Seth was great. I had several bids and he gave me options no one else did. His quote was considerably less for an upgraded product as compared to the other bids I got. Seth was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and prompt. The installer, Dustin, works for Hunter Douglas. He also did a great job. I love my new shade and would order again from Seth and Hunter Douglas in a heartbeat. Nice job guys!

The actual replacement of the blinds went absolutely great (A+). The crew was on time, worked in an efficient and professional manner, was careful with our home furnishings, and cleaned up well after their work was done. Excellent job by the installers. The order process went great (A). The sales person and designer were reasonably responsive, and were very helpful in guiding us to the proper choices of fabric, color, etc. The only hiccup in the entire experience was in the definition of the project. Due to the fact that we live in a condo, where the attachment of blinds is subject to many restrictions due to the structure of the building, the initial project scope assumed that we (the homeowners) would be responsible for much of the prep work prior to the installation of the blinds. We felt that, since we didn't have a good understanding of what Wipliance required in terms of prep work, this was an opportunity for issues. However, once we all worked out the proper scope of work, it went well. It did, however, take what seemed like a long time to get those details sorted out. So, yes, we'd use Wipliance again, and would recommend them to others. Just be sure to discuss all aspects of the scope of work, and who is doing what.

I would never go anywhere else for interior window treatments! Great service. I worked with Leslie, and everyone in the store is friendly and helpful as I explored my options. I took several samples home to see how they worked in my windows. The tiny samples are not the greatest for gauging glare blockage, which is what I needed. I erred on the side of more light blocking and I'm glad I did. Leslie gave me a healthy discount without my even asking! The installer was friendly, helpful and efficient. I love the motorized shade on the large picture window. Worth the extra money. I got the wand for the much smaller window and once you get the hang of how to use it, it's fine. I would absolutely get additional shades from The Blind Alley.

The salesperson was great and helped me pick the right ones. The only reason they didn't get straight A's is because I didn't like the person that did the installation (smelled and troubles with strings going loose when pulling the blinds up). I've had them for over a year and they've been great.

Robert was quick to contact me when I emailed him about providing this service.  He then kept in contact via email, supplied a cost to complete the job and sent a picture and bio of the technician that would be arriving at our house.  In all the years we have had servicemen in our home this has never happened and I found it very reassuring that I was dealing with a reputable company.  On the day the service was scheduled his employee was ill so Robert came himself even though I offered to let him change the date.  He was a delight, very knowledgeable about the blinds we have and able to install all the blinds except for two which he took back with him for repairs.  One was broken and he sent it back to the factory and the other, due to our installing a new door, was a little long so he also took that to have it cut.  He could have told us we needed all new blinds in that window area and we probably would not have questioned him but he did not.  He said, "These are still in good shape so let's just have this one cut to fit".
I give Robert and his company 5 golden stars and highly recommend them to everyone.

    Jet City Blinds
I signed the contract with Jet City Blinds (Kathleen Bohlken was the sales agent) in the 3rd week of July.  My contract said the estimated delivery time is 4-6 weeks.  I checked back with them Sep 21st and have been check about once a week since then i.e. for the last one month.  I have been told multiple times by Kathleen that 'they' will call you today for installation.  Its been almost 3 months and there have been no calls, no updates and no explanations or anything.  I am still waiting. Its a shame that Costco goes thru this provider (and only this provider) for blinds. Save yourselves some time and hassle and find another provider.

    Cascade Pest Control

think we were expecting something a bit more thorough, based on what the office person said. The person at the office said they used a different technique than their competition does. They thought squirting the insecticide inside the hornet's nest was not going to be effective. The guy came out and did that. He poured insecticide into the hornet's nest.  It did the job, but it was a little bit disconcerting. We wondered what were they planning to do. If they had told us the circumstances called for them to do this, that would have been fine. I can't really say if there was a disconnect or if he discounted the information he had and made a judgement call. The upside of it was that the hornets did get zapped. There was a communication disconnect, but what we did get worked. Their punctuality was fine.

We had a positive experience working with the designer, Rhonda, to help us pick the blinds and to place the order.  The installation was done a few weeks later and went smooth.  We are happy with the service and with the product/blinds.

Went great!  Worker was on-time, polite, and knew his stuff.  They made it vey easy for me and the price was good for them taking and returning the blinds.  I will use them again!

    HarborView Blinds LLC
We initially called them because they're the only polywood dealer in the area, and we had good experience with the brand elsewhere.  They sold us on a different brand instead as it seems superior for this climate and our larger windows.  Install went fine and we're generally happy with the shutters.  No problems after 18 months.
