  • My wife and I started going to Glenn and Patrick for advice two years ago as we were preparing to retire. I thought we would both be OK financially when we retired, but I was worried that I may have missed something essential. We also wanted to move our two 403b accounts to something more diversified and lower cost than what we were invested in. They looked at our budget and confirmed that we would be just fine financially. They also helped us roll our retirement funds into lower cost and more diversified accounts. In the last two years they have advised us on potential future expenses as well as helped us re-balance our portfolios. They are genuinely concerned with our long term financial well-being. We are very confident in their handling our finances. We plan on continuing to work with True Wealth Financial Partners.

  • We have been going to Glenn and Patrick for advice for over 3 years. Wanting to retire in 10 years it's important how we plan for that today. Both Glenn and Patrick have answered all of our questions in ways we can easily understand. It's obvious to us they're concerned about what our long term and short goals are. We are very confident in their abilities to handle our finances. We plan on continuing to work with True Wealth Financial Partners long after we both retire.

  • FANTASTIC!!! Glenn is awesome!!! Not only does he take the time to make sure you fully understand what he can do for you and your investments but he takes the time to understand YOU and your needs and goals then works to put in place plans to support those. He checks in regularly to see if things for you have changed and to go over how things are progressing with your investments. I highly recommend him!! And if you're a Boeing employee, he knows the Boeing stuff inside and out!

  • Glenn has been instrumental in making my retirement planning into a reality when I retired last summer. He is knowledgeable, personable and has a hands-on in his approach in working with me as a client, which is what I wanted in a financial advisor. He has helped me reach my financial goals for planning my financial future with quarterly face-to-face meetings. I plan to continue to work with Glenn.

  • The True Wealth team of advisors is professional and expert in their advice. They are students of the industry, committed to serving as a fiduciary, ensuring a thorough and comprehensive relationship with each family and individual. They are personal, professional and trustworthy. I am confident in their client relationship model which is designed for regular and consistent purposeful and transparent conversations, putting your best interests as the top priority in their business model.

  • Glen is professional and friendly but best of all he is expert in the various stock portfolios on Wall Street and customizes what your needs are and not using a "canned" approach which many financial advisors do. The Boeing VIP is like another 401k plan that will provide me with additional investments and money to use when I retire so his expertise in how to fund my VIP has been instrumental as to when I can retire earlier than the 65.5 YO versus what the best time is for me. I have sent many of my Boeing colleague's his way and many were able to retire sooner than they had originally thought. You cannot go wrong with TrueWealth and Glen helping you find the best plans and investments that suit your own unique needs. Glen gets an A+ from me!

  • This company prides itself in protecting its clients from the downside of the market. I believe that it was successful in protecting me from the market crashes. What they were not good at was monitoring my accounts to give me a good chance at receiving a decent return when the market was doing well. Case in point, They moved all my money in the 457 to stable value pool prior to the 2008 crash. That was great. During the recovery the money was not moved back into the market. At this point, let me emphasize that I have no ability to successfully invest money which is why I am so dependent on a financial advisor. Several months after the crash my husband and I were in their office for our annual review. My husband asked why the money was still sitting in the stable value pool. Their response was that they were being overly cautious but that day they did move the money back into the market. We have no way to prove it but it appears to us that they forgot about the account. They didn't forget to keep charging me the management fees though.
I was on the verge of retiring and they started to suggest to me financial instruments that I felt were going to benefit them more than they would me. At that point I lost faith in them and moved to a different company.

  • Mike Jackson is not only easy to work with but very competent as well. It can be a bit of a frustration trying to understand the tax code but Mike and his team put me at ease. He does both my business and personel taxes and has been doing them for a few years now.. Thankful for his help.

  • We'd been meaning to see a financial planner for years, but didn't really want to go to someone who made their money on commission. My wife and I had a plan in place that we were using, but we weren't really sure it was right, and we were pretty unsure about what to do in a few key areas. We didn't need someone who would actively manage accounts for us, and we very much didn't want someone who'd sell us a bunch of financial products we may or may not need. When I finally got around to looking for a planner, I used Angie's List to find someone who had top ratings AND charged hourly, not by commission. When I picked John, we got the added bonus of having someone who's a fiduciary, so he has a legal obligation to work in our financial best interest, without a conflict of interest. When we went to John, we wanted help planning just how much and when we should be saving for our kids college educations, when or if we should do a remodel on our house, how much was reasonable to budget for cars, etc. Also, we wanted advice on how much and which types of insurance to get - I'd done a lot of reading, but still wasn't sure. John was awesome. Both my wife and I loved talking to him. He was very approachable, explained things in whatever detail we wanted, and adjusted our plan several times when we wanted to tweak something. He gave us an easy-to-follow action plan to go execute the recommendations, and he checked in with us a couple of times to make sure we weren't blocked. I think John charged us $180/hour, which came out to about $2000 for the total work he did for us. Given the peace of mind we got out of it, the money was well spent.

  • WE DECIDED NOT TO USE HIM BECAUSE PRICING WAS OUT OF OUR BUDGET AND WE DECIDED TO DO OUR OWN FINANCIAL PLANNING. EVERYTHING ABOUT HIS SERVICE WAS REALLY GOOD. WE THINK HE MAY BE COMPETITIVE IN HIS FIELD AS FAR AS PRICING.
