  • Juan, Mantis and Jonas arrived to move us from our just sold home into a rental home. Most of the items were LARGE pieces of wood furniture in a 2 story house. They also had to move a washer and dryer and several heavy tool boxes and tools of my husband's. We also added to their already full load, more boxes and another extra shelving unit. They did this without complaint, were polite, extremely hardworking on a very hot day. I was impressed with all of these young men, I would hire this crew AGAIN in a heart beat! We have one more move again to do if and when our new home gets a done... I will ask for these young men again.... THANK YOU! OUTSTANDING JOB!

  • We hired Zenith to manage our house in Battle Ground. We were charged an additional 2% fee per month because we were 16 miles from their office. We live on the east coast and had to trust that Zenith was doing it’s job. When we traveled to WA to check on our property, we found that Zenith had not been caring for our property in the manner they agreed to. The property was trashed! The tenants built a fence that was concreted into the ground, they tore out our rose bushes, broke into the owners space above the garage which we paid Zenith to secure and had 2 large dogs on the property. One dog was a Mastiff, there was a 15 lb. weight limit in our contract but Zenith allowed a dog over 100 lbs. to live in our house. Then, when the tenants moved out and we placed the property for sale through Zenith, they did not check on the house after other realtors showed it. Someone left a faucet on and we received a $600 water bill. Zenith, rather than taking responsibility for their negligence in checking on the property, not only took the $600 out of our owners account, they charged us an additional $100 for their “maintenance” people to verify that there was no leak. The water bill was due to negligence, not a leak. Do not trust your property to this business. They are not trustworthy.

  • They came and gave me an estimate, which ended up being higher than the final bill. When does that ever happen? The crew arrived on time and were very efficient at loading. We packed ourselves. Great communication when they were on their way. Goods were stored on the truck at their facility overnight which they charged $150 for, which was reasonable. Truck delivery the next day was close to on time again with good communication. The unloading was less impressive, with one of the workers less careful about handling things and less concerned about nding ending up where they belonged and he was less cheerful, but there was only one box that had a few broken pieces inside, not bad at all, considering. They forgot to put the back on the sofa before they left but I was able to do that pretty easily. They moved a small hot tub with the load, which worried me but it was no big deal even though it was the toughest part of the job for the. For the price, I thought this went great. If I had hired one of the big moving companies, I would probably have paid double.

  • Not a good experience.  I had to make multiple telephone calls to essentially chase them for their business.  They were not the easiest company to work with in terms of setting up a walk-through quote for an estimate.  I fill out all the details they wanted on their Internet form and then never heard back from them.  I think they did the actual walkthrough but then never supplied me with formal quotation or notification they would or would not respond.  Maybe they have more business than they can handle, or didn't like the fact I was getting multiple quotes, or I fell through the cracks, or somehow they got back vibes from me and just decided they didn't want our business.  This is the first time I ever had an experience like this using Angie's List...but my overall recommendation based on my personal experiences (measure against the other moving companies I contacted) is avoid these people or don't tell them you are soliciting multiple quotes.

  • These folks are very easy to work with.  No problem setting a time and date for a walkthrough.  Harlan showed up on time and he's extremely professional.  His walkthrough and analysis was complete....just one of those situations where we went with another mover.  Nothing wrong with Willamette Valley Moving - in fact, I'd reach out to them to have provide a competitive quote if we move again.  All in all...I'd recommend them to others.

  • Excellent response...set up the call on the date we wanted...showed up on time...very professional...Noah was extremely helpful and detailed...the quote came in and was easy to read and understand.  We simply decided to use another mover (who we'll review once the move is complete).  Nothing negative against Noah and All Service Moving...in fact, I'd have them quote us again the next time we move.  I recommend using them to generate a moving quote again!

  • We called and rented a storage unit.  The person on the phone assured us that the storage unit was available and on hold for us. 

