NISSAN OF THE EASTSIDE AT BELLEVUE
We spoke to a Sales agent (Blake) to examine our End of Lease options. We decided ultimately to buy out our Lease on our Nissan Leaf (buy the Leaf we had been leasing) with just a month to go. Section 15 of our contract clearly spells out the Residual Value (Buyout Value). Blake insisted that that did not apply to their Bellevue location and that a markup of some 11% needed to be added to the figure in the Contract - right off the bat! What? When I asked where that was spelled out in the Lease Contract, Blake said it was not. When I asked if this markup was negotiable, Blake said No. We've been loyal customers of Bellevue Nissan for the last 3 years. Followed everything by the book during our lease. Blake was told by his sales manager that that's how they handle leases there, so perhaps it is the Sales Manager at Bellevue who's to blame here. We walked out and took the Leaf to another Nissan dealer who just shook their heads when we told them the story. They allowed us to buy our Leaf without the markup, i.e., per the contract. A third Nissan dealer confirmed the same thing over the phone to us. They said they had heard about this about Bellevue Nissan, etc., etc.

    Eastside Mobile Auto Glass
Baseball smashed windshield at park. Called Honda but they recommended Eastside. They made a 1-day out appt for replacement at my house. I didn't know they were on Angies List so I wasn't able to use the coupon :-( But the young men who came out were timely, professional, and did a wonderful job. In removing the old windshield, they explained that Honda places a spring latch of some sort which came out on the passenger side flap seal, so they glued it, and placed a blue tape to hold it down. I had already dislodged the flap on the drivers side from grabbing the frame when I swing into the car, and they glued/taped that too. No sweat, as I place duct tape over it to seal the black plastic flap down anyway, so now I applied duct tape to both sides. Very happy with all aspects of care, no leakage nor noise.

    Parker Auto Transport LLC
My car was picked up and delivered with no issues. Due to a truck problem, the delivery was a couple of days later than promised. The company was prompt in communicating with me. My car arrived safely and in good condition. We have used Parker Auto Transport in the past and would highly recommend them.

    Len's Automotive
Very attentive and at same time proactively fixed poor wiring job someone else had done. Alerted us to other potential (but not required) fixes that would be good to do. Was very responsive to help us.

    NorthWest Auto Center
I've already filled out a detailed review on the website. Brought my truck (2006 Ford F-150) in because CEL (Check Engine Light) was on because it hesitated and surged upon acceleration to freeway speed. They diagnosed it as needing an injectior flush. They performed work and I paid for it. Problem persists. Took it back. Now it needs new Pressure Relief Valve. Work performed. Paid hundreds more. Problem still persists. Took to dealer and had to spend about $1000 to replace plugs and 5 faulty coils. Correct work was expensive but would have been cheaper if I went to dealer the first time. Also took in our '06 CR-V. Again CEL was on. Diagnosis was performed and found bad Ignition Knock Sensor. Spent $500 to replace. A month later had same problem. Now diagnosed as Engine Control Module (Computer Assembly) Complained to Alex about all the above issues I've had with mis diagnosing and spending humdreds extra. We agreed he'd install the Engile Control Module for free. Work performed and I will never go back and will not recommend them. $1100 spent on both vehicles and still didn't fix problems

    Accutint Bellevue
While the cost may be a bit on the high side, their quality and work is excellent. I havent had any issues with bubbling or deformations at all. They were very helpful in picking out a tint level and film type. I do recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for a sure bet in end result. You might be able to gamble and go with someone whose cheaper, but you wont have a guaranteed job-well-done like with these guys. Couldnt be happier.

    Enhanced Glass Window Film
Dorian Williams called and arranged to come to my house promptly after I emailed a request for a quote on solar film for 9 large (8X4ft) single pane windows in my living room to help reduce the UV rays and provide some insulation. After discussing the benefits and looking at the samples, I decided to include the dining room, kitchen and family room as well. Kyle installed the film on the windows in a clean, organized and courteous manner. I am very happy with the results and do not have to close the curtains to keep the sun from bleaching all my belongings in the living room now. And the darker film I asked to be installed on my garden window and slope windows in the family room is perfect. I can now work at my desk in full sun!

