    Re-Pipe Masters
They showed up early with 5 workers, repiped my entire house, patched the dry wall, did additional work I requested that was not part of the agreement (replaced my shower fixture taht was not working) and cleaned up all in one day. They were pleasant, knew their craft and performed masterfully. I thought I was going to have no water for at least 2 days. But I was able to shower in the morning and then wash my dishes after dinner that same evening. I highly recommend them!

    Millro maintenance
I got 3-3.5 days of services from David. He helped us replace tiles in bathroom, hang a projector screen in drywall, put a beautiful fence around our bedroom patio. He also helped us with some minor fixes related to our flooring and hanging some paintings. David is very genuine, trustworthy and professional. He responded to messages quickly and was available even on weekends. He is very easy going and great at his work. I would definitely consider getting services from David in future. David is very professional and

    TM Plumbing
Called Terry at 7:45 in the morning because of a leak below our kitchen sink and he came by at 1:30, assessed and completed the work by 3:15. I felt that his pricing was fair, especially considering his responsiveness.

    F&M Construction and Remodeling LLC
This team works super hard, has a fair price, and accommodates special wishes without a hitch. The owner, Mario, inspects and stays on top of all work, usually being the one to spot and remedy smaller things before I could say anything.

    Re-Pipe Masters
Best crew in Puget Sound! Good price, quality workmanship- done in 1 day! My house was tricky, other estimates were high. These guys attacked it all with confidence, then cleaned up. Glad we did the main line also, since it was really corroded.

    Washington Energy Services
My electric hot water heater was leaking and needed replacing. After getting several quotes, I decided on Washington Energy Services. Their quote was less than quotes I received from other companies due to a special they had on water heaters this month. The whole process went very smoothly. I set up an appointment for the next day. Rigo installed my new hot water heater--he was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I would use Washington Energy Services again and would definitely recommend them to others.

    One Call Construction Services
I am a property manager - we manage 700 homes in the area and deal with contractors all day long. Rick is fantastic. He is responsive, fair, and extremely knowledgeable. He guarantees everything he touches and makes sure you are properly taken care of. His quality of work is second-to-none. He is not the cheapest around but certainly the best value. He has resolved extremely complicated issues that even certified building envelope inspectors could not accurately identify. We have worked with him for everything from simple misc. projects, complicated decking projects, foundation/basement leaks, water/mold remediation, and remodel.

I am livid and will never use Southwest again. I received a notice from the city telling me my meter was running and I likely had a leak. I called two other plumbing companies before this one, but southwest could come out. They came out and first told me I must have a leak in my main line and I would have to pay them $1,000 to find it. I gave them a check. The next day, a leak detection specialist came out and very quickly realized (without even taking any equipment out), there was no leak in the main line. He left, and I was handed my check back. Then the Southwest plumbers looked around again and told me a part on my water heater must be causing backflow - causing the meter to run back and forth. They told me it would be $700 to remove the offensive piece. I said ok, and the plumber handed me an electronic signature page. THERE WAS NO CONTRACT ON THIS PAGE - only a place for my signature. He verbally told me I was signing to have the part removed. I signed. He removed the part and left. He was at my house less than a total of two hours over both days. A few days later, the city called me and told me they would be reimbursing me $200 for water bills because THEY in fact had located the leak - it was due to a broken gasket that the city owned and was responsible for. I am mad at both the city and at southwest that I apparently paid $700 for nothing. I called southwest to see if anything could be done. A manager, Ryan, called me back and was immediately angry and defensive. He told me I signed the contract, that the leak DETECTION cost $700 and they removed the part from my water heater "for free." He told me I never should have signed the contract if I didn't agree with it (I was never given a contract! All I was handed was an electronic signature page and was told I was authorizing the work to be done). He told me if I disputed the charges he would put a lien on my house and I would be responsible for attorneys fees, etc etc. So basically these guys will lie to take your money and then defend defend defend and threaten threaten threaten. I can't believe there was no part of that process that Ryan had any issue with, until I BEGGED him to at least talk to his plumbers about how they should present a contract and he agreed to do that. I am left feeling like I was taken for a ride. I will absolutely never hire this company again for anything, and I suggest you steer clear as well.

    Akers Outdoor Plumbing Inc
I received a water bill that was nearly double this billing cycle over last and much higher than anytime in the last year (based on the bar charts they provide on the water bills). I knew nothing was leaking in the house, so I figured it had to be on the outside between the meter and the house. I did a quick search on google and this trenchless option came up from Akers Plumbing. I watched a youtube video that they had posted and I went to both Yelp and Angies list and the reviews were great. I called these guys on a Friday afternoon and spoke with Tracy who friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. This is a family owned business and they were leaving on vacation for a week starting on Sunday. I asked if they could come out and take a look at my issue before they left and they did. I was freaking out about the fact that I had a water leak and I was glad that they could take a look and squeeze me in for an estimate before they left. When Andy arrived we opened the meter and it was not running and there was no leak after all of that. He was straight up and happy for me that there was no leak! The best I can figure out is that SPU estimated the water usage in February when we had snow, instead of reading the meter, and then in the next billing cycle, they actually read the meter and caught up for the underestimated bill. The fact that we were home with the kids more during the school snow days likely accounted for it). Bottom line, while I dont have to replace my waterline at the moment, I will use these guys in the future when I do as they were friendly, communicative, knowledgeable and a local family run business that have been around for 30 years.
