?t smell any gas so far so I think they have remedied my issue. 
    Nice young men who seemed to know how to do the work. Too hard of a handshake that one of them initiated, but I told him so. Women don?t want their arthritic hands squeezed like a man shake.

  • I was delighted to discover that they provide service for LG appliances. (Many appliance repair shops only work on American made products). I called them at the end of the day Thursday when I discovered water leaking out from under my washing machine. They offered to fit me in the very next day for a service call. (I had already called Sears and they couldn't fit me in until 5 days later). Their tech was on time, personable, professional, and informative. Although a repair wasn't necessary, I appreciated finding that out sooner, rather than later. I would definitely call them again!

  • Totally pleased with the job.  Rhonda, David and Jim came up with a design that incorporated everything we wanted and found several other ideas which improved it even more.  We were very pleased with  Kyle, the project manager, who took real pride in his work and wasn't satisfied with anything other than the best. He discovered that half the cabinet hardware was damaged when he started putting it on and promptly called the office to get new ones from the provider.  He provided us with a schedule when he first arrived on the job and got almost a day ahead on it.  This was fortunate as the new downdraft vent was shaped differently then the old one and required modification to the cooktop gas line and electrical wiring.  Getting the plumber out a second time to change the gas line still didn't delay the finish.  Kyle did an excellent job of cleaning up each day before he left.  In fact he did such a good job that the cleaning person was able to complete her work in half her estimated time.

  • They were prompt and they were on time when they showed up and their prices were comparable with everybody else. They were local that's why I liked them. When you make the appointment they come out in a couple of days.

  • the were very perfectional and quick, they also gave a 10% discount,for senors, i like the way they make sure the floor is cover, and that all the arera,is covered. i would tell everyone in my area to call them