    We live an hour away, but are moving that direction so decided to rent something closer to new house.  They were also the only storage unit that had larger unit available.  When we arrived we filled out paperwork and paid for one month, informing them that we would only need unit for the one month.  We arrived with a trailer and two vehicles full of stuff to unload.  We got down to the new unit to find out from office worker that previous tenant had not moved out.  They offered us a unit at another facility that was opposite direction form where we needed to be, and much more inconvient for us.  I asked if they could let us keep stuff in smaller unit for time being.  The unit was supposed to be available later that day, but we could not wait for hours. We unloaded everything we had into smaller unit.  Office stated that they would give us 25% off for all the inconvenience and we would get call next day

    from manager.  Person from iron gate called next day stating our larger unit was ready.  When I asked about 25% off she became very rude and stated that the 25% would come off next months rent.  I explained that we only rented unit for one

    month.  She told me that there was nothing she could do and could not credit our account back.  Due to their mistakes, causing our great inconvenience, I asked there is nothing you can do?  She told me rudely, No.  We showed up the next day, after another hour drive that we were not planning on, to move our belongings into other unit.  When I showed the office staff a copy of our renters insurance, which is what my insurance agent assumed me covered our belongings, the office lady was rude and told me it was not correct.  When I told her what my agent said, which I trust since they deal in insurance everyday, her response was "well it

    doesn't say it on here". I was then told to not worry about since we would be out at end of month.  When we opened up the larger unit it was filthy.  There was shredded paper everywhere, cigarette buds, and oil on floor in multiple places.  We then had to clean the unit before putting our items in.  I am sure they would try to bill us if we left it that way when we move out.  Wish we never would have rented unit here and stayed with one we had closer to house we currently live in.


    Update as of June 17, 2015.  General Manager for Iron Gate Storage called and was very apologetic for the way we had been treated.  He stated that the office employees were wrong in how the situation was handled and would not be working there anymore after August.  He rectified the situation to the best of his ability.  We felt comfortable that he understood the lack of customer service that his company, at this location, had provided and would see to changing it.  We would rent from Iron Gate Storage in the future.

  • This company is shady and completely unprofessional.  I caution any HOA considering hiring them.  They are extremely heavy handed and unfair to the members.  They have treated the homeowners in this neighborhood like they live in an apartment building.  If I am ever on the board I will do everything in my power to discontinue the contract with this company.  Most recently Invest West sent out a very deceitful letter tricking the HOA members into voting to raise the assessments by a factor of 12.

  • Fabulous company in every way.  Flooring was covered with protective mats immediately.  Furniture was either shrink-wrapped or wrapped in mover's blankets.  Glass from cabinets was carefully wrapped.  Working in the rain on both ends - the furniture arrived dry and without a scratch.  No 'dings' on doors or floors on either end - this company is truly a class act that goes the extra mile to make sure that the move is as easy and stress free as a move can go.  Emails and phone calls confirmed the appointment time/day and rescheduling is handled without any issues. 

    The best example that I can provide regarding the 'extra mile' other than making sure that rain was not going to cause any problems was when I had to call to reschedule the move because my new home had not received occupancy yet.  The move was originally set for June 24th; however, because we didn't have occupancy I had to reschedule until the next week - - which of course was the end of the month and their schedule was full.  But without missing a beat - they offered to move me on that Sunday - February 1st - Super Bowl Sunday!  Needless to say - I was more than amazed but so grateful - and I can say without hesitation, working with Charles and Dan and their 'can do' mind set that was a pleasure.

    Don'ts???  My only recommendation in this category is don't waste your time looking any further than Clear Choice Movers.  Ya, that sounds like a commercial but I'm a believer now and will recommend them to all my family and friends when they need assistance with moving.

  • The service went really well. There was an issue about the car door being bent, they fixed it for us no charge. It took one day for the service. There was no sticker shock with the price. They are pretty friendly. They were very customer service oriented.
