    Switch Electric LLC
I was very impressed by Joe Schlegel and his crew. They were very knowledgeable, competent and efficient. Joe answered lots of questions, made good recommendations, and was very responsive both when on site as well as to email or phone calls. The entire team was very professional in their interactions with us and checked frequently to be sure our needs and expectations were being met. This was a big job done in stages with the initial re-wiring followed by drywall and painting after which Switch came back to do the final install of fixtures, switches, cover plates, etc. They were very accommodating in removing old wiring and some old security lights that were under high eaves on the exterior of the house. I was very satisfied with their work and can highly recommend them for similar work without reservation.

Installer arrived as scheduled.  Removed the old fans and installed new ones.  He informed us that there wasn't an outlet through the roof for one of the fans so it couldn't be connected.  Both fans were visual upgrades to the bathrooms.

    Bellevue Electric are excellent!
Very professional and prompt, they did two jobs for me and were excellent at both.  For a ceiling fan they even managed the sub-contractor to finish the drywall after the installation, making the whole process very efficient.
    Highly recommended.

I was somewhat surprised when not one but two very nice young men turned up.I had bought the $79.00 deal and was not sure if they would be willing to undertakeseveral jobs for that deal. Well, all I can say is Brad could not have been more graciousand got right on to fixing all the problems. There is no doubt he is very knowledgeable. I will be using SeaTown Electric the next time I need an Electrician.

One of our guest bathrooms had a fan that was ancient and barely working.  Switch Electric replaced it with a much more powerful fan and more esthetically pleasing cover.  Now runs quiet yet sucks out the moisture and "clears the air" very quickly.  Would use again.

I purchased the 2 hour special coupon and thought I had enough work for it, but Steve, the electrician, arrived early and finished early!  I was very pleased to get everything completed.
Steve was new with the company but did an excellent job and was very thorough, finding ground wires and climbing up into a tight space in the attic to replace the fan and install the new one. He cleaned up after his work and was on his way.

I requested an appointment by email and they promptly replied and the installer showed up at the appointed time. The motor he brought did not fit so he ordered a different fan motor and said they would contact us when it arrived.
They called a month later and said the motor arrived and made a second appointment. They did not show up for this appt. I contacted the company and again, they were very prompt and set up another appointment. They did not show up. I tried calling the company the same day to inquire about the appointment, but there was no answer. I left a phone message and no one ever returned my call.
I then made a 4th appt and verified it the day before and they did come and do the work.
-they only seem to do business by email and not phone. The email replies were very prompt. There was never any phone reply
-the men who came to do the work were very professional.
-There was never any explanation or apology for not showing up twice. So I really don't know what happened.

The electrician was prompt and efficient.
He finished all the planned inside tasks and still had 30 minutes left, so he helped me with the outside landscape wiring He was so quick compared to any other electrician the I had ever used, I ran out of tasks. He also was neat and respectful of my house. Even though he had to work in the ceiling, he did not drop insulation into the bathrooms. He removed and replaced all the switch plates and covers. He would have fixed the outdoor lighting circuit if he had the parts, (which was not part of the work description). but since he did not have the parts, he showed me what had to be replaced and how to do the replacement. I went to Lowe's, got the parts and had the system working the very next day.

    Michael Pennetta
Michael is a good guy who fails to communicate sometimes and simply disappears every once in a while.  He also makes mistakes sometimes and does not "own" them.  Everything started fine. . .and the 1st half of the project went smoothly.  But then he just started disappearing . . .sometimes for a few hours and then for six days.  My guess is that he had another job . . .and kept us waiting to finish the other job.  When he did return I had actually started finishing the job myself. . .he simply did not return phone calls.  He came back and finished most of the project. . .but then got in a car accident and then disappeared again.  I had to finish the plumbing for the sink, fix the electrical outlets, fix the new fan. etc..  When installing the sink drain I discovered that Michael had apparently used latex caulk instead of 100% silicone. . .which is why the darned thing kept leaking.  I probably spent 8 hours working on a project that we paid $3700 to have done.  For example, I applied the grout sealer etc.etc.etc.  We have also noticed that many of the tiles in the surround are chipped. . .or simply not cut straight so they line up with other tiles . . .this is obvious in the corners (we covered up these flaws by installing two shower caddies). Also, in the middle of the job, somehow one of the porcelain floor tiles was cracked.  We did not notice the crack until after the first disappearance. . .  Given that there was under-floor heating, replacing the tile was a bit like an archeological dig.  I did this myself. . .and when Michael returned he installed the new tile and grout.  But already the grout around the new tile is failing. . .falling out. . .As noted, Michael is a nice guy, but we would not use him again (we used him for our backsplashes in the kitchen and mudroom). . . Somehow Michael took my electric saw -- it is the same brand as his -- said he would return it but never did.  So on top of a generally average job I am out a saw.
