ASusan's Green CleaningBeing a woman owned business I chose this company for that specific reason. I was confident I would get the cleaning I used to be able to do. Baseboards, window sills, behind the faucets on sinks and the sanitizing. They follow protocols and insure you are safe from any type of plague or pestilence out there in the wilds. I pay what a good housecleaner deserves and it isn't outlandish. Susan makes sure her business is run with professionalism and her staff is trained to all the new rules based to prevent Covid. I love, love, love these people. It is the best cleaning service, and I have test a few less than savory companies. The stories I could tell. But Susan's Green Cleaning is my go to company. AOlgas Home and Office Cleaning LLCOlga was fantastic! She is a very conscientious, hard worker with an eye for details and provides all her own supplies. I needed someone to come and clean when the house was mostly empty, Olga was very cooperative, got me on her schedule much quicker than I expected, and came in on a Saturday. My house is sparkling clean. I was going to do this as a one time clean but my husband wants her to come back every 4-6 weeks. Needless to say we are very pleased.- Gigi C.

FClogged up my sink and stole my vacuum wand and tried to scam me. I’m trying to get reach Handy and they won’t call me back. They won’t give me a housekeeper. Every housekeeper that I’ve had with Handy steals things from me and I know they do because no one else comes in my house except my mother and she does not steal things. I’ve been threatened by one of the housekeepers. And I gave things away to them and they still steal things. I need this services done because I am not able to do all of it on my own. It’s too stressful for me. So please have Handy call me to schedule an appointment cleaning. Please I need help! I have panic attacks when I get too stressed out. The stealing though doesn’t help but I’m going to start checking bags at the door and they aren’t allowed to go to their cars until the job is done. FI had a truly horrible experience with this company. We paid them $700 to do a deep clean of our five bedroom home. They cleaned only two out of our three bathrooms, one of our five bedrooms, and did a rushed and sloppy job on the rooms they did clean. The floor was so sticky I had to re-mop it all myself. They claimed to spend 10 hours but I could have done a better job myself in half that time. They refused to adjust the price to reflect the amount of square footage they actually cleaned. Once you authorize that credit card payment when you book the service, you're out of luck if they do poor work. I would not recommend booking with this company. In response to Ben's comment below: Your reply is not only untrue, it is offensive. I keep my home clean. Your service has cleaned our home many many times in the past and you knew exactly how big it is. We did not add onto the square footage since you last cleaned our home. I did attempt to dispute your fraudulent charge with my credit card company because you charged me for ten hours of work when clearly your team was not in my home anywhere near that long based on the work that was completed. The credit card company refused to reverse the charge so you absolutely did get paid. Your response is dishonest and incredibly unprofessional.