    Honda Auto Center of Bellevue
Very much surprised that the Honda dealership was cheaper than the local mechanic. They are cheaper, pleasant, top off all your fluids and even was your car. I have been very, very impressed. I would highly recommend them and use them, again.

    Park Place Auto Salon
I have been a committed customer of Park Place for 5 years in a row. I spent thousands of dollars for car detailing at their workshop. During my last visit, I brought my brand new car for 3M paint protection. The vehicle was sparkling clean inside and there was no need to perform any interior work, neither was it explicitly requested. Despite this, their employee started vacuuming totally ignoring that the interior was clean. During vacuuming, they removed the plastic floor mat and threw it directly on my leather seat. It was later discovered that this action has resulted in several damages on the soft leather as the floor mat has sharp pins on its bottom side for better cohesion. When I attempted to politely stop them from doing that, their employees shouted at me and then assaulted me just because I was taking pictures to document damages caused to my car. I found this behavior totally unacceptable and returned a couple days after the incident to discuss the situation with their manager. I came by in the morning, waited for the manager in the detailing shop, who didn't show up within a reasonable amount of time. I stepped outside to take a work-related phone call. As I was coming back to the customer waiting area, I was approached by 2 men; one of them was holding some object in his pocket, what appears to have been a gun. They used offensive language right from the start. I ignored them and proceeded towards the building. After a short conversation with the manager, I went outside and was shocked to discover 3 police cars waiting near the Park Place Auto Salon's building. One of the men who attempted to collide with me earlier on was found to have been talking to the police officers, pointing towards me and shouting slandering statements such as "This guy belongs to the mafia!". He then deceptively told the police officer that I came to this place to harm his son who happened to have been working at Park Place's car wash. This was a pure defamation as the purpose of my visit was to simply talk to the manager. After a long conversation with the police officer, I realized that I'm dealing with a bunch of CRIMINALS and decided to leave and never come back to Park Place. It took me several years to recover from all the stress and moral shock caused by the life-threatening abuse demonstrated by Park Place employees and their affiliated people with criminals-like behavior. A full police report detailing the incident in question was shared with Ryan Vanderwel, the General Manager of Park Place, who blindly ignored to look at the facts and behaved like nothing really happened. I also provided a proof of utilizing car detailing services at Park Place LTD, which their management unfairly rejected and claimed that they have no ability to validate my claim and no record of my utilizing their services. This is just one more evidence of how Park Place LTD treats their loyal customers like me. Please rest assured that I have many better things to do with my life and time than to sit around and make accusations about Park Place. Everything that I stated that happened there is 100% true, believe it or not. It was astonishing to me, and therefore it justified being shared to warn off others from doing business with Park Place.

    Len's Automotive
I have been taking my cars to Lens for over 15 years. I am sad that I will no longer be able to rely on them for service. I took my car in this morning because it was running hot. No other complaints....running hot. Like other reviewers I was told there would be a diagnostic fee. In the five hours they had my car they took the time at my expense to check the power steering, alignment, shocks, spark plugs, air filter, fuel injection, belt, front brakes, rear brakes, tires, lights, muffler, battery, PCV, and finally my cooling system. All that "diagnostic" work to determine that the water pump is leaking. I received a five page report detailing all of the systems that they reviewed to determine that the water pump is leaking. And then they quoted an astronomical rate to replace the water pump, belt, and thermostat. It is really shameful for any shop to put any vehicle through this sort of costly review when the problem is fairly straightforward. They are trying to scare customers into getting more repairs than are immediately needed. I spoke with the owner when I came to get my vehicle. He is perfectly comfortable with how his shop operates. He doesn't think anything should be done differently and he had no problem taking my money for diagnostics that were clearly not necessary for the stated problem. Len's will never repair another vehicle that I own. I will recommend that anyone wanting to visit a good, honest shop find someplace else.
